Premier Alexander Romanov
I'd like to place a reserve for Ccoshobar, the Mark of the Dog and Lavals together for one character, and then Ice Barriers with the Mark of the Heart with another. I'll work on both apps momentarily. The Dark Signer reserve works, but Signers work a bit differently.Actually, now that I think about it, can I have my Ice Barrier Signer be a Psychic Duelist as well?Sure.I'd like to make a reserve for the Yliaster leader (if that's possible if not then a high-ranking Yliaster member) and an Arcadia Movement duelist.I can't give you the leader, but I can give you a high-ranking member.Reserving a spot for a Signer and Dark Signer (Golden Alligator) *Cries silently over reserve for Llama*Awesome! Boss Gator is BOSS!!!Look at how much swag he's got goin' on!Also, Broke N., your app is accepted.

Phantom Roxas
All of these are just works in progress. Wanted to at least get some basics down first.
Username: Phantom RoxasName: Naoya OkudairaGender: MaleAge: 42Affiliation: Leader of the Arcadia Movement.Power: Psychic
Naoya stands at a 6'5, maintaining a tall figure, showing his pride in his position as the leader of the Arcadia Movement. His blue trench coat extends to just below his knees, while the remainder of his wardrobe is completely black. His Duel Disk has a golden color to it, and even keeps it in a suitcase in the off chance that someone will challenge him to a duel.

Naoya is a sharp contrast from Divine, the founder of the Arcadia Movement. Dedicated to the ideals of Aki Izayoi, Naoya values every Psychic, regardless of their relationship with the Arcadia Movement, or whether or not they have even realized their true potential, as precious living beings to be protected, believing Psychics to be the next stage in human evolution. He is especially protective of the younger members of the Arcadia Movement, treating them as though they were in his own children. In the case of one of these young members, Alice, Naoya's adoptive daughter, he appears to hold a particular favoritism towards her, though Naoya strives to show the other young members a similar fondness. However, because Naoya is so protective towards the Arcadia Movement, he holds a vicious attitude towards those he deems a threat to their well-being. Those who either accept the Arcadia Movement or hold suspicions that they are too afraid to act upon do not bother Naoya. However, if any persecute the Arcadia Movement or choose to rally ill will towards them, Naoya recognizes them as a threat, and will do anything in his power to bring them down. Not violently, though. The Arcadia Movement has a reputation, and responding to discrimination with acts of violence would force Naoya to become the same monster that Divine was. Instead, he maintains the same welcoming demeanor he shows to the Arcadia Movement, while at the same time acting to discredit his opponents. Above all else, Naoya's ultimate goal is for the Psychics to be at least welcomed as a part of society, with their abilities to be nothing worth feeling ashamed of. The game that these Psychic powers typically manifest themselves in has strikes Naoya as childish, in spite of him still having some fondness for the game left over from his youth.

The once proud and mysterious Arcadia Movement was led by the Psychic named Divine, a cruel man who sought to start a revolution in Neo Domino City. However, after the battle with the Dark Signers, Divine's criminal past came to light, and he was thrown in prison, where he wasted away for the rest of his days. The Movement did not disappear forever with Divine, though. Aki Izayoi, a Signer, and a prominent public figure from the Arcadia Movement, revived the Movement, continuing the dream of providing a safe haven for all Psychics, but not in the way that Divine had intended. A newly elected senator, Kanako Okudaira, offered to campaign for the public approval of the Arcadia Movement, though her support was for personal reasons. Her young son, Naoya, had shown signs of psychic abilities, and Aki was entrusted with tutoring Naoya in them.Over the years, Naoya trained as Aki's student, aspiring to continue her dream. Over time, Aki began to spend more and more time with her own family, and Naoya began to see less and less of her. His mother, however, began to talk about how proud she was of her son. It was a welcome solace for Naoya, and his mother encouraged him that he could be the best man he could be. Eventually, once Aki had grown too old to watch over the Arcadia Movement, she had retired. Other Psychics, other students who were trained by Aki how to control their powers, moved on with their lives once they believed that they had learned enough, but for Naoya, all he could think of was succeeding Aki. To his relief, Aki had chosen him to be the leader of the Arcadia Movement.Welcoming his new position, Naoya chose to continue Aki's dream. Naoya began to make very public appearances, at least once a month, to call for the Psychics that he believes are still out there, but have not found their way. He often visits orphanages, considering the horrible possibility that there are some children who have been outright abandoned by their families. At one orphanage, he found a young girl named Alice, who he asked to formally adopt as his own daughter, and he offers to adopt other orphans who are found by either himself or other members of the Arcadia Movement. By making the Arcadia Movement a home for Psychics, Naoya is ensuring that Aki's dream becomes a reality.
Deck: Gusto Warp, integrating Gusto monsters with a Psychic-focused deck, allowing him to fill his field with materials for his strongest monsters.Key Card(s): Hyper Psychic Blaster/Assault Mode, Overmind Archfiend, Ultimate Axon Kicker, and Daigusto Eguls.

Username: Phantom RoxasName: Alice OkudairaGender: FemaleAge: 17Affiliation: Arcadia MovementPower: Psychic
(A paragraph with at least 4 lines, including any gear, such as a Duel Disk and a Duel Runner. BANZAI!!!!

"Hey you! Don't talk big unless you can back it up like a real man, got it?! Username: Zai-Guard Name: Kazuki Nagare Gender: Male Age: 19 Affiliation: Neo Domino Power: Signer Mark: Wings Theme: Deep Red
Like his older brother, Kazuki stands at a respectable 5'11". Though he and Sho wear their black hair the same length, Kazuki's is almost always messier than his brother's. Both brothers are a little bit on the thin side, though both are more athletic looking than skinny. Kazuki definitely has more muscle tone and is in overall better shape than his brother, since he works out more. Though Kazuki does occasionally dress more formally (as is pictured above) he will more often than not neglect to wear anything (such as a vest, tie, etc) over his button-down shirt, choosing instead to wear it by itself alongside a pair of slacks. When he dresses casually (which is rather often), he prefers more stylish, thinner clothing such as V-neck t-shirts and skinny jeans. Regardless of his clothing choice, he always wears two simple silver bracelets on his right wrist, which were gifts from his now-deceased mother. His duel disk resembles an older KC MK-II model from the battle-city era, though this resemblance is simply aesthetic and it functions on the same level as any other duel disk. He also owns a Yusei-Go style duel runner, and both it and his duel disk are colored white with a crimson trim. Kazuki has a confident air to him, always walking with a little bit of a swagger and wearing a smirk on his face. He has a fairly large burn scar on the inside of his left forearm that he received when he fell off of his duel runner. The scar is an easy way to distinguish him from his brother if one has not learned to tell them apart. Kazuki is rather fond of using the phrase "Oy, Anta!" (a rather informal and derogatory way of saying "Hey you!" in Japanese) to get someone's attention.

