J-Max
There is actually Two ways I wanted to run this Deck. There was either Synchro or all Xyz. Decided on all Xyz for now. Let me know if you need a written list and I shall provide. Yes Dark Magician Girl is in there... She is to compliment Magical DImension and Magician's Circle. ~Faytl~
Needs moar Machu Mech. Seriously, Machu Mech + Gagaga Girl's effect can wipe out the majority of an opponent's Life Points with one attack, and if they have a monster with 2800 or more ATK for you to target, that's a OTK. Also Maestroke is outclassed these days by 101. Also, your Gagaga monsters can pull out high-power monsters, take advantage of that. My deck doesn't even use Caesar (and why is DMG in there?), it focuses around Girl, Magician, and Sister.
Toffee.
You should honestly run Onomotopaira and Dododo Buster in 3s each. Ono can search Gaga/Dodos, and Dodo is a Level 4 Cyber Dragon that can easily pair with a copy of itself/other cards to make a Rank 6.
Dracoswag
Warning: Large Wall of Text in Spoilers/Post
-2 Blizzard Princess (The Deck does not easily generate a series of floaters and/or field advantage to regulate tribute summons. Blizzard Princess is a decent option, but the fact you have to go -1/-2 to summon her makes her less viable. Any time you get field advantage, it immediately turns into an Xyz) -2 Dark Magician Girl (As much as I love Dark Magician Girl, she is unnecessary in this Deck. For one, Tribute monsters do not blend well with this archetype in general, meaning she will become a Dead Draw early into the game, and she does not provide any utility other then being a generic level 6 beater. I know she is only there due to Magical Dimension and Magician's circle. If you want an easier to summon Level 6 Monster, add 2 Dododo Buster along with 3 Onomatopaira.) -1 Gagaga Ceasar (Him being warrior is counter productive to your Spellcaster support, and he is often dead early game and only really usable mid-late game once you get a set-up going. He combos well with cards Like Gagaga Clerk/Gagaga Sister/Gagaga Child.) -1 Gagaga Girl (In my experience using Gagaga Girl, she can often be useless sitting in the hand early game, meaning 3 copies of her will clog your hand easily (and you want to avoid this.) With the addition of Gagaga Acadadamy/Onomotopaira/Gagaga Sister, searching her is relatively easy. 2 copies is recommended (imo) -3 Magician's Valkyria (I feel as if though you were trying to establish a sort of "Gagaga Village Stun" build of this Deck, but you proclaimed to focus on their Xyz potential. Valkyria is a "decent" tech choice, one where I actually recommend siding 2 copies, but unless you are focused on a pure Village Stun variant of the Deck, 3 copies is one too many. And besides, you only ever need 2 to create the Attack lock. -2 Magical Dimension (Contrary to popular believe, this card is actually a -1 (activate from hand/-1, Tribute a Spellcaster/-2, Destroy a card your opp. controls/+1, SS a Spellcaster from your hand/-1) It is extremely gimmicky to pull of. But if you feel confident enough to use it successfully, no more then 1 copy.) -2 Village of the Spellcasters OR Side Deck (As stated earlier, unless you are trying to blend this with a "Village Stun"-type build, this card can be counter productive (and due to the restrictions of Spellcaster use, and the fact that Gagaga's can create pretty much any generic Xyz in the game, this card can lead to your downfall.) But, it is a powerful enough Field Spell to grant it a spot in the Side Deck. -2 Pot of Duality optional (My reasoning for this is because with the appropriate card's, you will be able to make Xyz's left and right, but it may not always pan out that way. There is nothing wrong with using 2 Pot of Dualities early game, but mid-late game, it can cause issues for consistency. Use at your own discretion) -1 Magician's Circle (In all honesty, I actually really like Magician's Circle with Gagagas. It can open up a number of possibilites and powerful Xyz plays, the only unfortunate thing about it is in todays format, it is rather slow, and easily vulnerable to backrow hate. I would only personally test 1 copy, but if 2 works for you, then more powah to ya.)

