Well, if you could, you may have to resort to getting Level Up, Armed Dragon LV7, Horus LV8, Royal Decree, and one of the monster-effect-negation cards (Effect Veiler, Fiendish Chain, or Breakthrough Skill (Breakthrough Skill is the best of the three right now, but Effect Veiler won't conflict with Royal Decree)). It's a Deck idea that I've seen in Tagforce 5 (the character ran D-HERO Plasma instead of BTS, but eh), but basically, you are trying to shut off all card effects for your opponent. Horus turns off Spells, Royal Decree disables traps, and Breakthrough Skill/whatever can negate monster effects that you need to do away with.

Of course, you're going to need to have some sort of fallback plan, since it's not likely for you to get the lock set up the way you want it. That's where Dragon's Mirror, Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, and your Extra Deck comes in. You could also try running the Dragon Rulers, but I have no idea if you could possibly get any of them without paying a boatload of cash (hence why I never duel IRL). Anyways, cards like Vice Dragon (or CyDra, if you must) can be paired with Tuners such as Delta Flyer or something to quickly bring out a Level 7-8 Synchro, and there are many good choices like Black Rose Dragon, Hot RDA, Stardust Spark, and so on (Dark End Dragon if you can get Vice. Light End is bad though).

Edit: Miiight want to move to the other thread you posted instead, now that it exists.

Well, um, it's pretty hard to fix this Deck. Reading over your random card choices, and I have not been able to identify what this Deck's goal is at all. It might be better to simply start over with a new Deck, since I don't understand these card choices at all. For example, Petit Dragon? What does that have to do with anything? That could apply to basically everything in the Deck, but again, I don't know what you want this Deck to do.

Yeah, about that...

There's a TON of Dragons that are better at doing something other than being a Fusion Material for 5-Headed. If you can't use Dragon's Mirror instead of Poly, then 5-Headed isn't worth the incredible minusing you go through to Summon it. This strikes me as an IRL Deck, so if I suggest something you can't attain easily, then I apologize in advance.

If you want to do the Armed Dragon + Horus LV lines, you're going to need the LV 7 Armed Dragon and LV 8 Horus, since they're both pretty alright (Armed Dragon nukes things, Horus shuts off Spells). Don't get Armed Dragon LV10 since LV7 can't fetch it from the Deck, and it's dead in your hand. Furthermore, if you're going with the LV stuff, you may want to include Level Up to get to the final LV monsters faster. Also, if you're going for a basic theme of dragons, then the random stuff like the Evols, Necrofear and those random Fiends, Serket, and so on don't really have much of a place in the Deck (in the case of Necrofear, you would need a bunch of Fiends for him to be consistent).

Rabbidragon is completely outclassed by Blue-Eyes, but Blue-Eyes isn't worth playing unless you drop in Maiden with Eyes of Blue, and probably that Azure-Eyes Synchro. It would help a lot if you could mention one goal you want your Deck to accomplish, and only one.

My Goal Is To have a deck With a lot of Stratagies or backroads incase one stratagie doesn't work, I have so many options and choices, that it helps to have some of these cards.

And your right, it is a IRL deck, took me years to build it, so, and, Rabidragon is only 50 atk points less then blue eyes, so how is it outclassed in every way?

My Goal Is To have a deck With a lot of Stratagies ot backroad incase one stratagie doesn't work, I have so many options and choices, that it helps to have some of these cards.

I was hoping that this wouldn't be the case. The problem with including so many strategies is that you are running so many groups of cards that rely on each other to pull off a combo, and without all of the cards you need, the cards you have will not perform as well as you want them to. For example, Serket is completely dead without Temple of the Kings (I have no idea what banlist you're following, if any, so I'll just ignore the fact that you're not adhering to it). You're running only Temple of the Kings in an 80 (soon to be 60) card Deck. It isn't searchable. So therefore, Serket cannot do anything at all unless you just so happen to have one specific card. Necrofear is like this as well. You can have other strategies, but they would have to have synergy with one another. What I mean is the 5-Headed Dragon play works best in Dragon-themed Decks like Hieratics, Dragunities, Blue-Eyes, or whatever. When it doesn't work is when you try to run it, and five dragons, in Scraps or Hunders, who have nothing to Dragons (well, Scraps have Dragon-Type bosses, but that doesn't mean you should run FGD there).

Rabidragon is only 50 atk points less then blue eyes, so how is it outclassed in every way?

It's because everything Rabidragon can do can also be done by Blue-Eyes. Then, Blue-Eyes can do more things than Rabidragon can. And while 50 ATK isn't much, it does let BEWD into the 3k barrier along with monsters like Hot RDA, BLS, and so on.

Ban List? I never really used A banlist, So I probobly will Have to get rid of some cards, huh? I plan On Playing in a tournament someday, And your Right About The Rabidragon, But You see, I don't have a blue Eyes at all, I Have A Blue Eyes Shining Dragon, Dragonmaster Knight, White Stone of legend, Kaibaman, and Blue eyes ultimite, But No regular blue eyes, and Serket was only in there  because I thought It was a neat card to have. What else should I do or get rid of anyother cards?

