So my question is when is it an appropriate time to join an RP thread? What I mean by this is when and how can you confirm the RP is relatively new and/or only still accepting members before it plays out? For the most part, I understand simply looking over said thread would confirm this answer, but I am unsure of how RP thread is handled really. If a RP already started, I would believe it would be a bit premature to join once the RP has already begun/already started with it's participants. I could not find a thread about this question in particular, so as a final note: How exactly is RP threads organised/handled? Is any new RP posted considered "Open" to participants or should people post when the RP in question has meet it's requirements or number of people?
(Sorry if my question seemed confusing I was not sure how to answer this specifically)