Cocky, rude, headstrong, and flirtatious, Kazuki is the more outgoing and emotional of the two brothers. While he isn't a braggart, nor could one really call him conceited, Kazuki is definitely arrogant, and can be rather overconfident in his abilities. He also tends to speak in a rather blunt manner, and isn't afraid to speak his mind or insult someone he feels deserves it. This combined with his notoriously short fuse means that Kazuki often gets into verbal sparring matches and fistfights. Though he's a hothead, Kazuki is, like his brother, very intelligent. However, whereas Sho tends to be very knowledgeable, Kazuki's intelligence manifests in his perceptiveness, intuition, and wit. He's excellent at reading people and situations, and is almost always aware of multiple things going on at once around him. This, of course, means that he usually knows just what buttons to push, and is another reason he is often in fights, though it also means that he knows just what to say to make light of a situation. Despite the rough exterior, however, Kazuki is good at heart. Though he rarely demonstrates it, he's kind, and his wit gives him an excellent sense of humor. He's also fiercely loyal to the friends he does have, and its clear that he cares deeply for those close to him. Kazuki is also a huge flirt, and he's rather popular with women thanks to his good looks and sense of humor, though his cocky attitude tends not to earn him any points. Lastly, Kazuki is very competitive, and he'll rarely, if ever, back down from a challenge (dueling or otherwise) or say no to a bet. In reality however, Kazuki's brash attitude and confident demeanor are to some degree a front to cover up insecurities and identity issues that he has regarding his more academically inclined and outwardly talented older twin. Though he certainly looks up to and gets along with Sho, he constantly feels overshadowed by his brother, and therefore tries to overcompensate with his attitude.

One of the sons of Ryoma Nagare, a scientist and member of Yliaster, and Kaname Nakagawa, a teacher, Kazuki is the younger of the Nagare twins. Kazuki went with his mother when their parents divorced roughly a year after their birth, and as a result he spent his early childhood in the more affordable second level of Neo Domino's 9th residential stack. When he was young, Kazuki demonstrated many of the same talents as his brother did at the same age, though Kazuki was more social than his twin and spent more time playing rather than developing his abilities. When he was 8, Kazuki's mother gave him the pair of bracelets that he continues to wear to this day, and for the most part, he lived a relatively normal (if rough and a bit impoverished) childhood. When Kazuki was ten years old, however, his mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness, and died soon after. As she had no other family to speak of, custody of Kazuki was given to his father, and he went to live with him and his new wife in the old family home in an upscale part of one of Neo Domino city's more affluent Scrapes. It was then that Kazuki met his twin for the first time in his memory. Though Sho seemed to be able to adjust to the new arrangement rather well, Kazuki had a very difficult time adjusting, and began acting out often. To make matters worse, his father saw him as a burden, and greatly favored the academically successful Sho over Kazuki, who entered adolescence unsure of himself and seemingly in the shadow of his brother. As a result, Kazuki branched out as he grew older, adopting his headstrong attitude and growing more proficient at more practical skills such as mechanics (it was during this time that he purchased and refurbished his duel runner), and learning to duel nearly as well as his brother (though it was Sho who helped him learn, and as a result Kazuki is at a disadvantage whenever they play against each other). Despite the lack of support from his father, Kazuki ultimately came into his own as he finished out high school, though his social issues have certainly not gone away. Since graduating, Kazuki has been training to become a professional duelist, acquiring cards, strengthening his deck, and commuting to Neo Domino's Duel Academy for classes for this purpose. He has very recently moved out of his father's house and into a small apartment on the first level of the Second Residential stack. While affordable, the first level is notorious for its poor infrastructure and high crime rate, and as a result residing there can be challenging, and Kazuki often spends his free time on higher levels of other stacks and scrapes with his Duel Academy Social circle and/or his brother. Despite its relative proximity to the the Academia stack, Kazuki's commute is rather complex and sometimes difficult, and this, as well as his current job as a mechanic in an auto shop specializing in duel runners, hasn't made his education and career advancement easy. Through some determination and a bit of luck, however, he has been on a winning streak on the Neo Domino's dueling circuit, and is on the rise in the rankings. Though he hasn't become quite popular enough to have garnered a serious fanbase, his name is at least known, and he's gained a reputation for winning games with his aggressive, all-or-nothing playing style. This is exemplified by his ace monster: Razer Wing Dragon, which is able to deal massive amounts of damage by attacking monsters stronger than itself, in exchange for tripling the damage Kazuki takes when it does so. In-part because of his brother and father's membership in the organization, Kazuki has unknowingly appeared on Yliaster's radar as a possible signer.
Deck: Dragunity Aggro. Focuses on fast beatdown tactics that circumvent defensive plays while allowing for field swarming and fast, high level Summons to finish games quickly before the opponent has time to establish themselves. Key Card(s): Razer Wing Dragon Dragunity Arma Arbalest Dragunity Knight - Caletvwlch Other customs

"There is no room in this society for the complacent and the mediocre. One must be gifted and driven to succeed." Username: Zai-Guard Name: Sho Nagare Gender: Male Age: 19 Affiliation: Yliaster Power: Signer Mark: Brand Theme: Lateralus
Like his younger brother, Sho stands at a respectable 5'11". Though he and Kazuki wear their black hair the same length, Sho's is almost always much tidier than his brother's. Both brothers are a little bit on the thin side, though both are more athletic looking than skinny. Sho definitely has less muscle tone and is in overall worse shape than his brother, since he works out less. Sho prefers to dress in a shirt, vest , and tie, though he often mixes up his outfits in order to fit with one of his many interestingly patterned ties (the one pictured above is extremely plain by Sho's standards). When a situation calls for him to dress casually, Sho prefers comfortable clothing like sweats and jeans. Sho's duel disk is a current model (Standard 5d's era) colored black with white trim. Sho often appears distant or lost in thought, and slouches a bit when he sits.

