Quick question before I make my post, Nyaralathotep could sense a Yatagarasu, right?

The RP starts on a Saturday morning.

And yes I'll update the roster soon.

EDIT: About Amaterasu's Yatagarasu minions, they can only be sensed by being who are on the same level or greater than her. Other than that, they just function like spy cameras. The giveaway is that if one sees a crow with three legs, that's a Yatagarasu.

Quick question before I post, Nyaralathotep would be able to sense the Yatagarasus right.
Name: Aya Yayoi {Brynhildr}
Gender: F
Age: Unknown
Race: Demi-God/Divine Spirit/Valkyrie
Faction: Susanoo

dkifz8P.jpg

In Brynhildr's human forme her powers are limited, and she is unable to use any of her magic, though she can still summon her sword, knives, and wings without having to make a full transformation.

ffMElsJ.jpg

She does not wield a katana, but rather has her rapier strapped to her right hip, and 3 throwing knives on her left thigh.

DlySvy3.jpg

Her scythe blade isn't oddly bent, but rather looks more far more like a traditional Grim Reaper Scythe.

To say that Brynhildr is the ultimate form of justice would be an understatement. Tasked with the eradication of supernatural forces of evil, Brynhildr sees things as black and white, with no room for a supposed grey area. Not one to be quite forgiving she delivers swift, harsh judgement to those she perceives as evil. Despite being a symbol of light and justice, she is not known for her mercy, and will cut down even close friends if she feels they have betrayed her. While she is physically unable to perform acts of evil, her judgments come across as extremely elitist and self-righteous, though in truth she simply strives a world of peace and safety were the good people of the world can live happy lives free of worry.

A Nordic Valkyrie and loyal servant of Odin much of her existence to the task her master has given her. That task is to transport and train warrior spirits to the Grand Hall of Valhalla to prepare for the battle of Ragnarok. Besides this, though, Brynhildr was also tasked with eradicating evil spirits. Due to the amount of evil spirits she often spent much of her time doing this rather than her other job. Thus slowly she became detached from humanity, and this worried Odin, as one who was supposed to ferry the dead to Valhalla should she not have some degree of compassion.

So several years prior to the Cronus incident Odin sent Brynhildr to Earth with the task of learning the nature of humans. And so Odin sent the Valkyrie to a land foreign to her known as Japan. In her  time in this land she befriended a young human by the name of Takumi Kazuya, who oddly called himself TK, and has stuck by him even to this day. Just it seemed that she might be making progress though, Brynhildr received word of Cronus' return, and being one of the chief evil gods of the Greek pantheon Brynhildr vowed to destroy him, thus bringing her into alignment with the Susanoo faction. Little does she know the great Titan is resting right under her nose in the form of TK's newest friend Saturn.
Motive: The eradication of all evil
Light Magic: Brynhildr can manipulate light around her into a variety of shapes, and is able to use it in offensive formes such as beams, or "bullets" as well as defensive formes such reflective mirrors, or blinding flashes.

Death Magic: As she who ferries others to the afterlife Brynhildr can summon things such as will-o-wisps, or etheral butterflies (butterflies are thought of as a symbol of death to clarify this) to attack her opponent. {Exclusive to her Reaper Forme}

Call to Battle: Brynhildr can summon up to five warrior spirits from Valhalla to assist her in battle. These spirits act completely on their own, but will act on Brynhidr's order without question. These spirits however cannot leave Brynhildr's presence outside a quarter mile radius, and if one of them is defeated in battle it be as if someone stuck Brynhildr herself.

Rapier: In all respects looking quite similar to a normal rapier, though unlike normal rapiers Brynhildr's rapier is neigh unbreakable and can cut through even thick layers of steel.

Throwing Knives: Normal throwing knives, but Brynhildr can summon nearly endless amounts of them.

Fighting Knives: Normal fighting knives, other than their extraordinary durability.
Other Information:

 • 60's Xanadu - SOUND HOLIC

Well, just to make things simpler, magic-based or magic-proficient deities can sense these Yatagarasus. Outer Gods and Great Old Ones included. Loki included. Pantheon leaders or former Pantheon leaders like Cronus, Amaterasu, Izanagi, Odin and Zeus are also included. More warrior-themed deities and practically everyone else will merely feel chills down their spines once and if they are observant, they will see a third leg on a nearby crow.

In other words, Loki and Nyarly can both sense the Yatagarasus if they are nearby, like a 10-metre radius. Anyone can see them, but will only notice the third leg if they are observant enough. Otherwise, all that is seen and felt is just a regular jungle crow,

Well, Bryn is alright. I'm not sure if Renegade is alright with that part of your history, but once he is, you will be accepted.

In other cases, such as mythologically-accurate siblings and family relations, I will accept unless I note that there are alternate versions of the myth, which then I will seek consent from another player who plays the characters involved. It came to me when I realised that there are versions of tales where Chimera wasn't a version beast, and maybe another when she wasn't Typhon's daughter.

Yes, Renegade, it does take place in Japan. To promote flexibility, I didn't exactly say where. When working on this, I was thinking of allowing it to occur in Shibuya.

Say, the 'some people' who can see the spirits are deities, right? I checked the abilities section of your app before asking.

Sometimes deities can see them sometimes they can't, similarly, there are some normal people that can see them(albeit a rare few) and there are some that can't.  It really just depends on what the deity specializes in and how powerful they are. Also, if a spirit wants to stay concealed, for the most part they can. Saturn being able to see the bull spirit is completely fine, as it constantly follows TK around so it wouldn't be out of place for Saturn to begin seeing it on occasion.

Thought I'd update the roster. I think I got everybody, but if not just say the word and I can edit it. Jolta, you should be able to quote this and get the coding to put into the OP, or you could just link to it, I don't mind keeping up with the roster if you want.

The only problem I had was finding the original post for Brynhildr's application. I could only find the quoted version of it.

Also, does TK count towards my character limit? I figured he might fall into a similar classification as Zeus and the other faction leaders.

Things sure began to heat up fast. Maybe a little too fast. Being animals, Typhon and Chimera are likely to come at the... does this fight even have a climax?

Even though I'm real busy, I'll make an effort to post when I can or must. As long as I can get to my iPad, I'll post.

For the Bryn vs Calypso, not sure, For Lileas "versus" Atlas, all it has been is insults and stuff, with the occasional dodged punch here and there, Atlas had unknowingly managed to piss Lileas off by calling her a Mortal...

A Quick Lesson for those who do not know why Lileas is pissed, The Tuatha Dae Danaan is sorted out into 2 groups that work together, The "Non-gods" are like your Average Peasants, Farmers and Commoners and such, Whereas the "Gods" Are Nobility, revered to as their most powerful Magic users, Warriors, or such, The "Gods" protect the "Non-gods" from harm, where the "Non-gods" supply the "Gods" with food and other stuff. Treating a "God" like a "Non-God" is basically the worst insult you can do to a "God" of the Tuatha... You can already see where this is going

EDIT: Typhon appearing might get Lileas's attention and end the "Fight"

Sorry that I haven't posted much at all... hell, I only did a set-up post for Satan. Generally that's due to many things, including my work timetable and the other RP I'm in atm (it's moving so damn fast...), but I intend to post again soon. I just need to work some stuff out for it, 'tis all.
