BANZAI!!!!
[acronym=Well, they took THEM for gods for a reason eh?]“¿Pues por algo los tomaron por Dioses, eh?”[/acronym]Personal InformationName: QuetzalcoatlAge: 35 or soGender: MaleRace: Wind Dragon
Quetzal clocks at 2 metres and weights a solid 130 kilograms of solid, human muscle. His sealing tattoos resembled old fashioned christian crucifixes throughout his back like kinves stabbed onto it. But he was not having that s***, and got his back reworked to its current appearance.

Quetzalcoatl could not but feel like he had been betrayed. During his glory days, humans as he knew them were wonderful and understanding. He had provided for them what best he could offer, and in exchange they went as far as designing their dwellings in his image and even sacrificed one another. He had grown massively complacent, and expected nothing short of worship from any humans in whom he laid eyes upon. Now, after the events of his sealing, Quetzal is not as naïve anymore; he now realizes respect must be earned. Physical superiority is still the best way in his eyes though. Time of the day means nothing to him, though the sun makes his body show more of its might and thus prefers it. He still craves an entourage, and swims more comfortably when around others; this is especially so when he's held at a high regard. As such, he definitely has a tendency to show off, if not outright challenge others whom he might think of as equal. Having never met other dragonkind in his lifespan, he has no knowledge on them or his nature beyond "superiority to humans". He is totally unaware of others of his kin.

Quetzalcoatl ruled over the Mezoamerican peoples in relative peace, not counting those petty wars they would have all the time because holy s*** who could care about them. He had no quarrels with other dragons because he didn't know they existed. All was peace and quiet for him until other, different humans started to show up in his domain. He presented himself to them, expecting the same reverence he got from the "regular" humans. But these were different. They were... paler. More covered, yet somehow less civilized. The regular humans started worshipping them rather than Quetzalcoatl, calling them his avatars when he was clearly there for them... sometimes. Here and there. Not really with them at all, now that he thought about it. But the point was he was still there! And these white people were taking his place as the rightful God. He decided to rage war against them, that would teach the humans not to mess with their God. He failed, evidently; he was sealed and his humans all but erradicated. Such was his rage, that the stress of his human sealed state could not handle his luscious plumage. Quetzalcoatl brooded, like a naked human, for hundreds of years. Now, he was free. The world had changed, no longer resembled anything like his world would have looked like. The humans were dark like his, but spoke the language of the whites. A distorted version of it, but he could understand and soon speak it. Quetzalcoatl found trouble very soon, harrassed stupidly by these strange mixed humans. He beat them shitless, and they subsequently acknowledge him as their ruler once again. They admired his sealing marks, but this brought shame to him. It was so that he reshaped and touched up his skin to hide it, while at the same time inspiring awe or fear on those below him. Now with an entourage, Quetzalcoatl (or jefe as he was referred to sometimes) wished to expand his "domain". Some twisted turn of events, perhaps the need of one of his followers to return home, brought him to New Yor City on this day.

Use human in the picture for scale.

Blunt Physical Force: Just look at his muscles will you. Aerokinesis: He is able to create gusts of wind by moving the currents around a modest radius. More often than not, this will create a vortex around his person. If he were not a totally physically-focused douche, he could probably create a vaccuum under the right, unearthly conditions such as lower gravity. Flying: As of right now, Quetzal is incapable of releasing his wings. Sometimes he's sure it's because of the extra tattoos holding him down further and curses himself for it. His wings are f***ing massive and real fast though, and he lets his followers know of the fact all the time. They just nod slowly, in what can only logically be awe. Aphrodisiac Effect: He's not actively aware of it, but females fall head over heels for his human form. He vaguely remembers being called God of Fertility sometimes, though.

Speaks fluent spanish, but due to not interacting with other dragons in his life span, does not speak draconic. His english is terrible but understandable. May be prone to sparkling. Theme: New Mexican Thunderbird

The dude is accepted. BANZAI!!!!
“What are dragons? They're just a miserable remnant of the glory of the past. The world had enough of them.”Personal InformationName: Tiamat, though she was known by many names throughout history. She really prefers if one calls her Elsa Montoya though these days.Age: 29Gender: FemaleRace: Elder Sea Dragon
190 cm tall, and she only brings her really long scarf when she’s going to dance. As for her tattoo, it was of a snake-like dragon, coiling from her left arm, into her torso, and then ends on her right arm. There’s another tattoo behind her back, depicting a serpent coiling, shaping into what looked like Earth.

Unlike the popular depiction of her in human’s fiction, Tiamat is quite a chill dragon. She never really bothered to agitate anyone, and would not lash at someone unless provoked first. She is very motherly, caring about her children and humans in her own way. She views the human race as her children, watching as they grew and develop, giving knowledge to them, while also learning new things from them. She also really appreciates any forms of art, especially dances, Though, it wasn’t like this all the time. Back before she was defeated for the first time, she was really arrogant, just like the other dragonkin. Her defeat made her start to think that humans were the fitter race to inherit the world, not the dragons, especially when she realized that the gift of magic was not for dragonkin. This belief of hers just strengthened when the humans vanquished the dragons during the war, and when she saw what humanity achieved when the dragons were not there. At that point she really believed that her own offsprings were definitely not fit to rule the earth, and decided to discard her dragonic traits as best as she could, while becoming more and more like a human. Despite her trying to leave her arrogance and violent tendencies from the past, it occasionally resurfaced as an outburst. She also had quite the unusual morality and train of thought, something that could be seen from her sudden decision to ditch her own descendants for the hairless monkeys. That could also could be attributed to her less than stellar ability to judge a character, but that also could be attributed to her alien morality compared to humans. She did try to adjust her morals to that of humans though. Key word being try.

