magemeek22
2 Level 8 monsters You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; your opponent discards 1 random card from their hand. This effect of "Elusive Eradicator" can be used up to twice per turn.
New Version: 2 Level 8 monsters You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then declare a card name; if that card is in your opponent's hand, they must discard 1 copy of it, otherwise they discard 1 random card. This effect of "Elusive Eradicator" can only be used once per turn.
Dramatic Crossroad
"Up to twice per turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; your opponent discards 1 random card." Since its requirement is 2x 8-Levels why limit the effect activation? If someone can summon 4 Level 8 monsters for 2 copies of this, they should pretty much be allowed to make their opponent discard 4 cards :D I think (aside Dark World) every opponent would suffer from hand destruction, not only Exodia/LS users. Plus this card has pretty generic effect and no-way to counter JD.
Slinky
Not to sound rude or anything.. But.. you know how easy it is to get 2 level 8s on the field? Extremely easy.. You really shouldn't be awarded with a free 2 discards for just playing the deck (IE: Galaxies and Gimmick Puppets could probably pump out 2 or 3 of this card in a single turn). You really should implement a heavy OPT restriction (as in "The effect of ____ can only be used once per turn" instead of "Once per turn"), as well as an attack reduction from 2900 --> 2700
magemeek22
Thanks for the reviews! The card has been edited. @Dramatic Crossroad: The level 8 requirement is not too difficult, and since discarding a card punishes defensive playing, I can't take off the limitation. What I did do, however, was add a way to make the card more specific than random discarding; basically, now you can declare a card, and if your opponent has it, they have to discard it; otherwise, they still discard a random card. (Now it can kinda sorta counter JD). @DysonSlinky: I added the heavy opt restriction and overhauled the high ATK for high DEF. In addition, I added another change to the effect that lets you declare a card first before your opponent discards a card. Basically, I buffed the discard effect but strengthened the restriction. I hope its more balanced now!
