How to I get rid of the empty image tag 'error' with the image uploader?

Sometimes, when I try to upload a card by clicking on it, I get a set of empty image tags with no URL in them. Later the issue stops. Is there some way to fix this on command?

Possibly just some error, be sure to save the card before, maybe that's the reason. If not, could just be communication between the maker and the image provider