One of the oldest of the dragonkin. The mother of monsters, from her womb, many dragons were born. Some could say that most of the dragonkin had a lineage that could be traced all the way towards her. Her consort was Apsu the freshwater dragon. Millenias before the great war between humans and dragons started, she was very violent, demanding that humans to serve her as their goddess, and demanding human sacrifices periodically in exchange of a bit of her vast (for that time) knowledge, especially about taming mother nature. The humans one day had enough, and traced her all the way into her lair when she and her child were asleep, and used the knowledge she gave them against her. All 11 of her children that was in the lair was slain, but Tiamat proved to be too much for them to handle, and thus, they decided to just seal the majority of her power off, and leaving her in a human body. This was the basis of the widespread myth of her, something that she kind of despised due to how much of it was fabricated (and she definitely did not appreciate that she was painted as far uglier and monstrous than she was back then). But there was one thing she could learn from this defeat. Their potential intrigued her, and prompted her to try learning more about them. After a period of moping and cursing them, she decided that she'd learn more about them and melded with their society as best as she could. Meanwhile, the world thought that the mother of monsters had perished. Later on when the war between humankind and dragons started, Tiamat was really not amused. She tried her best to stop the two factions from annihilating themselves, but without being able to access her full dragon form, she was unable to do much. In fact, all she achieved was uncovering her identity as a dragon, which painted a huge target over her head. Not unexpectedly, she was hunted down soon after, and got sealed (again) and banished for her troubles. Flash forward to 2014. Tiamat mysteriously emerged on a certain place that later on she’d learn that the name of the place was the city of Cordoba, Spain. She was completely naked, and it was apparent that another layer of sealing tattoos was covering her. Without knowledge of what the hell people there were saying, Tiamat just wander around aimlessly, until she met a gentleman from a place called “Ireland” who pitied her, and decided to take her in, while giving her some language lessons. While at first Tiamat refused, due to her being too proud to be pitied, she ended up accepting his offer when she noticed that he was somehow really familiar to her, and that intrigued her enough to try learning more about him. Tiamat proved to be a good learner, and not really long after she awakened, she had learned how to speak both English and Spanish, albeit somewhat brokenly. In the meantime, she took her time to gaze and study at what the human race had managed to achieve when she was away, and murmured that she shouldn’t have bothered with the dragonkin if she knew that humans would achieve such magnificence in a relatively short time. The gentleman also get her to learn a dance called “flamenco”, something that she really liked. While she also took the time to learn about other dances, the flamenco was her favorite from them all. But one day, the man suddenly disappeared, leaving a note that he went to New York, a city in the continent of North America. While at first she paid it little mind, she later felt something fishy was going on, and decided to go to New York too following him.

Current abilities: -Knowledge about magic: During her time living with mankind, she learned about magic from them, though she failed to replicate them (another reason why she ended up admiring humans). She could sense traces of magic, and had learned a lot from her time with humans. Still can't do jack s*** about it. -Natural Knowledge: Being around for -that- long, Tiamat's knowledge of nature was vast, though these days, this knowledge of her was not that impressive anymore. -Storm Affinity: Areas where she’s in had an increased chance of having a violent storm, but no matter how bad the weather is, it won’t bother her. -Dancing affinity: She was able to pick up dances easily, and perform them well with relatively shorter learning time compared to normally. -Ancient tongue: She was able to speak and understand all languages that was born in the mesopotamia before she was sealed. Not that it help much in the modern time. -She was sealed with a double-layer seal. The first one sealed away her access to her true dragon form, but still allowed her to manifest into a relatively small (3 meters) wingless sea serpent, while the second seal barred her from accessing this form too, leaving her with almost none of her draconic nature.
As the small sea serpent, she could move quickly especially in water and fires bolts of lightning from her mouth. She moves on land using her hindfins in this form. Slow, yes. She also able to form water barriers around her for defensive purposes in this form. Not really strong physically.

Absolutely massive, Tiamat was around 111 meters long, and she was known to devour ships wholly. Back during her glory days, the usual sacrifices demanded by her was indeed a ship full of humans, not because they’re tasty, but because why the hell not. In this form, she was powerful enough to cause thunderstorms on demand, summoning lightning bolts from the sky to blast her oppositions, fires a compressed stream of water from her mouth, and she could literally call the ocean to submerge her targets, though it was only limited if she's not far from the shore. But the problem is, she is rather immobile and rarely moved unless on the open sea, due to her sheer size. And that was what doomed her when Anu sealed her millenias ago. Her sheer size definitely translates into immense physical strength. Also, many physical wounds won't hurt her much due to just being -that- huge. Also, no. She cannot fly despite the picture.

-Her favorite food is fishes. She forgot about how she eaten enough back during her dragon days, but she did remember that the method was not entirely natural -As a human, she enjoyed alcohol. At night, expect her to spend half of it in the nearest bar. -Don’t mention any versions of Tiamat from mythology or fiction to her. It was one of her berserk buttons. -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOnn6qqR9y4 Her theme song.

