I'm not sure if Virizion/Genesect is still a top deck in the format but if it is, that Grass weakness really hurts it. Then again....

 

Anyway, discuss. The item lock this card can do is interesting.

It's baaaaad.

The Item Locking attack is incredibly weak. 30 for 2 energy on an EX, when Zebstrika (NXD) did 40 for the SAME AMOUNT (Granted, with a Lightning instead of a colorless, but still, this is an EX), and the DCE cost is unhelpful when the second attack CANT benefit from it.

Speaking of the Second attack, it's a monstrosity. 2 Water and 1 Colorless for 130 is decent, but it hits a weird number with its first attack (160) which doesn't KO much of anything useful that the second attack alone would've been able to take care of alone. But then you realize it does 30 to TWO OF YOUR BENCHED POKEMON. That is HORRIBLE. If it also did, say, 30 to one fo your opponent's benched as well, it might make for an interesting deck with Mr. Mime, but as it stands, you're better of using...basically anything.

Any EX is better than this. It's just horrible.
