Since I feel I need to explain this more in-depth, I shall: the more one attempts to resist any weaker form of Divine Radiance, it will have less of an effect on them, but it is highly mentally taxing. Even someone with serious concentration or depths of willpower wouldn't be able to completely hold it off for long without the aid of seriously powerful magic. Luckily, only Divinities can passively be Radiant, but high-level Demons and Seraphim can use Divine Radiance with effort. Now, while all three surviving Divinities have this ridiculously overpowered ability, they all have their own reasons to hide this ability. Not everyday you can have a half-blessed cat demon in a white yukata entering your classroom so carelessly. And no, she's not that stupid to interrupt an angry goddess... she's just that airheaded to not actually notice she's interrupting an angry goddess. She could fill the role of the dizzy as well as she can fill the role of the shy one.
