Discuss Minecraft stuff, arrange build / faction / pvp groups etc. Maybe host a YCM server if you have the ability and equipment to do so? ;)

 

I'll start us off, BUNNY RABBITS... that are incredibly ugly.

I used to be a very active Minecraft player, but I sorta dropped out of it. Gotten back into it slowly with thanks to my girlfriend, but still not quite where I was. Need to get around to updating my texture pack (Despite resource packs making it easier to install, it's a bit more of a nuisance now to actually make new texture art :/). And unfortunately due to not having an exceptional mic I've had to take a long hiatus from working for BlameTC.

 

As for bunnies, I think they're cool.

3. He's a Mindcracker - though not when I started working for him - and famous adventure map builder. I was on his Broken Buttons building team, working on the third installment to his adventure map series "Kingdom of the Sky." But, like I said, I'm on hiatus now until I can get a legitimate mic.

 

1. You gotta go into the .jar for the current version, copy out all the art-related files, modify them as you please, then package them into a nice little folder to be placed in the resourcepacks folder.

 

It used to be a lot easier because all of the blocks and items textures would be on big sheets, but obviously that became impractical as more blocks and items were added to the game, so now they're all separate files. It's a bit more of a hassle that way, but its much more modular.

Damn, another minecraft thread.

 

I've been on and off minecraft for a while now, I used to literally only play minecraft last year, but things kinda changed.

 

I still play a lot though I have never really been a fan of ordinary survival servers (there was one which I played on for about 2 years and I got to know the community very well but I drifted away from it), because non-PVP minecraft has lost its appeal for me. I mainly play on PVP orientated servers such as PVP practive servers and on a very specific faction server, and also the occasional PVP gamemode server for fun.

I think the last time I played on a server prior to my recent re-engagement, it was a Doctor Who server that slowly drifted away from the Doctor Who aspect before removing the TARDIS plugin entirely, so I bailed. I was a moderator, too. I warned them, a lot of their playerbase came for the TARDIS, you take that away and they'll go too...

I sure you can tell by the avatar that I love this game. I've been playing pixelmon with a friend of mine lately, shame though, it really burns your computer.
