If 2 or more Spell Counters are removed from a face-up card you control: You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. If you would place a Spell Counter(s) on a face-up card you control; place 1 additional Spell Counter on that card.

I need to get back into card making after taking a break the last few days. As always CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is always appreciated and will be +REPPED.

Hmmm...as a hardcore Spell Counter fan, I can't not review this card :P

Honestly, I really like what this card has to offer. It amplifies the utility of Spell Counter cards (quite literally) by letting you add extra Spell Counters on cards (this makes up heavily for the inherent slowness of Spell Counter decks). In addition, its Summoning condition makes it versatile enough where it can help Spell Counter monsters actually swarm the field.

Some issues, however, arise from your balancing. IMO, it's overbalanced, making it weaker than you intended. Problem is, Spell Counter decks are inconsistent. Always have been, and as far as Konami is concerned, always will be. That said, we can't afford to have a dead draw in our hand - I would definitely tone this down to level 4, and make it so that when the card is normal summoned, its ATK drops 300 points. This way, if you have a bad hand, at least you can get something onto the field. Also, this makes it a nice Summoner Monk target.

Again, keeping in mind that Spell Counter decks are slow and inconsistent, I would suggest making this card be able to be Summoned from the Graveyard as well as the hand. Honestly, I can't think of very many ways you'd be removing 3 spell counters from your side of the field in one shot, aside from Magical Exemplar and Tempest Magician. That being the case, it's important that you match the difficult condition with a more versatile effect (also, toning the condition to 2 instead of 3 will help)

With my recommended fixes:

If 2 or more Spell Counters are removed from a face-up card you control: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or Graveyard). When you place a Spell Counter(s) on a face-up card you control, place 1 additional Spell Counter on that card.

I really like the card's effects, though (balancing was really the issue at hand). Giving Spell Counter's a method of swarming and providing amplified Spell Counter accumulation are simple pluses that could finally let Spell Counters run some meta-worthy combos :)

Your input is very much appreciated! Will make some corrections tomorrow(or maybe later tonight) when I am feeling a bit more motivated. I am pleased that the card is useful, was a bit afraid that it turned out to be rubbish.
