This looks like a mess. This was built by someone legitimately afraid of Qlips. Untested obviously.

 

D.D.R to get a banished beater or get back a Fortress that you used for Megazord, or get Birdman if you need to synchro again. Star Eater is possible. Spark protects monsters (which is usually what I want). Beelze runs over everything and is a potential out to Apoqlip. I don't know if I should be using Black Rose or Moonlight since the Duel Dragon only hits 1 monster and the Signer Dragon doesn't matter against Pendulums. 3 Power Bond risks it being dead in exchange for OTKing faster, which is what I need. I opted for protection over upstarts but I'll have to see how that goes once I can duel some stuff with the NECH changes. I have a feeling I'll wanna make this 37 cards though.

 

Does Black Horn only hit one Pendulum? Should I still use it or replace it with something?

 

EDIT: 2 Fortress is dumb and just by trying to summon it I still get rid of the threat, so I put it to 1 like a normal person. Added Shark Fortress because I can't think of what else.

 

Oh yeah also I did D.D.R because I don't have to wait 3 turns for it.

Run Pleiades instead of Fortress. Neither of them are Machines anyway, so you wouldn't be able to summon either if you activated Drei's effect, but Pleaides has a much better effect.

Also, if you want any other Rank 5 Machine Xyz, I must warn you the only other available option is Wind-up Zenmaioh ;)
