Can we please get a set of rules passed that restricts posting to torrent,illegal streaming, and other sites that dont support the creators?

I think it would be better as an implemented rule then waisting 2+ pages trying to explain to OP the problem. Because I would think it wiser to lock/ report said thread on this matter rather than spending 2+ pages off the original topic.

Actually, it is technically in the rules already:

 

 

No illegal content.

Simply, it is prohibited for users to post any content that breaks any laws or infringes copyright.

Just not enforced in this capacity.

Report and I shall deal with. I cannot be everywhere and neither can Flame Dragon or Roxas who frequent the section.

 

Me and Roxas have already agreed that posting to legal sites is allowed such as Hulu. Roxas has already put forward his and my view on the linking of anime in that topic. I admit Astro's behavior has been incorrect and although he has brushed it off I shall be replying in the topic.

I saw that, but it seams some users with a lower mental comprehension don't fully understand this.

Just report the said thread and let one of the mods handle the said member/thread appropriately. 

I probably can figure out who you're referencing at this point. 

 

As Ascended already mentioned, rule 2A says no illegal content; though it should be extended to torrents/illegal stream sites.