Was half unconscious when I made this. Probably messed up a lot of things. Please tell me what should I fix. Mama Tiamat is accepted.
Aix
Edited. Nothing explicitly wrong with him per se, but I'm not really a fan of him. Sounds like he'd just wander around and basically be a wallflower. Murdoch is accepted. “I'm eight times ahead of you~ try to keep up~”Personal InformationName: Yamata no OrochiAge: 13Gender: FemaleRace: Japanese Dragon, Sea Serpent
Orochi takes the form of a young maiden, about 145 centimetres in height. Her figure, as well as her limbs, is slender in build, and she has minor curves with an A-cup to boot. Her skin is fair and snow-white, like an Asian's. She has a long, black hime-cut that is 10 centimetres above the ground, capable of covering her bare body. Her eyes are as red as blood, and appear to be reptillian in nature. A cute little fang is visible in her mouth, as well as some sort of forked tongue, if anyone bothers to pay attention. She has eight similiar sigils that resemble oriental serpents on the following areas - the back of each palm, the sole of each foot, each of her eyes and two more on her back shoulders. The seal that holds her powers is a spellbinding circle resembling the eight-path fold of Buddhism teachings, and right in the middle is her navel. She dons a rather adorable-looking hoodie, which is dark green in hue. It is long enough to cover her skirt, but reveals her thighs. The mittens she wears look like snakes, and so do her fine rubber boots. She also wears a scarf, and each end of the scarf has two red circles. She wears nice, long, knee-length black socks and carries an umbrella with her outfit.

Orochi is a cunning little snake. She'll do anything to make things in her favour, or get food. She's not exactly evil anymore, it's just that old habits are really hard to kick. She will not hestitate to eliminate anyone in her path, and does not like mercy. She is pretty aggresive and feisty, and you do not want to mess with her, because if you do, you might not be able to do so ever again. Orochi may be a little mean and vicious like the viper she is, but she loves to play with children in the park. Nothing brightens up her day like the one thing she never really had back in those ancient times - friends. She is probably planning to make them generals of some great Orochi armada, but even if she was, she's far from her goal. Orochi is actually a pretty curious individual who wants to learn more about this world. Of course, she is as wary as she is cunning. Orochi has a sweet side to her, just like any ordinary girl. Once she warms up to you, she will treat you nicely, and depending on who you are, she will be like a mother or sister to you. In such a state, she might grow so attached to you, she just clings to you, and it might get annoying.

Yamata no Orochi was once a member of the Shinto Pantheon, a Pantheon of deities. It is unknown whether they are humans worshipped as gods, or actual divine beings, probably the latter, since they were the ones who banished Orochi from their homeland Takamagahara for doing what was known as 'unspeakable evil'. Furthermore, that was before the human-dragon war. The Yamata no Orochi is most famous in the tale of the Shinto storm god Susanoo's mischief. Yamata no Orochi resorted to becoming an evil villain who was going to eat the maiden Kushinadahime. Fortunately, Susanoo was at the scene to plan something to save the maiden and stop Orochi for good. He tricked Orochi by attracting her with sake, then sliced her eight heads off the acquire the Ame-no-Marakumo. Little was heard about Orochi since then, since that was presumably her death. Little is known of what happened afterwards, but at some point, she was captured and sealed. Fast forward to the current time. Orochi appeared one night in a dark city in the shape of a young maiden, completely naked. She then realised that she was not in her homeland, and decided to find ways to adapt to the new environment.

http://www.greenshinto.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Susanoo_and_Yamata_no_Orochi.png In addition this shape and hue, Orochi's dragon form has four komodo dragon-like legs underneath and eight long, serpentine tails. Her main body is 6 metres in length, each neck and head combined is 8 metres in length, each tail is 3.4 metres and each leg is 2.6 metres. Her eyes are blood red and her scales are dark green. When she brings forth a limited release, her limbs do not become claws, they become heads. She also lacks any wings, for now anyways.

Fire - emitted from her left hand. Produces flames that burn manyFrost - emitted from her right hand. Creates ice to freeze the areaLightning - emitted from her left foot. In addition to producing lightning, it allows her to run at enhanced speeds and deal strong kicks.Wind - emitted from her right foot. In addition to whipping up gusts of wind, it allows her to run at enhanced speeds and deal strong kicks.Poison - sealed in her left shoulder. It allows her to produce venomous substances to knock out, or much later, destroy foes.Earth - sealed in her right shoulder. It allows her to create small-scale earthquakes and manipulate the very earth beneath her. It can also launch rocks and crystals at the opponent.Nosferatu - sealed in her left eye. It allows her to launch shadow-like projectiles that drain the health of others.Holy - sealed in her right eye. It allows her to launch light-based beams to temporarily blind foes and heal allies.Wall-scaling - Just like a lizard, she can climb vertical, solid surfaces to make up for her lack of flight.Underwater Breath - being a creature from the sea, she can naturally breathe in water.Powerful fangs - her fangs in her dragon form can bite through steel.Great roar - Dragon form only. With her eight heads, her roar can shatter many glass panels.Vast strength - In her small, petite human form, she has the strength of a bodybuilder. Her dragon form, on the other hand, has much greater strength.Enhanced Durability - this protects her from harmful spikes and splinters while scaling surfaces. Her scales also act as an armour from basic mechanical damage from the environment.Ame-no-Marakumo-no-Tsurugi - After all these years, the legendary blade found its way back into Orochi's body. Anyone who slays her in her dragon form will acquire this blade. It is said to be blunt, yet very strong and durable, and can also control the wind.