Well, presuming you're going with the "LV lines + FGD" thing, since it's the most prominent strategy in here, I'll strike out cards that I either don't see the point of (probably because they don't have enough of one) or are just not helpful enough.[spoiler='80-card Decks are big!']

Deck
Monsters:
1 Amazoness Trainee (it... gains ATK and knocks things smaller than it into the bottomdeck. 1500 isn't strong enough since it's easy to Summon something with more ATK.)
1 harpies Brother (Is a Winged Beast-Type vanilla that does nothing but hit things. Maybe if you have Luster Dragon, since it's a tad stronger and can be used for FGD.)
1 Genomix Fighter (It's better to just run the right Tuners in the first place. Try some sort of Dragon-Type Tuner.)
1 Twin Headed Behemoth (Just slightly inconveniences your opponent, with no real help towards you.)
1 Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV4
1 Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV6
1 Alexandrite dragon
1 Evolsaur Cerato (Evolzars wouldn't fit into this type of Deck, and if you wanted them, they would need a lot more space than what you've offered.)
1 Celtic Gaurdian (Is really weak, with no effect. The only thing this has going for it is its prominence in the show that makes fans love it.)
1 Lyna The Light Charmer (Charmers shouldn't be in the Maindeck unless your Deck is Charmers, since this card does nothing against opponents that don't run LIGHT Decks.)
1 Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys (Does its own thing by nuking the backrow if it dies. It doesn't help your strategy, and is dead in the hand most of the time.)
1 The Tricky (If you want monsters that can Summon themselves, go for Vice Dragon. Same Level, DARK, doesn't require a discard. Its role is typically to set up a play from the Extra Deck, so the ATK/DEF halving shouldn't matter.)
1 Rabidragon (2-Tribute vanillas can be dead often.)
1 Armed Dragon Level 3
1 Armed dragon Level 5
1 Red Eyes Black Dragon (See Rabidragon. Plus, 2400 is terrible for a 2-Tribute monster. If you have Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, though, run that. Definitely.)
1 Summoned Skull (Doesn't help your strategy, does nothing but beat things.)
1 Shadow Tamer (Does nothing against Decks without Fiends, and also can easily be wiped out before it's flipped.)
1 Lava Golem (Actually, if you can't replace cards as well as I want you to, you may have to resort to running this. While it doesn't help your strategy, it's still really playable.)
2 Cyber Dragons (Probably the same as Lava Golem. If you can't afford the cool and good stuff, you probably would have to rely on these for Extra Deck plays or something.)
1 Hyozanryu (Atrocious ATK, along with being a 2-Tribute Normal who can easily be dead in hand.)
2 Gil Garth (If you have to run Level 4 vanillas, run Dragon-Type ones for the sake of FGD.)
1 Inpachi (See Gil Garth.)
1 Woodborg Inpachi (2500 wall on a 1-Tribute vanilla isn't worth it at all. This card is only useful nowadays for Debris Dragon, and even then it's not that good.)
1 Charcoal Inpachi (Doesn't help. If you need something to fill this role, run Flamvell Guard.)
1 Blazing Inpachi (Yeah, uh, the entire Impachi line isn't going to help your Deck.)
1 Curse Of dragon (If only it weren't so weak for a one-Tribute monster. And had an effect.)
1 Harpie Girl (Does pretty much nothing at all in everything.)
1 Fairy Archer (Would need its own Deck to play, and that would be considerably worse than this.)
1 Breaker The Magical Warrior (You may want to keep this if you can't get 2-3 MSTs, since this does pop backrow.)
1 Maha Vailo (Doesn't contribute to your strategy, just beats things and encourages you to hold onto your equips for too long in hopes of drawing this, or holding on to this for too long in hopes of drawing an equip.)
1 Neo Aqua Madoor (Doesn't contribute to your strategy at all.)
1 Magical Marionette (Only in a Spell Counter Deck. Too reliant on Spells otherwise.)
1 Gemini Elf (Isn't a Dragon.)
1 Prime Material Dragon (Pretty much dead unless you also run Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon.)
1 Dark Armed Dragon* (Needs you to be able to manipulate your Graveyard better. If you can't, then you'll probably want to remove this.)
1 Evotile Odonto (See that other Evol monster. This just isn't an Evol Deck.)
1 Relinquished (Rituals would need their searchers to work, and then you're eating up too much space.)
1 Familiar Possessed- Eria (Doesn't do anything, and is pretty much Blazing Impachi at this point.)
1 Axe Dragonute* (Preferably, you would want to run a better Dragon than this.)
1 Chainsaw insect (Drawback is just really dangerous.)
1 Ghostrick Yuki-Onna (Only in Ghostricks. Here, it's outclassed by even Man-Eater Bug (who isn't good here).
1 Petit Dragon (Can't do anything useful except being a Fusion Material.)
1 Mystical Beast of Serket (As previously stated, is reliant on exactly one card.)
1 Little-WingGuard (Its ATK is so low that you'll want to keep it in Defense most of the time anyway.)
1 Injection Fairy Lily* (Remove this if you can easily get better cards. It demolishes your Life Points and loses badly to Breakthrough Skill.)
1 CopyCat (Does nothing but beat, and guarantees itself to not be the strongest monster on the board.)
1 Dark NecroFear (You're taking out every other Fiend anyway.)
1 Headless Knight (Really weak, doesn't help at all, that stuff.)
1 Frostosaurus (Has no use outside of being 2600 on a single Tribute, which this Deck really doesn't want.)