+2 or 3 Dododo Buster (Cyber Dragon of the Deck. Is searched by Onomotopaira, and can SS itself as a Level 4 for easy Xyz Summons. Unlike Dark Magician Girl, when you tribute Summon Dododo Buster, you actually get an additional card off it by SS another copy of itself (and making a Rank 6). It is better to go +0 rather then go -1 with DMG +1 Gagaga Clerk optional (Personally, I love Gagaga Clerk, mostly because she combos with cards like Gagaga Sister/Gagaga Ceasar/Gagaga Child so well, and is easily Special Summoned. Her level allows you to make either Gachi Gachi Gentsu (for Defense) or Herald of Perfection (For Recycling Gagaga Sister) +1 Armageddon Knight OR Foolish Burial optional (Only recommended if you find that the Deck lacks a number of ways to set-up the Graveyard, but with the inclusion of Onomatopaira, that should not be an issue.) +1 Mystical Space Typhoon OR Gagagabolt (This Deck is very vulnerable to backrow hate, so you need extra copies of cards that can deal with said backrow. Gagagabolt is actually a very strong card, and is made much more viable now due to it being searchable by Gagaga Sister. Do note, it can pop any card on the field, so long as you control a Gagaga monster) +3 Onomatopaira (A +0/+1 Search card that grants us our key monsters for setting up plays (Gagaga Sister/Gagaga Magician.) It can search Sister, who in turn can search our much needed Gagaga Spells, and you can actually break even if you add 2-3 Dododo Buster (since it searches 1 of each copy, but only 2.) You can discard dead cards in hand OR set-up the Graveyard with the appropriate Gagaga monster to be revived by Sister who searched Gagagarevenge, and speaking of Gagagarevenge...) +3 Gagagarevenge (This card! I cannot express the importance of this card enough. This card should be ran at 3 in ANY respectable Gagaga Deck (especially one that uses Sister.) It is the Deck's own Monster Reborn, with hardly any negative repercussions (other then being an equip spell.) It tutors our Gagagas from the Graveyard, and is basically a 1 card Xyz summon with Gagaga Sister. Not to mention, it gives our Summoned Xyz monsters an additional boost in ATK (making most generic Xyz monsters into respectable beaters) Run no less then 3. +1 Gagaga Acadamy Emergency Network (An extremely powerful Gagaga Spell card that immediately turns an open field into an Xyz summon. But be wary that you cannot Special Summon other monster before or after you use Gagaga Emergency Network Acadamy, as you have to use this as an Xyz Summon this turn, so use with precaution. Note: Searchable via Gagaga Sister.) +1 Reinforcement of the Army optional (Only add if you use card's Like Gagaga Ceasar/Gagaga Clerk Combo, or Armageddon Knight (for milling Gagagas) +1 Dark Eruption optional (Basically recycles all of our Gagaga DARK monsters at the drop of a hat, especially Sister. Ideally, you use this to add back Gagaga sister, so that you can search with her effect the following turn. It is a very viable combo. I personally tech 1 as preference.) +2 or 3 Fiendish Chain/Breakthrough Skill (This Deck is very vulnerable in a number of ways. If you cannot pull of a decent Xyz play, the Deck will often fall apart due too needed set-up. Fiendish Chain not only negates hazardous effects that would otherwise ruin your plays, but will prevent said monster from attacking say Gagaga Sister. Breakthrough Skill for a less vulnerable MST target , and can be used while in the Graveyard. Based on preference.) +1 Bottomless Trap Hole/+1 Torrential Tribute/+1 Compulsary (Staple Traps are Staple. Fit in any you can when you can.) +1 Mirror Force optional (I always prefered 2 Mirror Force to 1, as it is useful for not only wiping out a board of monsters going for an OTK, but useful in general from protecting certain Gagaga from being attacked over (*you may find situations where you are left to NS Gagaga Sister/Gagaga Girl/Gagaga Magician, and you want enough protection to avoid that.) +1 Xyz Reborn optional (I am surprised such an underated, yet poweful card gets unnoticed, and it is especially useful here in a Gagaga Xyz Deck. It can bait blind MST's, and revive some powerful Xyz monsters free of charge (Norito/Bounzer/Gustav/Excition Knight/Honor Ark/Machu Mech) just to name a few. +1 or 2 Black Horn of Heaven/Traptrix Trap Hole Nightmare (Some very powerful Trap cards this format. If you cannot find room for these, at least Side Deck them *I also recommend side Decking 2 copies of Wiretap.)