Sho is calm, manipulative, self-centered, and detached. While not nearly as standoffish as his younger brother, Sho nonetheless shares some of the same narcissistic character traits that his brother does. In Sho's case, this means that he's rather self-absorbed, and he tends to be very inconsiderate. Unlike Kazuki, who is more intuitive than he is book-smart, Sho is very well-read and academically inclined. Though calling him a genius may be pushing it somewhat, Sho is gifted with an exceptionally high IQ (128, to be exact) and a good deal of natural talent on top of it. This often manifests itself in his large vocabulary and pool of general knowledge, and as a result Sho can almost always be counted on to explain a concept or come up with an easy solution to a problem. However, his high intellect (as well as the years of praise he's received for his achievements that came from it) has exacerbated Sho's narcissistic tendencies. Whereas his younger brother is certainly arrogant and confident, Sho is supremely so to the point of conceit. Granted, he isn't nearly as vocal about his talents as his brother, but his ego is most certainly the larger of the two. Because of his ego and self-absorption, Sho is rather unsympathetic and detached, has no qualms about manipulating others to get something he wants. Most of the time, this simply involves steering conversations in a more interesting (to Sho) direction or getting Kazuki to do something for him, however Sho has been known to be more sinister in his manipulations as well, causing arguments and playing mind games with his opponents in duels. This isn't to say that Sho lacks morals, but rather that he sees right and wrong as relative, and because of his bias toward himself, he often ignores the harmful implications of his actions on others in favor of the benefits to himself. Though he does honestly care for his brother (It was Sho who actually taught Kazuki to duel, and Sho often defends his brother when the latter gets into trouble), he looks down upon Kazuki, and tends to get envious whenever his younger brother succeeds at something the Sho is unskilled at, such as mechanical work or telling good jokes. Though he'll never admit it, Sho also feels a bit threatened by Kazuki's increasing dueling skill, though at the moment he is still the superior player.

