1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
This card gains the following effects based on the number of your Synchro monsters in the Graveyard and/or banished.
-1 or more: During each of your Standby Phases: Gain 500 Life Points.
-2 or more: During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that would destroy a card(s) on the field: You can banish 1 Synchro monster from your Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.
-3 or more: Once per turn: You can target 1 Synchro monster in your Graveyard; return it to the Extra Deck, and if you do, draw 1 card.

(Name changed to 'Starlight Messiah Dragon')

There is already a "Stardust Savior" card in the OCG, but for the TCG they dubbed it as "Majestic Star Dragon". Also, it has 1 more counterpart with the same stats (2500/2000) - Stardust Spark Dragon.

OCG is OK, but "based on" might or might not have to be replaced with "according to".

The LP gain is too little to make an actual difference. Also, aside the negation effect, which is quite limited to the number of Synchros you previously used, i don't think it does enough of a difference to make it a lot better than the original Stardust, which can be summoned easier in comparison while still having the same ATK/DEF. The 2nd effect cripples the 3rd one and vice-versa. So, from what i see you need to have 3 or more synchros in the graveyard to consider this card useful for more than just one turn. If that was the case you either have to use Accel synchros like crazy or have synchros destroyed by your opponent, in which case - i doubt you would have the chance to summon this.

Wow, I didn't actually know there was already a Stardust Savior.  Okay, I'll just change the name then.  Aside from that, the idea was to use this in a Synchro-heavy deck since they tend to use up a lot of hand advantage.  It's also another Level 10 Synchro without additional requirements to summon like Leo and can banish Angel of Zera to summon it on the next Standby Phase.  Nevertheless, your feedback is appreciated and I changed the requirements to add your banished Synchro monsters. :)
