Triforce Katar (model)

It's cool, but I'm questioning the comfortability of wrapping ones hand around the grip.

Could you elaborate? If you are talking about the height of the hole, that was an issue from the beginning. The sketch started out as a rectangle which I just plopped circles in and trimmed to get an ergonomic appearance, but when I realized that the hole was too tall, I couldn't change it without throwing all the circles around.

If you're talking about where the bottom of the palm settles, the only real area of concern is the curve directly under the fillets between each finger socket. The two circles on each end are only there for the index and the pinky fingers to go through. There's no real grip there.

Other than those two, I'm not entirely sure what you mean.

Thanks for commenting, btw.

This looks pretty well done, but maybe this might just be a 'visual' thing but the slight triangle withing the triforce (which seems to shade a lighter triangle right across from it) is that supposed to be a lighting thing or something else in particular? Is it supposed to be some form of detail to give it that 3D feel?

It's a lighting thing. The model is made of welded brass, and the render was lit up that way.

Sorry I actually did mean modeling. I am deadly tired so my wording may be off my apologies lol. I would say that the in-grip portion of the model would probably have a little more depth (if we are judging by the average size of human fingers) for ease of hold. Otherwise, it'd look like it would slip or tilt slight in one's grip (based on it's visual of course.) Nonetheless, the content is well done.