She has laid an egg in the past. She has taken an interest in human food, and has learnt of proper table manners. She still doesn't like chewing before swallowing, but tries to do so at every meal despite being a snake. She speaks dragon, as well as a handful of Asian languages that are closely related to Japanese, as well as Japanese itself. Her English is pretty basic. She possesses a gun which she found on her first day in New York. Ever since then, she has taken an interest in guns, and probably carries at least one every day.
Don't like the plethora of abilities. The versatility is a little much.

BANZAI!!!!
“What is Nuew Yeurk Sheetie'?”Personal InformationName: [acronym='registered as Marina Lotan']Leviathan[/acronym] Age: 16Gender: FemaleRace: Judaic Dragon
Ironically for how huge her dragon form is, Leviathan in her bound form is quite short. Standing at a mere 5'1" and weighing only about 85 lbs. her fellow dragons would be surprised to learn of her previous fearsome identity. Leviathan's tattoos start with 5 purple pentagrams, which are surrounded by the Hebrew word for 'seal' that run the length of her spine. Another purple sealing tattoo, which takes the form of a purple cross is on the back of her neck. Leviathan also has two pairs of identical tattoos on her shoulder blades which begin with a purple apple-like symbol, which then expands into purple spiraling vines that extend to just above her breasts, mid-biceps, and mid-back. Each of these vines ends in what looks like a serpent's mouth. Her final set of tattoos are purple spirals that come up from her heel that end in somewhat of a curve make it look somewhat like a wave.

Leviathan in her prime was a proud, and somewhat arrogant, dragon known for her supreme powers of destruction. Revered as nearly the equivalent of a god, and she was an angry god too, prone to fits rage if she didn't get what she wanted, and wasn't given "proper" respect. These fits of rage where often so bad that she was dubbed a demon by the people of Abrahamic religions. Taking all this into account she's more like a churlish child who is need of a spanking rather than a malevolent force of nature. Despite her frequent temper tantrums Leviathan is really not all that bad, for the most part being quite calm. After awakening though Leviathan's personality has taken quite a drastic change. She has become shy, but still retains her relatively calm demeanor, though stressful situations turn her into a nervous wreck. Her lack of knowledge of the modern human world, and unfamiliar surroundings have caused Leviathan to embrace the lifestyle of the shut-in. This has led her human body to become somewhat frail, and she cannot handle much physical exertion. Leviathan despises anything physically challenging, and even finds awkward and a chore, and often wonders why humans don't sprout wings and fly. Even though she has spent almost 2 weeks in the human world she still finds her human body quite awkward, and this combined with her lack of physical activity causes her to be quite clumsy. One thing about the human world Leviathan has taken an extreme liking too is technology. She finds machines fascinating, and her love of them borders on an obsession. Her apartment is littered with game systems, phones, tablets, and computers as well as a large flatscreen tv. Don't ask how she acquired these things, actually don't ask how she acquired her apartment or anything in it... it's highly immoral. Though these small amenities have made acclimating to human life much more bearable, and Leviathan has even started to enjoy life as a human a bit, though she'd never admit it. Ho boy though, if Leviathan should ever fully regain her powers, God have mercy on those who put her into this pitiable human state. They will learn what it means to anger a dragon. Leviathan has been constantly allowing her anger to stew deep within her, readying for when she can finally release it.

An ancient and powerful serpent referenced in the Tanakh, whose name has become synonymous with any large sea monster. Her name in modern Hebrew even means "whale". Since her sealing her name has been used in several religions, though all portray her as a large sea serpent. In Christian mythos she became portrayed as a demon of envy and her name became synonymous with Satan in the Middle Ages. Having read up on her history through the web, she is thoroughly unamused by known as one of the Seven Princes of Hell, another reason she detests humans. She has also come to be revered as a Crown Prince of Hell and its Gate Keeper in Satanism a reputation she would sorely like to fix. Having been on Earth for a mere two weeks she has already found many a things that make her want to return to her slumber.

Leviathan's true form spans nearly 100 m long. True to her reputation as a sea monster Leviathan is easily able to move through the sea using her tail. Leviathan's large wingspan and tail, compared to her smaller body size allows her quite fast, which is surprising given her body size. Due to the size of her wings, Leviathan's wing beats can cause previously calm waters to turn rough at any moment.

Explosions [Breath Attack]: True to her destructive nature Leviathan can create small explosions with a 1 meter radius. Due to her sealed form though she only reach manage an inch at this point. Laser [Breath Attack]: Rather than the conventional fire breathing dragons are usually depicted with Leviathan's "fire breathing" manifests itself as a long, straight blue laser-esque attack. This breath attack acts more like sword and carpet bomb slicing through whatever is unfortunate enough to come in its path, and then proceeding to create small explosions along it's path. {sealed} Hypnotic Suggestion: Leviathan is able to mentally influence others, this is not complete mind control though. She can merely plant certain thoughts into ones head, or steer someone's thoughts in a certain direction. She is also able to gather information from the minds of others when entering their mind, which has been extremely useful in helping her survive in the human world, especially given the human form has manifested as a young girl. It seems that mages and other dragons are immune to this power. Quick Absorption of Knowledge: As a dragon Leviathan's brain works quite differently than humans do, allowing for a faster rate of knowledge absorption which has been useful trying to learn the ways of the human world quickly so as to not appear strange, or draw attention to herself. Transformation of Limbs: Leviathan is able to transform parts of her human body into parts of her dragon body. Though the best she's been able to do so far has been her wings, and even then they reverted back in a few minutes.

