I'd at least make room for 1 Caius, since you don't really have much to get rid of big dudes that make their way onto the board like Tiras or something. There's Soul Exchange, but that's only 3 cards so its not enough to rely completely on. Maybe -1 End of Anubis since its matchup dependent. The deck is obviously designed to troll Artifacts, Hands, Rulers and Mermail, which is seems to do pretty effectively already, so you could do with a Caius for other matchups like Geargia to get rid of the set Armors.

Also Emptiness seems like an iffy choice this format given all the backrow hate and the fact that Ice Hand laughs at it. I would replace it with D-Prison to stop Fire Hand crashing into Vanity's Fiend, as well as another means of weakening an established board.

EDIT: Just tested the deck and its an absolute load of toss... You need actual tribute fodder of some kind, but there's not much that fits the bill.

Any particular reason you do not run battle fader as OTK prevention/tribute fodder? Also, a card that could tailor into your favor could be March of the Monarchs (ensuring that your Summons are less vulnerable to backrow) and Kaiser Colosseum (The Deck seems to struggle with field prescence as is, with Kaiser, you will stun lock your opponent from not only making any plays, but from overwhelming you in general. It is a cruel strategy.) Did they not make that new Monarch Support card that does what Soul Exchange does, but better given you can use it during your opponent's turn? (It was a quick-play spell. Cannot remember the name compleletly, but I am going to shoot in the dark here and say "Monarchs Storm Forth?") You can cut back on 1 - 2 Anubis, as you do not want a heavy abundance of tribut fodder (especially since you have less of it already.) Fiendish Chains/Mistake/Imperial Custom/Safe Zone are viable options + Magic Planter are good options for draw power (considering you use sinister yorishiro.)