One of the sons of Ryoma Nagare, a scientist and member of Yliaster, and Kaname Nakagawa, a teacher, Sho is the older of the Nagare twins. When their parents divorced roughly a year after their birth, Sho went into the custody of his father, who remained in the family's home in an upscale part of one of Neo Domino city's more affluent Scrapes. From an early age, Sho displayed a remarkable aptitude and thirst for knowledge, often spending his time reading or concocting new strategies for use in his deck. When Sho was five, his father remarried. Though Kazuki calls their step-mother by her first name, Sho calls her mom, and is much closer to her than his brother is. Being raised as an only child in a well-off family, Sho grew accustomed to receiving attention and rewards, and as a result his narcissism began to grow even during his early years. When Sho was ten, his biological Mother died. As she had no real family to speak of, Kazuki was sent to live with the rest of the family, and the two brothers met for the first time in their respective memories. While Kazuki had trouble adjusting to the new school, home, and the fact that he had an identical twin, Sho, for the most part, took it in stride, though he did have trouble getting accustomed to no longer being an only child. Despite their differences, Sho and Kazuki grew close as they grew older, with Sho teaching Kazuki to duel and helping him construct his first deck. When Kazuki got into trouble, it was usually Sho who was his most stubborn defender in the household when his father (who disliked Kazuki and considered him a burden) would deal out inordinate punishments to the younger twin. As he went through adolescence, Sho continued to display a great amount of potential, so much so that his father's Yliaster compatriots began keeping an eye on his progress, and as he finished out high school Sho was made aware of Yliaster's attention, and readily joined up as a consultant. After graduating high school, Sho began living on campus at Neo Domino's Duel Academy. As with grade school, he is near the top of his class. Though he has few close friends on campus, he's made a point of assisting and spending time with his younger brother (in part due to Kazuki's decision to move out of the house as soon as possible and live on his own), and as a result the two often spend a good deal of time together, and have similar social circles. In addition to being a full-time student, Sho has been (unbeknownst to his step-mother and brother) moving quickly up the ranks within Yliaster in recent months. Though he has not yet reached the upper echelons of the organization, he has certainly garnered the attention of the higher-ups due to his achievements and dueling skill. He's been most recently tasked with observing his brother, who according to the organization may be a potential signer.
Deck: Agent Control/Synchro. The signature two-toned hair she has in her Duel Monster form is also shared with this form, though far more neat, her bangs and fringe parted down the middle and framing either side of her heart-shaped face, the rest of her hair reaching to the middle of her back. She's able to change the color of her eyes, but only between the two colors she has in her DM Form (although she can make her eyes either monochromatic and heterochromatic). Around her neck is a pendant in the general shape of her Card Form's third eye. There are also a pair of denim hotpants that are usually hidden under the length of the sweater, as well as purple thigh-high stockings and black high-heeled boots. Not as easily seen in these pictures are a buzzcut and a five-o'-clock shadow, although he sometimes grows out mutton chop sideburns. The two outfits above are what Samuel wears when out in public: The first for casual, the second for more formal appearances. When at the lab, Samuel wears a typical lab coat over a rusty orange dress shirt (usually with the top 2-3 buttons undone) and grey chinos with a pair of oxford-style shoes. He may also sometimes wear a pair of gold-framed, oval-lensed glasses. His "Duel Disk" is actually a "jack-o'-lantern" which unfolds into a playing mat (complete with a Life Point LED Display), held up by telekinesis. His Main Deck and Extra Deck are held in a holder mounted on either wrist (as he is ambidextrous), with the Extra Deck having a separate slot underneath the Main Deck.
Personality: In spite of his current appearance, Samuel is a jovial, charismatic individual, possessing a certain charm while conversing with others that makes him very approachable. Being a scientist, he also displays a refined intellect, especially in regards to psychic abilities and the Duel Monsters Spirit World (the latter being his main Field of Study), and while he tries not to appear as an Insufferable Genius, he does have a tendency to let him mouth get ahead of him before he can stop himself. Speaking of which, he also has no problems with mouthing-off to others, or chewing them out for doing something generally moronic and/or irritating. Also, ever since being joined with "Samhain, the Herald of Halloween"/"Halloween Michief Maker" (two of the monsters from the "Halloween" Archetype who are actually one-and-the-same), their are a few, rare moments where he'll seemingly experience psychotic fits, but these are otherwise kept under control. (This may or may not get brought up, but he's also bisexual.)Biography: Samuel was once just your regular human being... well, as regular as one with psychic abilities could be, that is. A 30-something-year-old bachelor from Ireland, Samuel came to Japan to join with the Arcadia Movement, feeling that, with them, he could put his Psychic abilities to good use. He eventually joined the Arcadia Movement's Research Division, studying the Duel Monsters Spirit Realm with the use of his ability to create a "window" to peek through to the other side. This was going rather well, until one day, before Halloween Night, when he was dragged through to the other side by creatures of the "Halloween" Archtype. The monsters that had "abducted" him, one of who goes by the name "Samhain", presented Samuel with a rare opportunity; to become the new Herald of Halloween, and usher in "a new age of Halloween" by October 31st of the following year. In return, they would allow Samuel full access into the Spirit Realm anytime he wished, be it for research or anything else he could desire. Samuel agreed almost instantly; it was an opportunity that Samuel just could not pass up. As part of this pact, Samuel fused himself with Samhain, as well as Samhain's more impulsive "twin brother", who simply goes by the nickname "Mischief". Sure, he had a hell of a time explain his new appearance to the other members of Arcadia when he got back, but Sam hardly cared.... When changing to his coveted Dark Signer robes, however, Iesada tends to keep the gloves and shoes that he wears with his more casual outfit. His Duel Disk is black with red trimmings as is his Duel Runner, which appears to be modeled after the Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle.
Personality: Even in death, or rather undeath as it would be more correct to say, Iesada still continues his work as "a humble priest". Only this time, he utilizes his power to brainwash the mortal populace into siding with him and turning them into Shadow Drones, just by his preaching alone. As for why he does this, knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of his adversaries is a valuable asset for Iesada to pursue; and he'll certainly pursue at others' expense. On top of that, he doesn't care about what happens to this miserable world any more, because he'd already lost all reason to several years ago when he had died. However, Iesada does still have a motive for walking the earth in undeath; specifically, he wants to see Arcadia Movement disbanded and their headquarters razed down to the ground. And although such an ultimatum would never have crossed Iesada's mind in life, he feels so hollow inside as of this moment that it's now the only true drive he has left. Even though much of his beef is with the Arcadia Movement, Iesada is well aware of the potential threat that Yliaster can be if left unchecked, and as such, he will often organize some riots for his converted Shadow Drones to participate in, if only so Yliaster stays off his back while he focuses on his vendetta against the Arcadia Movement.Biography: Once upon a time, Iesada Koike worked as a humble priest in a church on the outskirts of Neo Domino City. He may have not gotten a large salary out of his work, but he'd earned enough wealth to support a loving wife, of whom he raised three children and a loyal dog with. This dog, which Iesada has christened to be by the name of Ccoshobar, would always walk with Iesada whilst he was on his way to church, only to await his return from delivering his sermons for the day and walk back home with him. Iesada had grown a strong bond with Ccoshobar, just as he did with his family. These bonds would stand the test of time for a solid number of years, but unfortunately, the family itself would not last. One day, a Psychic Duelist zealot was running amok in the neighborhood in which Iesada and his family resided, and had been targeting the family themselves when Iesada and Ccoshobar rushed in to defend. Iesada used a different deck during the psychic duel that he had fought and was not a strong duelist at the time, and it was this lack of strength that ultimately cost him his life, as well as that of his wife and children and Ccoshobar. Everything was a blur when Iesada awoke in the netherworld, and he was initially confused as to why he was here. There were no signs of his wife and children to be seen, but as Iesada slowly rose to his feet and began walking towards the light, he noted an apparition of Ccoshobar running towards him, only to lick him affectionately once it reached him, and then begin darting back where it came from. Not wanting to lose Ccoshobar again, Iesada desperately gave chase, but slew down more and more as he started sensing an unholy power drawing near the two. Sure enough, Iesada found the very same apparition of Ccoshobar sitting in front of a supreme being; The King of the Underworld. The King had given Iesada the opportunity to walk the earth again, but only if he'd accept the mission of eliminating the Signers. Iesada had thought long and hard about this proposal, but had eventually decided on a counter-offer; sure, Iesada would be willing to eliminate Signers, but only after he'd sought vengeance from his family first, and only if Ccoshobar was revived alongside Iesada to serve alongside him. However, The King of the Underworld still had one condition before he'd accept this counter-offer. His attention turned to the apparition of Ccoshobar, where The King performed a ritual on it, causing it to grow and grow and fill up with damned souls within the netherworld. And thus, a new Earthbound Immortal was born, to guide Iesada on his path of vengeance. Now, with Ccoshobar revived as an Earthbound Immortal, Iesada continues his search for the Arcadia Movement Headquarters. He also has his eyes set on finding the zealot that defeated him in the last psychic duel, who he wants to shut down personally in order to avange his lost family. On top of that, Iesada is currently gathering Shadow Drones to make into a gargantuan army, for when he finally locates the Arcadia Movement Headquarters. The net gain of Shadow Drones that Iesada is getting varies because of Yliaster's blatant obsession with control which he has to deal with from time to time, but the numbers are ultimately increasing.Deck: Iesada uses his Laval Deck as a beat-down Deck, and will set his Graveyard up to finish an opponent off with a well-timed Rekindling swarm. During the early game, however, he tends to punch holes in the opponent's defenses first, with monsters such as Laval Dragon Tank and Laval Stennon, as well as his EBI.Key Cards: Earthbound Immortal Ccoshobar, Laval Dragon Tank, Laval Stennon, Laval Summoning Flare, Rekindling, Searing Land of the Lavals Theme Song: Inside the Fire, by Disturbed