Other Information: Theme: Pending Leviathan's last name is taken from her name in Ugaritic myth. Her first name in is a reference to status as a "sea monster" marine being a word that refers to things found in or relating to the sea.
Couple things with this one. Lets start with the minor stuff first. 5 foot 1 and 85 pounds is very underweight. She'd probably be emaciated at that weight. Its best just to not specify weight since it doesn't really ever play a factor. Next thing is Leviathan's size. We're trying to avoid outright Kaiju-sized, limbed dragons in this rp. Knock her size down a notch or possibly make her serpentine to compensate for being fragging massive. Major things i have a problem with are as follows: 1. I'm never a fan of character influencing other major characters' minds. Its either overpowered or useless. Hypnosis needs to go. 2. How exactly does one go about creating explosions from thin air when there's nothing to... well... explode? Either make more sense of it (like say, make them shockwaves or fireballs) or get rid of it. As well, im not a fan of her simply being able ot create such things magically from thin air. Dragons are magical, yes, but some rhyme or reason to it is necessary. 3. Same thing more or less with laser breath and her quick learning. They seem tacked on and there's really no rhyme or reason for them. Denied. Make some changes or start over.
BANZAI!!!!
After some thought, this as intrigued me, so let's see what happens.
"After all these years, humanity has forgotten what it means to love one another. Maybe Dragons and humans aren't so different after all? No, no. Humanity will never fall as far as we had." Personal InformationName: Gloria OxhamAge: 9Gender: FemaleRace: Eastern Dragon Appearance: Gloria is a petite young lady of a 3"11 stature, and a weight of 32 kg. She has curls of golden hair, an adorable little button nose and rosy red cheeks you just want to pinch. There is a soft pink ribbon tied up in her hair. Her skin is soft and supple, displaying a lovely flesh tone models could only dream of having. Her eyes are full of life and wonder, with an enchanting little twinkle that ignites the hearts of people who stare into their pink depths. Why, you could stare into those periwinkles forever as you remember the days when you were truly happy. She wears a very pretty pink dress with a white silk ribbon tied around her waist into a pretty bow. The shoulders of the dress are slightly poofy, and the skirt part of the dress drapes down to below her knees. The fabric is very loose, so when she spins around the skirt portion flairs out like a ballroom dress. She wears a very smart pair of black Mary Janes with white socks that reach halfway to her knees. The tattoos that emblazon her body are circulated entirely around her midsection. the script is very small, as the seal wasn't as strong on her as it was on the more violent dragons. Personality: Gloria understands one thing very well: Being nice. Proper manners and considerations must always be considered, and it is very improper to merely act without proper accord. So long as you remember this, and because of her powers, you will, she will find no issue. Gloria is a being full of emotion and good tidings, and can be very rarely brought down to the level of... other... dragons. She spreads good feelings all around her, as her own personal gift to the humans she loves so much. They can do very little wrong, as far as she is concerned, and will defend them to the end; even if it means fighting a fellow dragon; for she doesn't hold many of them in high regard. Their selfish, their vanity and their greed. It is a poison to her, and she will refrain from being around them for any longer than what is necessary. Her powers rarely work on them, as they are too selfish to even except her generosity. She doesn't completely hate her fellows, she just sincerely wishes that they would stop thinking of themselves so much, and for once, gave back to the people they share their world with. Backstory: Glory was the self-proclaimed Dragon of Love. She travelled across all the human settlements, bringing her spirit of kindness and good will everyone. The humans would celebrate her arrival with a feast in her honour; and she adored every second as she joined them in human form. The humans never feared her, and in return she loved them with all her heart. She would occasionaly travel with her sister Fatality (Fae), whose abilities paralled her own. However, when the Dragon-Human war began, Glory was being pulled at from both sides, until she finally chose humanity over her own kind. Only fighting to defend the humans, once they created the spell that would seal them away, Glory volunteered to be the guinea pig for the spell. Though they did not want to lose her, the humans did test the spell, and thankfully, it worked. Glory was the first who went to sleep, and she was among the first to awaken. During the first month when the seal broke, Glory and Fatality were deposited on the outskirts of New York. Dazed and confused, they stumbled blindly into the city. With Glory's powers thankfully unbound, many people rushed to their aid. This is where they got their new names, as Glory and Fatality were human terms. The humans misinterpreted what they were saying, assuming they were Gloria and Fae. Eventually, they were sent to an orphanage with a tenure that lasted only forty-six minutes. Both of them were adopted by the Oxham couple, a pair of British immigrant who sadly, could not re-produce on their own due to Elizabeth being barren. A pain that was forgotten once Gloria entered their lives. Ever since then, the two of them have been keeping a watchful eye on the Dragons that have started invading New York after their slumber; and they are now preparing for the worst whilst also having almost mastered common English. .:Abilities:. Dragon Form: Gloria's dragon form changes in size, depending on the amount of positive emotion all around. At her weakest, she's roughly the size of a salt-water crocodile. At her strongest, she is an enormous creature the length and width of a bullet train. Her scales are pure white, with a rose-coloured sheen when these spotless scales glint in the sunlight. A mane of pure white hair runs down the entire length of her spine. Her horns are wood-like in appearance; with two branches curling off above the crown of her head, where they curl together into the shape of a heart. Positive Thinking: An aura-like ability, humans and dragons with open-hearts in a 20m radius start to experience immensely cheerful and happy feelings, washing away whatever misery that had invaded their hearts. The power of this aura even extends to feelings such as courage, where people trying to find the right moment to confess their love will literally find the energy, the courage and the hope to ask someone to be theirs. Unlike Fae's Negative Thinking, this power cannot be switched off. Someone trying to find a treasured memory will see it flash before their eyes in 100% clarity. This is a magnificent gift that she spreads to the people she adores so much. However, when Gloria starts to feel angry or bitter, this ability reverses, causing everyone else to feel just as rotten as she does for the moment. I Feel Your Love: Gloria gains strength and power from good feelings and passion, granting her the strength to perform extraordinary feats. She draws from anywhere up to 50m in radius, but when necessary it can pick up to a maximum of 200m in radius. This ability also lets Gloria detect how people are feeling at the moment, which is useful for finding other dragons. My Passion: Gloria's main method of offence, it is a breath weapon of pure feelings condensed into pure power. Depending on how many people Gloria draws from, this attack fluctuates in scale. Though, it was said that her maximum was 1 metre in diameter, which was discovered during the Dragon-Human war. This attack can also be drawn from negative feelings, and tends to be A LOT more powerful when negative feelings are used over positive ones. Love Tap: Gloria's secondary offence, she draws all her passion and feeling into her fist, which she uses to deck people in the face. Love Lovu Aegis: Gloria's defensive ability, she can unite all the feelings of those around her into a barrier that repels the powers of other dragons back at them. Also dependent on the love and kindness of others, this barrier is not very good for handling more than one dragon; and so multiple attacks will shatter the Aegis rather easily. .:Theme:. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMviaymhLKg

"So many hearts, so black as coal. All burned, inside and out. Dragons and humans, one and the same. Why do they keep playing this sad little game?" Personal InformationName: Fae OxhamAge: 8Gender: FemaleRace: Eastern Dragon Appearance: Fae is a petite young lady of a 3"9 stature, and a weight of 24 kg. She has straight black hair, a sad slightly upturned nose and sallow dreary cheeks. There is a small lavender ribbon tied to the one bang that hangs on the left side of her face, to keep the hair out of her eyes. Her skin is soft and supple, but have a pale and almost porcelain texture to her. Her eyes black eyes hold infinite depths, that draw all into the careless oblivion that hide in the dark depths of her black eyes. Why, you could stare into those periwinkles forever as you remember the days when you were truly happy. She wears black overalls with a faded lavender shirt. She wears a very smart pair of white Mary Janes with black socks that reach halfway to her knees. The tattoos that emblazon her body are circulated entirely around her midsection. As like her sister, the text is small due to her voluntary sealing. Personality: Fae is a very unhappy sort of person, who generally finds it hard to see the good in a lot of things. In her long life Fae has seen a lot of hardship, brought about either by her own power, or by the elements inside both dragon and man. She could count over ten different ways you could torture a person, and knows the precise arteries you could cut that would cause a man to bleed to death. Though never really happy before the war, the events during it have had a lasting effect on her mind, and, in turn, she hates her fellow dragons for all that they did. She holds no sympathy for those that moan and complain in their human form, as they got precisely what they deserved for their arrogance. Oh the pride of dragons just burns her up inside. Backstory: Unlike her sibling, Fatality kept far away from both human and dragonkind. She only left her cave in the company of her sister Glory so they she could freely visit and interact with the humans without fear of causing a riot or being labelled a demon. These were the momentary times when Fatality was truly happy. However, joy comes at a price when the dragon-human war erupted. Unlike Glorya, Fatality stayed in her cave for the early stages of the war. She was rapt with guilt over her own sister having to fight, and, finally giving in, she joined her sister in the battle against their own kind. Fatality was a major front-runner in the wars, as her abilities incited greater feats of rage and hatred in the humans, allowing them the reckless abandon to fight the dragons head on in combat. During her final battle, Fatality was knocked down by a swarm of dragons, the impact shattering her horns on impact. Given little choice, the human mages sealed her away to save her from being executed. Ever since then, the two of them have been keeping a watchful eye on the Dragons that have started invading New York after their slumber; and they are now preparing for the worst whilst also having almost mastered common English. .:Abilities:. Dragon Form: Fae's dragon form changes in size, depending on the amount of negative emotion all around. At her weakest, she's roughly the size of a salt-water crocodile. At her strongest, she is an enormous creature the length and width of a bullet train. Her scales are deep black that seem to absorb light, rather than reflect it. Any light cast on those scales, no matter how bright, will never cause them to gleam. A mane of pure red hair runs down the entire length of her spine. Her horns are wood-like in appearance, at least, what's left of them. Aside from two small stumps the rest of her horns had been shattered by impact with the ground. Negative Thinking: An aura-like ability, humans and dragons in a 30m radius start to grow considerably more hateful and angry the longer they stay inside the area of effect. Unlike Gloria's Positive Thinking, this ability can be turned on and off at will; though in times of great stress this ability is automatically turned on. Those who are affected by this aura feel even greater hatred towards any dragons that they find, though this doesn't include Fae or Gloria. Those who are under this effect for long enough begin fighting amongst themselves. Is Hatred Truly Great?: Fae gains strength and power from the negative feelings and hatred that exist in the hearts of everyone, granting her the strength to perform extraordinary feats. She draws from anywhere up to 50m in radius, but when necessary it can pick up to a maximum of 200m in radius. This ability also lets Fae detect how people are feeling at the moment, which is useful for finding other dragons. My Rage: Fae's main offensive attack, it is not a breath weapon but rather a more of a nuke. She collects all the hatred and anger from everyone around her into herself, which she unleashes as a wave of negative energy. This energy intermingles with the negative emotions of those affected by this attack, causing a feedback effect that somehow causes physical damage to be afflicted. I Hate You: Fae's secondary offence, she draws in all negative energy into her hand, which she then uses to slap her enemies with great ferocity. Negative Feedback: Fae's secondary ability, those inflicted with her mark will suffer continuous damage so long as they feel hatred and anger in their hearts. The more they lash out the more this ability injures them, ultimately fulfilling the act of hatred defeating itself. .:Theme:. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdB6TGonTms
Denied. Negative & Positive thinking force characters to act/feel a certain way. I'm not a fan of anyone being forced to write their characters responses in a certain fashion because of a power. These also feed both of their emotion-based powers. Speaking of, after running the math, both Glorya and Fae are able to fuel their powers from roughly 3218 people at any given moment given the average population density of New York and the 200m range of their breath weapons and emotion-based powers. That much energy at their disposal makes them woefully overpowered, to say the least, and in a setting like this there is really no way of getting around that. Their dragon forms grow in size based on the emotions they absorb, so they will always have the option of becoming too gigantic. Is Hatred Truly Great? and I Feel Your Love are very unspecific, which allows you to basically pull powers out of nowhere and handwave it as them using others' emotions. Again, being able to draw from thousands of people at a time makes whatever feats they can perform ridiculously strong, as well. Love Lovu Aegis and Negative Feedback are also extremely abusable due to both characters' ability to generate the emotional fuel necessary to make use of them, as well as draw from a massive number of people. Again, thanks to the sheer number of people they can draw from, both dragons' breath weapons are basically nukes, as well. TL;DR: Powers much too abusable. Side note i'm also not a fan of any of the cast being the first to be sealed or un-sealed, since we'll most likely have a plot point related to it at some point. a bad post
1. She can't influence other major character's minds. Dragons and Mages are immune to it, she can only influence completely non-magical humans, which nobody else is playing. Also Poison's character who can also influence minds was accepted. QQ, dun ignore lily pl0x she dun want to be mind controlled I don't see what Leviathan has to do with mind control though, and why you are so insistent on it. This, basically. And if Aix judged something to be appropriate and balanced enough for the rp, then I'm inclined to trust his judgement. As well, would have been fine with you just adding more flavor and/or explanations to Lev's explosions and breath weapon, rather than deleteing them. They fit her moreso than mind control does. BANZAI!!!!
“Business as usual, gentlemen.” Name: Jeza Yaga Age: 30 Gender: Male Race: Human
http://s21.postimg.org/593l1xfif/Jeza_Yaga.png Jeza is a tall man, standing at 6 feet 2 inches, with a thin build and a fair complexion. Despite his body type, however, Jeza is in excellent shape, and has a good deal of muscle tone for his frame. His blonde hair is always combed and parted in the center of his forehead, and he has piercing, pale blue eyes.He is constantly wearing a shirt, tie, and vest, and this combined with his glasses gives him a rather unassuming appearance. In addition to the shirt and tie, Jeza typically wears a long coat with magic circles woven into the fabric, and is always carrying an odd, black and white cane despite the fact that he very obviously does not need it to walk. Despite his rather mundane appearance, Jeza gives off a foreboding, threatening air, as if his mundane appearance were simply a facade masking a far more sinister man. Though he is fluent in several languages, Jeza speaks all of them with a light Slavic accent.