Traps:
1 Metal Reflect Slime* (Well, it is a sudden 3k wall, but does nothing else useful. If you can get plenty of new cards, then remove this.)
1 Rope Of life (Losing your entire hand is bad. Like, really bad.)
1 Intrigue Shield (Weak form of protection compared to cards like Waboku, Threatening Roar, or even Scrap-Iron Scarecrow, and you don't need any of those.)
1 Draining Shield (See above.)
1 Compulsoray Evacuation Device
1 Blast with a chain (Not helpful towards your strategy, just boosts thing by 500 and might blow something up.)
1 Heartfelt Appeal (See Intrigue Shield.)
1 Paradox Fusion (Completely dead until you get FGD.)
1 Mirror Force
1 Spellbinding Circle (Outclassed by many, many cards.)
1 GraveRobber (Makes your Life Points cry. Plus, you probably don't need that Spell anyway, unless it's... Dark Hole or something. Which means you would of had to have been in a winning position first.)

Spells:
1 Mystic Box (There are better forms of destruction out there.)
1 Photon Sanctuary (Only useful for Tribute Summoning big LIGHT monsters, which you won't be running anyway.)
1 Feather of the phoenix (Eats card advantage to slow yourself down.)
1 Temple Of the Kings (Only useful for its notorious effect involving Trap Cards... and that's why it's banned.)
1 Ego Boost (ATK boost won't be much help.)
1 Half Shut (Turning a monster into Marshmallon for a turn relies on your opponent not having destroyed it by a card effect first.
1 Dragon Shield* (Maaaybe. Don't be surprised to take this out.)
1 Tricky spell 4 (Completely reliant on one card.)
1 United We Stand (Simply boosts damage.)
1 Mage Power (Same thing.)
1 ScapeGoat (Blocks some attacks. That's it. Certain Decks could use it for Synchro Summoning, but not this one.)
1 Polymerization (Five-Headed isn't worth losing six cards over. Dragon's Mirror does this so much better. Dragon's Mirror, or don't run Five-Headed.)
1 Swords Of Revealing Light (MST is @3. This is just really fragile.)
1 Monster Reborn* (Is banned. If you're going to start following it, then you'll have to take this out.)
1 Black Illusion Ritual (Same as Relinquished: you just don't need to devote space to this.)
1 Brain Control* (Is also banned.)
1 Premature Burial (Also forbidden.)

Extra Deck:
1 Stardust Dragon* (Might want Stardust Spark Dragon instead.)
1 Red Dragon Archfiend (Well, since this is IRL and people might be playing weird casual Decks, you might want this. Or maybe if you can't get 15 monsters in your Extra Deck.)
1 Five-Headed Dragon* (Only if you have Dragon's Mirror.)

Max out the Extra Deck with Synchros or Xyzs that you could possibly Summon. There's no reason not to run less than 15 ever, except for those weird Monarch Spells/Traps that you definitely don't need.

You have basicly Demolished My entire deck, lol, And I don't Have dragons mirror, and preferably, I would like to keep united we stand, mage power, and scape goat, though I see you'r point. The Only Xyz Monsters I have Is Number 39 utopia, Temtempo and the other symphony diginss, and number c96:Dark storm, which is useless unless I get Number 96:Dark mist. And you arn't really leaving me alot of options, are you? Also, What is A vanilla?

Well, I can't really see this doing well in a tournament without being revamped majorly. I don't really know what cards you have or if you're in a financial situation good enough to get them, but you would probably need to be able to get quite a lot of cards in order to do well (unless everyone at that tournament runs the weirdest Decks ever). But then again, you could always try, since I think somebody might offer you something just for showing up.

And yeah, might as well include Utopia and whatever because there's no reason not to.

Um, Should I post This In The deck section instead? Yes

And What Do You mean I Don't Have To Type Like What? Like that

And I don't understand Plant rulers or heros, whatever your talking about They're both deck types that have multiple strategies in case one fails, and one of them is one of the best decks right now.

Replies bolded. And if you don't have the money to play IRL you can always play online till you get the cards you need, that's what a lot of people do.