"Has it... really been forty years since I was last frozen?" Username: Admiral_Stalfos19 Name: Koharu TaguchiGender: FemaleAge: [acronym='She appears as though she's 24, however']64[/acronym]Affiliation: Arcadia MovementPower: Signer/PsychicMark: Heart
Tall for a woman of any age, Koharu stands at a height of exactly 6' 0", and has a BWH ratio of 35-24-36. Her skin has transformed into a light blue color as a result of spending 40 years being cyrogenically frozen, and the trails of ice that run down her cheeks and neck and on her left breast are actually her own tears, which have frozen completely solid. Her eyes are lavender in color, but they appear translucent and soulless, and she can barely open them enough to see. Koharu's Signer Mark glows just above her breasts when it activates, which is usually when she's overcharging her psychic powers. Speaking of which, it should be noted that the aura emanating from Koharu's psychic powers is enough to shave several degrees off a room's temperature just by her being there, and that touching her skin with one's own is practically the equivalent of dipping one's hand into a pool of liquid nitrogen. She can also freeze [acronym='or even a person if she concentrates hard enough']any object[/acronym] just by looking at it, and if she touches such an object, it may shatter like glass. Koharu doesn't wield a Duel Disk, but she can use her psychic powers to animate her cards into life. And while she doesn't have a Duel Runner, Koharu has a blue sports car that is based on the Ferrari 458 Italia, and can keep up with any Duel Runner whose rider she wants to play the game with.
Personality: Koharu's psychic powers have grown substantially while she was cyrogenically frozen, but she's now become physically weak, and she seems as though she's suffering from a permanent illness. More specifically, she oddly has developed several symptoms of hypothermia thanks entirely to her time being frozen, such as having trouble getting enough blood pumping to her vital organs, not thinking clearly because of not enough oxygen in the brain and making snap judgments as a result, most of which are poorly thought out, and even fainting without warning at times, also because of not enough oxygen in the brain albeit in a severe case. Thankfully however, Koharu's Signer powers are keeping her body and mind alive and ready to try and stave off the Earthbound Immortals. But then again, even though she's grateful for these powers keeping her alive, Koharu fears that they may also make her an outcast towards the other Psychic Duelists if they're to be revealed, which could very well be at any time at all for all she knows. It's because of this overwhelming fear that Koharu has difficulty putting and maintaining her trust in others, but she happens to be rather affectionate despite that... especially towards men. Koharu has long forgotten what it means to genuinely fall in love, and in a bid to try and find out, she'll often partially hit on any male, or even female if she suddenly decides on swinging that way one day for whatever reason, that she deems reasonably attractive. She does respect boundaries though, and tries not to go too far with her affectionate antics, but considering her lack of understanding of true love and the way her brain works now, Koharu has an extremely difficult time in relinquishing crushes on any one particular person. Koharu is well aware that one can't truly love if one can't trust, and wishes that she can open up more, but her fears and current state of mind prevent her from putting such a philosophy into practice.Biography: It had been 40 years since Koharu Taguchi was approached by Divine, the founder of Arcadia Movement and the leader of it at the time, who had sensed a psychic power within Koharu. She wasn't given much of choice as to whether or not she'd like to join, nor was she dragged away via brute force; she was just... whisked away one particular day, only to find herself in a separate room inside the Arcadia Movement. Koharu had been through extensive testing, but unfortunately, her powers proved to be lackluster. However, instead of giving up on the idea of recruiting her and letting her go about her way, Divine had ordered a couple of goons to chuck Koharu into a cyrogenic freezer, inside a remote laboratory within the Arcadia Movement building itself. Of course, Koharu would've resisted had she the strength, but the extensive testing had already drained her into exhaustion, so all she could do was weep as she was dragged and placed inside. She was snap frozen at that instant. Whether the cyrogenic freeze treatment would actually improve Koharu's psychic powers at all still remains unknown to this day, as does how long such a treatment would actually take, but what is known is that no-one that was stationed at the cyrongenics lab ever had a chance to determine if any progress was made before the Arcadia Movement was under attack by the Earthbound Immortals. And so Koharu remained frozen, within the duration of the Earthbound Immortal attack, throughout their demise and even when Divine was imprisoned for his crimes and a new psychic duelist was appointed to lead the Arcadia Movement. However, it was during the Earthbound Immortals' revival that Koharu was finally thawed out... but not by any one person in particular, or even her own psychic powers, but her new-found powers as a Signer. Now though, Koharu remains trapped inside the freezer, unaware that so much time had passed as 40 whole years. She's just discovered that her psychic powers are much stronger now, and noticed that they would always react not to her will, but what she was feeling at that particular point of time. But still, the fact remains that Koharu is stuck in a cyrogenics room that she had unwittingly frozen over herself, and it'll take someone that can brave the cold to get her out and into the world. Thankfully, someone may very well be about to; Aki Izayoi already begun investigations on all the secret facilities that Divine had in place the moment that she took over leadership of the Arcadia Movement, and Naoya Okudaira is currently picking up where Aki had left off those investigations. Perhaps Naoya will be the one to discover the cyrogenics lab that Koharu currently resides in, which Aki had failed to pin-point during her time in the Arcadia Movement Headquarters. Deck: Koharu uses an Ice Barrier deck. She also runs other ice-themed cards and some staples for support.Key Cards: Ice Heart Dragon, Ice Queen, Magic Triangle of the Ice Barrier, Majestic Ice Dragon, Snow Plow Hustle Rustle, Trap Hole of the Ice Barrier Theme Song: Puella Magi Madoka Magica OST: Magia (English)
Thought I'd put all the custom cards I made for both characters in a separate spoiler. Iesada's already accepted as you can see above, and I'm almost done with Koharu. I just need to finish off her personality and start on her bio (~joy~). But anyway, customs are below. In her new 'true' appearance as a Dark Signer, she has two magenta stripes underneath her eyes, also, the white of her eyes turns black. Her clothing then consists of slim black pants and a crop shirt, both with magenta stripes on them. Her footwear consist of black boots and her Duel Disk is a standard Dark Signer Disk.

Due to experiences in her childhood and adolescence, she has developed a great aversion against anything human, or humanity in general. This expresses in her usually acting brutal and reckless when dealing with other people. The only exceptions to this rule are the other Dark Signers, whom she views as not human anymore, like herself, as they were all dead and were revived later. This dislike goes so far, she refuses using any Monsters except Xyz Monsters, as she believes them to not belong to humanity, as they come from another universe.