On the surface, Jeza is easygoing and laid back, often making light of whatever situation he happens to find himself in with a hefty dose of dark humor and a bit of snark. Of course, this is simply a front that he puts up to disarm those he speaks to. In reality, Jeza is ruthless, manipulative, calculating, and cold. To him, all things are secondary to furthering the influence of House Yaga, and by extension himself. A certified genius with an IQ of 139, Jeza is constantly plotting and scheming, planning month in advance and steering world events like a chessmaster using House Yaga's massive political and financial influence to his own advantage.

Just some detail on your character’s background, there is no need for an extensive and/or dramatic backstory. Aix
So RP is probably starting in a day or two. (probably 2 since I'm really busy tomorrow) I'd like everyone to give a heads up here on how they'll start out. If you don't have an idea, we can help or give suggestions. Don't worry if you aren't done all your apps, you'll have plenty of time to post since we have like 14 people in this RP. Also this RP is always accepting and easy to get started in from almost any point in time.
Andx
K so Viintaas starting will go a something like this. As shown in bio he's right outside the city so he'll show up. Being curious of but nervous about humans he'll be sneaking around town until eventually he stumbles across one of those big dragons they use in the Chinese New Year's parades. He'll then investigate, break stuff, and proceed to get chased by angry Asian people. Chase will lead to perfect opportunity to literally run into another character, idk who. But that's the idea so far.
Mugendramon
Nidhogg is waking up on a park bench by a policeman asking him to cover the hell up. Before being taken into custody a norwegian scholar will vouch for him and hear him out. Thinking he's crazy but interested in his story and his strange speech, he'll take him to one of them chinese new year parades. Quetzal will roll into new york with his gang and have a little fight in the Bronx before one of his henchmen visit their ma. Being the soft-headed individual he is, Quetz decides to help her out with some business with an irish mob, which according to her will be gathering at a chinese new year parade. Maeriberii Haan
Tiamat will first appear at an airport (JFK maybe?) after a flight from Spain. Stumbling around, she'll end up..somewhere. Idk, haven't thought of anything else. Probably stumbling into another character, I guess? Also, she'll insist on being called Elsa, though probably she'd also make up a fake dragon name when necessary, she won't admit that she's granny Tiamat.
Around her neck is a thin silver chain with a Yin Tomoe attached to it. Backstory: The self-proclaimed Dragon of Love, Glory travelled across the world to meet with human settlements, bringing her spirit of kindness and good-will everywhere. Only fighting to defend the humans, she fought valiantly against her own kind. However, Glory and Fae were downed in their final battle by a swarm of dragons. In their weakened state the human mages sealed the two dragons away to avoid execution for theit treasonous activities. During the second week of the Seal's weakening, Glory and Fatality were deposited on the outskirts of New York. At her weakest when she isn't drawing any power from a human, she's roughly the size of a salt-water crocodile. At full strength, she is an enormous creature the length and width of a bullet train. Positive Thinking: Gloria's aura that reaches roughly 20m in radius (this area increases as the Seal weakens, eventually reaching 500m in radius once it is fully broken). Those under the wondrous power of this aura have their positive feelings and emotions amplified by a multiple of two (this becomes ten once the seal is fully broken) while around her. This effect usually only applies to those who are already feeling positive, but, humans that are very susceptible to emotions also fall under this power. Dragons and mages are unaffected by this power (unless they allow themselves to be). I Feel Your Love: Gloria's Dragon Form gains strength and power from good feelings and passion, granting her increased strength, endurance and power drawn from a 20m radius (this area increases as the Seal weakens, eventually reaching 1km in radius once it is fully broken). Each human she draws from grants her a 0.004% power increase, reaching a maximum of 100% (her full power) when she draws