El Shaddoll Serwind-New Fusion

1 "Shaddoll" monster + 1 WIND monster
Must first be Fusion Summoned. During either player's turn, when your opponent would activate a Spell or Trap Card, if you have a "Shaddoll" card in your hand: You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card, then send 1 "Shaddoll" card from your hand to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "El Shaddoll Serwind" once per turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand.

I would say since all the El Shaddoll deals deals with Special Summoned monster, this WIND El Shaddoll should too. Example, instead of negating and sending a card in the hand to the Graveyard, how about [During either player's turn, when your opponent would activate a Spell/Trap Card that includes an effect that Special Summon a monster(s): You can have that effect becomes "Your opponent send 1 "Shaddoll" card they control or from their hand to the Graveyard."]

 

Beside straight up negating any Spell/Trap Card and gaining the effect of your sent Shaddoll is going make me quit the duel. El Shaddoll can already be Special Summon using monster in the Deck. It too quick to lay this this out and negate every Spell/Trap I have, even if it a once per turn. Its going to be a Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En, but more easier to summon.

true true but in this case i don't really care about its effect i just want to use it for super poly.

In all honesty, whenever we do get the WIND Fusion it'll probably be something pretty similar to this. The EARTH and FIRE Fusions already stop summons and monster effects respectively, and this falls in line with what the WIND Attribute generally does; bouncing and messing with spell/traps.