She spent her childhood in New Domino City, like any average kid, protected by her parents and growing up quite normal. When she had finished Middle School, she wanted to follow her dream and become a pro duelist. For this, she wanted to go to New Domino City Duel Academy and although her parents disapproved this, since they thought she should take a reliable job instead, she managed to get accepted there. However, she soon found out that she wasn't as skilled as a duelist as she thought, being unable to make any good plays with Monster Cards and scoring low gradings and losing duels all through her time there. By this time, she also started to get bullied by her fellow students, to an extend that eventually led to her committing suicide at the age of 17. However, she was rescued, by the power of the Earthbound Immortals, becoming the Dark Signer with the spiral mark. Receiving a second chance and a new Deck, that she can use much better than her last, she swore revenge against those that made him what she has become: All of humanity. For this, she happily sides with the other Dark Signers and the King of the Underworld, wanting nothing but the destruction of mankind. (GigaDrillBreaker)
Username: Giga HinaName: Dionaea FleurGender: FemaleAge: 20Affiliation: UnderworldPower: Dark SignerMark: TreeAppearance:

Dionaea is small and petite, [acronym=163 cm]5' 4"[/acronym] in height, and has bright blue irises framed by the standard black sclera found on Dark Signers. Her hair is an unnatural shade of red, grouped into two large pigtails that descend from the back and flow behind her. Unlike most dark signers, she does not wear the long, dark robes (they are far too ugly for her), instead wearing a long, flower-like silver dress, adorned with multiple golden ribbons. She wears high-heeled shoes so as to appear as tall as she possibly can, and they extend her height by a good [acronym=13 cm]5 inches[/acronym]. The colored stripes seen on dark signers are present on her as well, appearing as vertical silver lines that extend from her jawline to about halfway up her cheeks, as well as longer stripes that trail down her arms all the way to her hands, which are covered by a pair of white gloves. The gloves are fine, like those that could be found at a formal party, with a frilly edge. Her duel disk is just like the standard that is used by dark signers, stylized with Incan imagery, with the deck holder in the shape of a dragon's mouth. An interesting not is that it is inverted, and worn on the right arm, as Dionaea is left-handed. Personality: Dionaea, in a word, is vain. She is (or at least was) an attractive human being and she knows it. Although she often appears ditsy or cute, her true nature is cruel and sadistic. She enjoys watching others in pain, and seeks out those vulnerable so that she can inflict it. She thinks that the emotions of the living are somewhat of a joke, and toys with others, often reverting to the innocent personality she had before becoming a Dark Signer so as to throw enemies off. She manipulates people as much as she can, taking advantage of their emotional flaws to break them from the inside. She can suffer from delusions of grandeur, especially while dueling, envisioning herself as an all-powerful goddess, and all those that surround her to be mere [acronym=punny pun is punny]weeds[/acronym]. She refers to almost all males that she encounters as "sweetie," "honey," or something of the like, living life like the people around her are just dolls to play with.Biography: Believe it or not, Dionaea was not born with such a name. She was born in Neo Domino, and was named Diana. She learned to duel from her parents, and quickly became good at it, though her true passion was in gardening. She made an effort to avoid others, preferring the company of her flowers to other people. It wasn't so much that she disliked people, she simply was afraid of what they would think of her. Even so, it was difficult for her to prosper emotionally with minimal outside contact, and she bottled up her emotions. After graduating high school, she went straight into college and studied horticulture. It was a field in which she was truly talented, and by the time she acquired her associate's degree at the age of 20, she was spending most of her waking hours working in a greenhouse, tending to all of the plants. She was happy. Alone, but happy. It was from this arrangement that her death occurred. Walking home from the greenhouse, just as she had every day, she heard a voice call to her from behind, demanding that she hand over her purse. Unsure of how to handle the situation, her fight or flight instinct kicked in, and she ran. Unfortunately, she had scarcely taken two steps before she heard the bang. That sound was the last thing that she heard while still alive. It wasn't fair. She had done nothing to deserve this, and yet it happened anyway. Diana's last thought was that the world simply wasn't fair, and nothing could be done about it. Realizing that she was deadg, she expected to see nothing, or perhaps even pearly gates, but what she saw instead terrified her. A tree, taller than any of the skyscrapers in Neo Domino. It gave her an offer: another chance at life, a chance at revenge against humanity for her cruel and unfair fate, at the cost of subservience. She took the offer, and was reborn as a Dark Signer with a new name: Dionaea - the Venus Fly Trap.Deck: Flower Princess - Based upon summoning the four five flower princesses and using their effects to control the field. Maeriberii Haan
"Yes, I am 28 years old. I’m not a damn child!” Username: Renko Usami (Risa) Name: Akai Araki Gender: Female Age: 28, or so she said. Affiliation: Underworld Power: Dark Signer Mark: Llama
This is Akai when she’s in disguise. She’s not tall, clocking in at 165 cm. But she’s definitely not as short as a little girl. It’s just how she dressed, her lack of asset, and how she acted that made her look like one. She uses an old model Duel Disk, resembling KC’s mass production Duel Disk. This is her appearance when she properly assumed her role as a Dark Signer. The scythe, aside from being a weapon when necessary, also serves as her Duel Disk, its blade to be more exact, while the handle is actually retractable to make it easier to store.

Akai is one of those loner-type human, who prefers to spend her time alone, though she doesn’t really hate the idea of being in a group. Being alone made her able to think more clearly. She is somewhat childish at times, sometimes acting like someone a quarter of her apparent age. She’s also quite excitable, and her attention can easily be shifted by shiny things or something to that effect. When interacting with others, she usually is just passively there, maybe raising her voice once or twice to drop a joke, and then be silent again. She’s like a ghost in groups. She never really bothers to voice her opinion on things to others, since as she has said before on this matter, “I don’t think I can make a solid enough opinion using my common sense, so I’ll refrain from saying anything.”, and others have decided to not ask further. Also, she took offense to anyone that referred to her as if she’s not a 28 years old woman. But nah. Not really. The actual Akai Araki is nothing like the above paragraph, well, maybe not all of it. She has a gigantic ego, and she pictures herself like a monarch sent from the heavens itself, or the grim reaper that will judge all life on earth. The reason she never bothered to voice her opinion? Why, of course it’s because she think her opinion is the truest of all of them, and the others does not deserve to know it. Egomania aside, she’s pretty indifferent to anyone and everyone. Though, how she acted as a Dark Signer, her actions when in disguise and how she acted back when she’s alive has little to no relation. And she had forgotten about how she acted back when she was alive.

