Zauls
Its been on YCM for years but I think it is past its useful stages since it is increasingly easy to compare prices of cards and there are dozens of different sites, so people don't need to ask YCM whether they won or lost. All I see is people showing off about trades they knew were good deals. My suggestion is to update the topic to include advice on how to make the most of trading and how to make a profit and stuff. There is a skill to trading and its obvious that you can't just get a great deal on the face of it every time, but advice can be given to teach people how to make sure you don't lose out. Things like updates on card prices and good long-term investments and the like. Analysis on the Yu-Gi-Oh trading market, basically. I will give you an example. A recent post by %phil in that topic was that he traded a Master Key Beetle and got 2 Debunk for it. Currently, peoples' reactions (and mine) would be something like "wow great deal" or something, which really isn't that useful. Instead, you could say something like "You make £X amount of profit in the short-term, but Debunk's price spike is based on an increase in demand due to the current format and is likely to decrease if Hands and Artifacts fall out of use like if they get hit by the banlist. Therefore it would be best to sell/trade those Debunks on sooner rather than later".
