It looks really cool, I like the concept you have going on. Colours seem really boring though, I honestly feel as if I green or blue would've worked wonder with this-almost as if the thing she is laying on are creepy ghost arms trying to reach out and grab her.

 

Lighting feels a bit forced and the background seems to fade off from being interesting but still cool.

I wouldn't go mono like that, if anything go B/W.  The colors distract from the style.

 

Seems a bit cluttered in the bottom right corner, so much going on.

 

Lighting shouldn't be in the corner, it should be directly above the render.  

 

The depth seems to be off, can't really put my finger on it

 

Focal is a bit too far blended, at first glance you could almost mistake it for the BG.  Try and make it "pop out" a bit more, nothing dramatic.  I think the B/W might help wit that as well.