When she was younger, Akai was deeply fascinated with the tales of the war between the Signers and the Dark Signers in the past, and dedicated her time to learn about a lot of things related to the events. She really wished that she could be one of the Signers, but as she grew older, she realized that she had no chance of being one of them, none at all. It was then that she realized that from the information that she knew, the portal to the underworld had never actually closed. Bits of researches later, she was able to confirm that fact. Bitter that she could not live as the heroes of her childhood, she decided to be one of the villains instead. Dead-set on intentionally becoming a Dark Signer, she killed herself in the hope that an Earthbound Immortal would hear her plea and chose her. After her death, instead of going to wherever dead people usually went to, she instead appeared in front of the Earthbound Immortal, Llamaca Pacuilla, which imbued her with her Dark Signer mark, and tasked her to defeat the Signers, in exchange for returning her back to life. All according to her plan. Driven with this new goal, she fully embraced her new role completely. As soon as she returned to her physical body, she immediately devised a plan to ease her way to eliminating the Signers, by putting on an elaborate disguise to make herself be able to stay below the radar of her enemies, and by using a deck with a benevolent-looking Dragon-type Synchro to make her disguise better. She’s still somewhat pissed that from all the Earthbound Immortals that could’ve chosen her; she got the Lemon Llama instead of one the cooler ones. She never actually shown this distaste though, as that would make things really awkward for her. Premier Alexander Romanov
Done, I guess? Tell me if I messed something up. Accepted. Also, here is one of my apps.
"Look at them all. They’re nothing special. They’re just pigs in human clothing. So self-centered in their own confined perceptions, in their own pens, that they do not see what is truly going on. It’s time for them to wake up and realize how much control they really have over this world. And for them to get what they deserve." Username: TheFinalFan Name: Catherine Atlas Gender: Female Age: 18 Affiliation: Yliaster Power: Signer Mark: Brand Appearance: Catherine is a tall blonde woman standing at about 5’7” with fair skin, piercing violet eyes, and hair styled with fringed bangs coming to a point on her forehead, with two long strands of hair framing either side of her face, and a long ponytail of hair behind her. Purple pointed hairclips accentuate her style, and vaguely resemble not only the short spikes of her illustrious grandfather, but also possibly short horns of some sort of demon. She is usually clothed in a customized white variant of the standard Neo Domino Duel Academy uniform, with a purple tie and kerchief, gold and silver accents, and long garters and stockings ending in knee-high boots beneath her short skirt. She has a white and gold Duel Academy 2082-model Duel Disk, the latest model of a long line of Duel Disks, and a customized Duel Runner called “Pomp and Circumstance”. Personality: Prideful to say the least, Catherine is extremely intelligent, calculating, patient, while simultaneously unwavering and iron-fisted. Catherine regularly refers to the masses of the world her mother works to maintain as "pigs in human clothing," and justifies that the weak and foolish must be ruled for their own good. Due to her steadfast convictions, she also possesses a natural charisma and ability to lead others. In spite of her pride, Catherine is shown to be pragmatic and determined, willing to cast aside pride and using whatever means necessary in order to secure victory, even if it threatens her life. However, Catherine despises her controlling mother, Delilah Strailey, and tries to defy her in subtle ways, such as keeping her family name. Biography: Catherine is the young heiress to Strailey Utilities, the multinational conglomerate formed by her grandfather from his tournament winnings to support her great-uncle’s work in the field of Momentum research, development, distribution, and utilization. Along with four other corporations, Satellite Electrical, Frond, Clow & Hart, the Izayoi Zaibatsu, and M.I.D.S., Strailey Utilities controls the global supply of Momentum. Strailey is the largest, having holdings on every single continent save the Americas and Antarctica, making Catherine the next-in-line to control the world’s power supply, and keep the leaders of the nations of those she considers pigs in line. And yet, Catherine has taken her own path by enrolling in Neo Domino’s Duel Academy, as opposed to her mother’s insistence that she go on ahead to a prestigious university. The girl is intelligent enough to do such a thing, and yet, she chose to spend four years at Neo Domino, taking over the school from the inside. Neo Domino has become one of the best Duel Academies on the planet, mainly due to its draconian methods of teaching, recruitment, and enforcement. She makes sure that her judgments are harsh, yet fair, and is willing to keep everyone in their place, knowing their places. Some of this can be attributed to the powerful deck she bears of Lawful Evil Archfiends, including Hot Red Dragon Archfiend, the draconic beast that keeps her in the top, despite the discomfort using the card causes… Deck: Archfiend Synchro Deck, focused on overwhelming the opponent with powerful plays. Key Card(s): Hot Red Dragon Archfiend, Archfiend Emperor, the First Lord of Horror, Archfiend Commander.
Reinforce
Username: SimdoggyName: Ami HimuraGender: FemaleAge: 25Affiliation: UnderworldPower: Dark SignerMark: WingsAppearance: Ami is decently tall for a female, standing at 5'11" and has a fairly thin figure, from her A-cup breasts to her small waist and skinny legs.. She has waist-length black hair, which she usually wears in a long ponytail, tied tight behind her head, and her skin is pale from her time spent up late at night so often, causing dark rings under her eyes as well. When not dressed up as a full Dark Signer, she wears a traditional shrine maiden outfit, long red skirt and white jacket, as well as the white socks and brown sandals. Her irises are a light blue, and she uses white D-pad as her duel disk, so as it fits under her jacket sleeves. While in full Dark Signer form, the miko outfit remains, but changes colour, jacket and skirt both turning black while the red stitching on the jacket turns to Cyan instead. Her duel disk in the form remains the same, though the colour switches to black. The dark rings under her eyes are covered by Cyan rings that appear around her eyes and on her eyelids, along with a small line over the bridge of her nose, connecting the circles and appearing almost like glasses tattooed onto her skin, while the sclera of the eyes themselves turn black. Ami does not have a duel runner of her own, though she knows how to ride one if necessary. Personality: Outwardly, Ami still presents the appearance of a calm, friendly shrine maiden, helpful and welcoming as one would expect from someone of her station. However, that is only an outward mask to hide her true feelings about the