from the power of 100,000 humans. She can't draw any form of energy from dragons or mages. My Passion: Gloria's main method of offence in Dragon Form, it is a breath weapon of pure feelings condensed into pure power. The power and energy of this attack is determined by the number of humans being drawn from around Gloria. At most this attack usually has a radius of 10cm. But when at full strength this attack has a radius of 1m. Love Tap: Gloria's secondary offence for human form, she draws all her passion and feeling into her fist, which she uses to deck people in the face. Love Lovu Aegis: Gloria's defensive ability, she can condense the positive emotions and feelings of a person into a barrier that guards anyone from the attacks of dragon. This barrier is in the shape of a bubble, and is usually big enough to contain herself and one more person. Extending the size to fit more people does protect them, but makes the overall integrity of the barrier weaker. .:Theme:. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMviaymhLKg

"So many hearts, so black as coal. Her scales are deep black that seem to absorb light, rather than reflect it. Any light cast on those scales, no matter how bright, will never cause them to gleam. Negative Thinking: Fae's horrifying aura that reaches roughly 20m in radius (this area increases as the Seal weakens, eventually reaching 500m in radius once it is fully broken). Unlike Gloria's Positive Thinking, this aura can be turned on and off at will. Those under the terrible power of this aura have their negative feelings and emotions amplified by a multiple of two (this becomes ten once the seal is fully broken) while around her. This effect usually only applies to those who are already feeling hateful or negative, but, humans that are very susceptible to emotions also fall under this power. Dragons and mages are unaffected by this power (unless they allow themselves to be). Negative Feedback: Perhaps Fae's most destructive ability. Dragons (in either form) feeling intense forms of any negative emotion will have their energy exhausted at a much greater rate, causing them to tire much more easily. Asriel Dreemurr
Kalameet will be putting the finishing touches on the Hideout he's been putting together, probably in Queens, in preparation for the predicted gathering of the other dragons that have been returning. Once satisfied with the changes he's made to it, Zai I'll probably talk to you to help work out the best way to have the hideout set up, he'll be heading out to the Chinese New Year festival which he's heard will be having some impressive dragons as part of the parade. Jolta
Don't like the plethora of abilities. The versatility is a little much. Yeah, I guess so. Maybe I'll change the dragon breaths from one for each head to one for every two heads. Four dragon breaths as opposed to eight. I'm definitely removing Holy, since Orochi is mythologically evil. Versatility didn't count towards what was considered 'default dragon abilities', right? (flight or whatever replaces it, fangs, aquatic breathing, durability) Maybe I'll state that she can't use the sword within her, in case anyone is confused I have thought about the roar. Maybe it'll be an intimidation tactic instead. I'll get to fixing. EDIT: I'm done. I also reduced her height by a few centimetres and added her human form's weight. In case you might be confused, when I stated 'sealed within her shoulder', it also means that she can also spew flames/ice from her shoulder, just that it is currently sealed and will be unleashed much later in the RP. When I say 'emitted', it means that this ability can be used at the start of the RP.
a bad post
QQ, dun ignore lily pl0x she dun want to be mind controlled I don't see what Leviathan has to do with mind control though, and why you are so insistent on it. Something to help her survive really. I mean a petite, weak looking, naked young girl with no knowledge of her surroundings, unable to speak english, and no marketable skills is probably not going to have the best chance of survival. Lunar Origins
Amita will be watching television from her apartment, with her boyfriend (hint: manipulated mook) nagging her to be taken out to the Chinese new year's parade. Interested, she will go. She speaks relatively broken English at the current state of the role play. Yorick (if accepted) is currently preparing to take his gang out to enjoy the sights of the Chinese new year parade. Who says the mob can't have fun once in a while?