Besides the above fixes, you also need to work on your Extra Deck and vary out the Ranks. My recommendations are (Fit any Xyz you can with the related suggestions: -1 Number 39: Utopia (You only need 1) -2 Queen Dragun of Djinn (lol wat?) -1 Number 65: Djinn Buster (There are better Rank 2 options) -1 Shining Elf (see above ^) -1 Magi Magi Girl (Her effect is nice, but at a cost of -1. 2 is a bit much as far as rank 6 line-up goes.) -1 Meastroke the Symhpony Djinn (You only need 1.) -1 Melomelody the Brass Djinn (There are better Rank 3 options.) -1 Muzurythm the String Djinn (See above ^) -1 Alchemic Magician (A little complicated to Summon appropriately, and Downerd is an easier choice.) +1 Gachi Gachi Gentsu/Herald of Perfection (Protection or an recycler who can recycle Sister and get rid of dead cards in hand.) +1 Zenmaines/Ghostrick Alucard/Angineer/Leviathan (Each a good choice for a rank 3.) +1 Downerd Magician (Ultimately better then Alchemist, and a Gaia Dragon For Rank 3's and lower.) +1 Number 101: Silent Honor ARK (Pretty much a Staple for all Xyz Decks nowadays.) +1 Gagaga Cowboy (Obvious staple is obvious. Can be used to pitch in that last bit of damage for game.) +1 Lavalval Chain (Set up the graveyard with Gagaga monsters for Gagagarevenge shenanigans, or top deck a Gagaga Sister.) +1 Evilswarm Exciton Knight (This card is a win condition in itself.) +1 Number 33: Chronomaly Machu Mech (How the OTK works: Summon Gagaga Magician/Girl, overlay Gagaga Magician/Girl with other, Summon Mach Mech (Gagaga Girl Effect will turn any Special Summoned monster's ATK into 0, preferably a mosnter that has 2500+ or more ATK.) Machu Mech effect: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference in said monsters ATK, then Machu gains ATK equal the amount of Damage inflicted. Attack over 0 ATK monster they control, total damage output would be 6500+ or more.) +1 Number 61: Volcasaurus (Pop a monster, inflict Damage, overlay into Gaia Dragon. ??? Profit!) +1 Photon Bounzer (Effect negator on a body, and inflicts Damage as well.) +1 Gaia Dragon, the Thunder Charger (A free piercer beater to overlay your used Volcasaurus/Bounzer/Magi Girl/Norito/Machu mech e.t.c) +1 Number 11: Big Eye/Mecha Phantom Beast Dracoswag (Both are 2gud. These 2 are some of the most powerful Rank 7 Xyz in the game, but we are limited on Extra Deck space, so you have to go with either/or) +1 Dragon Knight Felgrand (A very strong Rank 8 that can both dodge effects/negate them. If not Felgrand, use Number 62) +1 Phantom Fortress (Bans Trishula, makes it in Xyz form.) +1 Gustav Max (A 3000 ATK beater who can inflict up to 4000 points of damage? Yes please.) And yes all these Xyz are possible to Summon with Gagaga. I apologise for the long amount of text. I tend to go in Depth about my favorite Archetypes :( (If you want to see my Gagaga Deck list, let me know)
J-Max
Liking your post merely for the amount of detail alone o_o. You are a big fan of Gagaga's huh? I only recently got into learning more about their Level Tuning abilities and the ease of getting Levels 1 through 8 out :P Man I will have a good read of what you wrote and thank you. Tis' a habit of mine. You can actually make ranks 1 - 10 with Gagaga Sister + Gagaga Magician (which Is why I recommended Gustav.) The cool thing about the archetypes gimmick is their uncanny ability to make any powerful generic xyz in the game with ease, but often needing each other to do so. I have been using Gagaga since their release and reveal of additional support, as well as the discovery of the Machu Mech OTK. I fallen in love with the archetype ever since (also, they look like students of Dark Magician/Dark Magician Girl. :D)
