Dracoswag
Warning: Large wall of Text in Spoilers
-1 Cloudian - Eye of Typhoon (This tribute summon guy is really bad, and the Deck struggles with keeping field advantage as is. There is no reason to go -2 on field prescence to summon a beater who can be destroyed by Enemy Controller.) -2 Cloudian - Nimbusman (Personally, I always liked this card, despite its odd man-baby child like features. However, he is a lot more resourceful in a Deck dedicated around it, as any other average Cloudian Deck cannot use this guy, or any tribute based monster for that matter (see about Eye of Typhoon above ^ ). Sure, in an extended game, he can become really beefy really quickly, but in the long run he will only lead to dead hands almost all the time. Not to mention Nimbusman is very vulnerable to backrow hate.) -1 or 2 Zeradias, Herald of Heaven (3 Zeradias but 2 Sanctuary? lol wat. Anyway, a more 'consistent' ratio for Sanctuary searching is 1 to 2 Zeradias and 2 to 3 Sanctuary. Though, I think it will be prefered to just use the one Zeradias and go with 3 Sanctuary.) -1 or 2 Cloudian - Storm Dragon (Honestly up to you if you want to keep 3. With a lower abundance of Cloudain monsters, you will find these guys to clog the hand a lot, especially since it is counter productive to the fact that Cloudians do not build up the Graveyard too quickly.) 1 or 2 should be fine. -2 Cloudian - Poison Cloud (Simply put, this card is bad. Like really bad. Not even Tour guide gives this card justice. It is not fairy type either, and you are running Sanctuary.) -1 Re-Cover (What purpose does this card really serve other then giving you minimal Synchro Options? The Deck is faulty on life point preservation as is, I do not think it is worth going out of your way to make this tuner happen at the huge risk of your Life Points.) -3 Cloudian - Sheep Cloud (On paper this card may "seem" good, but in play testing it is very, very slow and vulnerable to most card effects anyway. Pros: 1. Can be used as tribute fodder should you decide to keep Nimbusman (but I would not recommend more then 1) and can bait attacks. 2. Can maintain field prescence for Acid Cloud/Cat Cloud/Fatty Cloud. Cons. 1. It is entirely reliant on your opponent attacking it, and it is not exactly 'ninja' if you know what I mean. 2. It has very lack luster stats. 3. Battle reliant monsters often get the worse end of the stick vs +3 backrow. 4. Tokens do nothing more for Cloudians, other then maintain field presence, but the tokens and sheep cloud can be easily destroyed anyway.) Take these into consideration. -3 or 2 Cloudian - Ghost Fog (This card is actually not half bad. Not great, but not bad either. It can amass a wide number of Fog counters under the right conditions, and can make Kitty Cloud into Inzektor Hornet, BUT it can also become very lackluster since Xyz are still very much a thing, so do not expect High Level beaters to be roaming around as much anymore (but that may change with the introduction of the Shadolls cards and the new Hero support.) You can always side Deck 1 Ghost Fog for certain match ups. -1 Lucky Cloud (This card is situational at best, even it's name admits how situational it is. For one, Cloudians arent exactly like Polluxes, and have no ways of searching other Cloudians, meaning it is highly unlikely you will pull off Lucky Cloud.) -1 Diamond-Dust Cyclone (There are cards that have a similair effect to this card and does it's job better, and honestly unless you amass 8 counters on >1< monster that this card destroyed, this card is no more then a +0 and a forced +1 at best (but needs 8 counters on said monster minimum to pull it off.) -3 Rain Storm (Rain Storm is bad. No more no less.) -2 Divine Punishment ( While it is indeed a strong card, it's reliance on the field spell makes it less splashable. at the very least, side deck this card.)

+2 Cloudian - Cirrostratus (This card is your go-to card for card removal. Pops any monster of your choice, and for every turn that passes while Squall is activated, it turns into "Once per turn, destroy one monster your opponent controls" +1 Cloudian - Acid Cloud (Our backrow removal of the Deck. His stats are very lack luster in terms of our removal cards, but makes up for it by being a free MST each turn that Squall was activated.) +2 or 3 Cloudian - Altus (This card is single handledly the best Cloudian out of the main Trio. He boasts the best possible stats of the 3, AND his effect can remove fog counters from ANY side of the field, and forces your Opponent to go -1 With his effect. Personally, I would opt to run 3, but be wary of Dark Worlds though.) +1 or 2 Archlord Kristya (All Fairy Deck. Cloudians can manipulate the Graveyard easily with Turbulence which means Kristiya is basically a free Boss Monster of the Deck, not too mention his Special summon lock ability hardly conflicts with you and is very powerful this format.) +1 MST (Because Acid Cloud simply isn't enough.) +1 Fog Control (A very underrated Cloudian card. Can help Cloudians avoid tricky backrow hate as well as generate quick amount of Fog Counters.) +3 Pot of Duality (Consistency is everything, and Duality in Cloudians is a god send. This card is basically free consistency on a silver platter (but at the cost of your opponent being aware of what card you added.) +1 or 2 Kaiser Colosseum [Or side deck them] (This card can be very aggravating for you opponent when used in a Cloudian Deck. A really powerful card to open up with and a Cloudian, to prevent your opponent from overwhelming you. Late game though, when you have your field set-up, it becomes less useful.) +1 Torrential/Mirror Force/Solemn Warning (Pretty much any generic traps you can think of.)
Also, your Side Deck needs a bit of work. Add Slacker Magician/Abyss Dweller/ Fairy Cheer Girl/and King of the Feral Imps and 1 or 2 more generic Level 8 Synchros. Sorry for the huge wall of text, bad habit of being too talkitive about these subjects. :(
Catman25
No need to apologize, these kinds of explanations are exactly what I need. In the couple test games I've played, I've liked Nimbusman, so I'll try to squeeze him in. He's proved to be my only source of attack strength since I didn't seem to be getting many Extra Deck opportunities. Re-Cover was my only way to get Shooting Star Dragon (not counting my side-decked Veiler, which no one uses as a Tuner anyways). Him specifically with 10 in the extra deck for the chance of 2 Shooting Star Dragons and Gustav Max, which is really gimmicky, but idk. Everything else you say makes sense. I thought I had at least sided Altus if not put him in, but guess not. But overall I was trying to use one or more of all the cards in the archetype, hence all the shitty cloud spells. Obviously not the best idea haha. Thanks for the advice though, I'll try to see what I can do here.
Airride
Using Re-Cover for SSD isn't worth it for the severely reduced Extra Size (And the rather Useless cards such as THe Lizard TUner who I cant rmemeber the name of, and Formula). Masked Chameleon should be enough to get some good, big monsters out. Also, you should run more Ranks 4s as well as Level 8 Synchros, because of both Masked and Storm Dragon.
