Just Crouton
Saw this in a V-Mundi thread. Looks like someone found an infinite loop, the first(?) in the game. 1- Have 2 Balans in play. 2- Have any number of Bruno/Geraint in play. 3- Have BBL in play.4- Have a deck of 1 card. 5- Activate Margaux returning BBL. 6- Call only BBL (or you deck out hue). 7- Unflip 2 with the Balans. 8- Repeat step 5-7 as necessary to make stupidly huge Brunos/Geraints. Number 4 is false. To activate the loop you only need a Blaster Blade Liberator in every Margaux check. Hence, the following deck is also viable to start the infinite loop. Anything BBL Anything BBL Anything BBL Anything BBL To survive, you only need about 2 cards in your deck (loop ad infinitum, then don't activate the skill for the final time) In fact, number 1 and number 2 are technically false. The infinite loop can be set up without those two on the field. (They need to be there once you start the loop though) Tips to setting up the combo: as long as you have spare BBL in hand you can use Margaux's skill to pull out all the non-BBL from the deck. Say you have 4 BBL in hand, then (CB2,CB2,BBL,CB2,BBL,CB2,BBL,CB2,BBL,CB2 = 11) pulls 11 non-BBL cards out of the deck. Arum practically counts as one free BBL top call, so if you have 2 open and no BBL then use his skill! Quintet walls are for milling. If any BBL falls into the drop zone, call out Star Rain to shove it back in. Heck, Marlaux calls ANY card so Guiding Zombie can mill additional cards and become a 10 wall (making Quintet's slightly better) Finally, Guiding Zombie helps with the field clearing so you'll have open RC Do not worry if you don't have any Bruno/Geraint/Balin at the beginning of the combo. Heck, it doesn't even matter if you lack Balan. Margaux has a chance to pull it out of the deck Star Rain can bolster that additional chance by top decking just a bit more Sometimes, if you are fortunate (or just plan well) you may have a Critical trigger stuck in the infinitely looped deck. If you also have a [CRIT] in hand you can keep looping until you see the trigger at the top of the deck, put it on the bottom, call the [CRIT] and move that instead of BBL back in the deck. Continue the loop until the two triggers pop back up at the top of the deck (it can't be that hard when there is only 8 or fewer cards left!). Then voila! Heal Trigger Protection! If for some particular reason you can't mill enough to reach 8 cards you might be still able to pull off a win via a stacked double critical triggers and BBL. The most important part is memory. This is a very technical deck requiring the player to remember the number of cards left in their deck, and also the number of copies of Balan/Star Call/BBL/Guiding, and the ordering of cards. If you liked Tsukyuomi then you'll love this deck. Fortunately, the ONLY thing you need to know for the opponent is the number of PG's they are holding. If 2 you got to wait till 4 damage (unless you stocked 2 Criticals in drive check), but if one then go for it. Optional considerations: 1. Blackmane witch :: for pulling just one more unit, or for straight up retirement to call even better units 2. Spectral Duke Dragon :: If you already have the Balans on the field then you can wipe the field so you start off with 3 empty spots. Plus, this unit will almost certainly bring your opponent to the breaking point as it is a restand. 3. Conviction Dragon, Chromejailer Dragon :: has a weaker retirement ability then SDD, but it does have the special top 4 calling which is hard to find. "The most important part is memory.
