So I've tried this deck out I made for a long time and I want you people know what do you think. The color in Blue is the card that is only in YGOPro.

Several things are wrong with this deck.

 

1) Moar chaos.  You say you're running chaos, but you don't have Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning or Chaos Sorcerer?  For shame, man.

 

2) Traps.  As good as some of those traps are, Chaos decks focus on getting LIGHT and DARKs in the Grave ASAP.  You don't want to be milling traps when you want to be milling monsters.  The only Traps you really can run in Chaos decks are 2-3 Royal Decree, but even then, many Chaos Dragon-themed decks don't run traps at all.

 

3) Spells: Outside of Silver's Cry and Dragon Shrine, your Spells are rather terrible.  Some are bad or just plain outclassed.  Dark Hole > Lightning Vortex for example.  

 

4) Moar milling: as mentioned before, you want your monsters in the Grave.  The Lightsworn Engine (Lyla and Ryko) help with that tremendously.  Solar Recharge and Charge of the Light Brigade also help.  Also, y u no run Foolish Burial?

 

Try this deck in YGOPro: You don't have to totally netdeck it, but it's a good thing to base your changes off off.
