Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing monsters from your side of the field or your hand whose total levels equal 10 or more including at least 2 Psychic-Type monsters, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You cannot Normal Summon/Set. Once per turn: you can target 1 spell/trap card in your graveyard and 1 monster in your opponent's graveyard that was sent there from the field this turn; special summon the first target as a monster with the same name and original Type, Attribute, Level, ATK, and DEF as the second target. Up to twice per turn, during either player's turn, when a trap card or monster effect is activated on your opponent's side of the field: you can pay 500 life points; negate that activation. When an attack is declared involving this card and an opponent's monster: you can pay 800 life points; change the battle position of that opponent's monster.

I could be totally off on balance here so constructive criticism is appreciated

Mewtwo Awakens reads like a ritual summoning card. Also I see a very minor OCG issues with Armored Mewtwo in which it should be spelled "Special Summoned" they just weren't capped. Other than those little notes I like the cards. Oh one more thing seeing as Mewtwo is armored as well as a psychic I think he should have more defense points especially for his level.