world, hatred, disgust and contempt towards humankind. Feelings mostly caused by the perception that all of humanity merely wanted more money and power, as well as to cling to the fragile world they had managed to make for themselves. Ami has always had a particular interest in mythology as well, wanting to meet the beings called gods for a long time, and now absolutely loyal to the one she eventually did succeed in meeting. Somewhat of a bookworm, Ami is still quite smart and has taken efforts to memorise as many of the Yugioh cards floating around as possible, in an attempt to give her an advantage during duels. The only times Ami's true feeling come to surface is when she's alone and when she's in full Dark Signer state, which would give quite a shock to those used to her friendly demeanour. Biography: From a young age, Ami was brought up to be a shrine maiden, given up by her parents because they couldn't afford to pay for another child. Growing up in the shrine, Ami learnt the various duties and responsibilities of the position she was to take quickly, before starting to learn about other religions and their mythologies as she grew. It was the myths and legends that really took her fancy, learning of tales of both gods and demons and the battles between them or their subjects, as well as the links she could draw from some of the tales to existing cards, such as the three Norse Gods in card form, or the Egyptian God Cards and the power they contained. Unfortunately, a few of the other shrine maidens disliked her for stealing what they believed to be their place, as she was in favour with the head priest and they were not. As that animosity grew, the three maidens decided to try a dangerous technique to try and ruin her. Working together, the trio managed to summon up the spirit of a Yugioh card as a physical monster, the demon known as Summoned Skull, but when they went to set it loose upon her, the head priest somehow realised something was wrong, and dispelled it just before it could hurt her. Worried that someone else would try something like that again, Ami organised to move shrines, relocating to the one in Neo Domino City to get away from the scheming of the place she grew up, and to try and refresh the shrine that had been empty in the city. Upon cleaning the place up to be open for visitors once more, she found some information about historical events tied to the mythology of two groups that seemed to be destined to fight, the Signers and the Dark Signers. Reading through the history, she was surprised to find no mention of the Portal to the Underworld ever being closed, and became curious as to what had happened to it. After having made her way across to the original position of the portal, Ami is still surprised to see it open, not really expecting that after so long. Wondering what it would be like to actually meet a god, she continued to come back every few days and just watch the portal. After several days of that, she thought she could hear something whispering in her ear, dismissing it at first as a sign of lack of sleep. As the voice continued, Ami slowly started to actually listen to what it was saying, even as it twisted her views of the world around to agree with it's goals. Eventually, she gave up any resistance to the dark power that had been talking to her and embraced the power it could provide. By murdering herself in front of the portal, she could allow death to take her, and was subsequently reborn as a Dark Signer, guided by the being who she finally had a name for, Itzpzpalo. Now, she keeps the shrine running during the day, acting every part the good little shrine maiden she'd been brought up to be while delving into the forbidden knowledge kept in the shrine at night, trying to find a way to speed up the build-up of the portal. Deck: High-Level Fairies, focussed on summoning various Fairy-types and using them to Synchro and Xyz stronger powerful monsters. Ami only uses her Earthbound Immortal and Xyz monsters while in her proper Dark Signer form. Key Card(s): Earthbound Immortal Itzpzpalo, Angel of Death - Azreal, Angel of the Abyss - Abaddon, Angelic Ace, Angelic Duo, Angelic Warrior, Archangel - Raphael, Archangel - Uriel, Demon of Envy - Leviathan, Demon of Greed - Mammon, Fallen Angel - Azazel, Fallen Angel - Lucifer, Gates of Heaven. Non-customs are Archlord Kristya, Herald of Orange Light and Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen
App finished, hopefully it's acceptable. a bad post
Username: Izanami-no-MikotoName: Nicolette Sashiromiya Gender: FAge: 28 (that's what the records say at least)Affiliation: YliasterPower: ??
Nicolette in a few words has an eerie and unearthly appearance. While there is nothing physically odd about her, the way she seems to float or glide instead of walk gives her an inhuman appearance. This is further added to by her pale, unblemished skin and bright golden eyes, one of which is covered by her long pale purple hair that stretches down to her mid-back. Her long eyelashes and elegant, regal features give her an inhuman sort of beauty. Of course in terms of body type Nicolette's certainly no slouch standing at 5'5" with an impressive bust she turns heads wherever she goes. For someone as beautiful as she is though, Nicolette dresses quite simply. She wears a long, golden robe that reaches down to her ankles, buttoning just below her breasts. Under this she wears a simple white dress that reaches to just above her ankles, which tightens into a corset in the middle, before becoming pleated. Nicolette's duel disk is a pale blue with a large deep blue display gem in the center. Then main body has twenty-two different colored gems, which line it in a circle, and when the duel disk is activated each displays the Roman Numeral for the numbers 0 - 21. When activated several wing-like pieces spread out from inside the main body forming the field zones. Nicolette does not own a Duel Runner, but it is note worthy that she is often mistaken for a famous Turbo Duelist who died shortly before the first Dark Signer incident.

Nicolette upon first meeting her appears cool, calm, and collected and to a certain degree she is, but this is more the calm and in control attitude she has about her. In reality this calm is arrogance knowing that everything will go her way, and what she wants she gets. She also gives off this impression due to her very emotionless and blase attitude towards everything and rarely shows any sign of alarm or distress. Nicolette speaks with a tone of politeness, though to most people it is a very well hidden mocking politeness as well as laced with sarcasm, as she thinks of herself as better than others. Nicolette wears a constant amused smile, that gives one the impression of being a mouse toyed with by a cat, and puts many people off balance. Nicolette seems to be well aware of this fact and uses to manipulate people using it to move them like pieces on a chess board. She seems to find amusement at other peril as well, able to keep the same 'devil may care' attitude even when it seems the world is falling down around her. A woman of supernatural foresight, she seems to somehow be able to have planned entire situations well in advance even down to the exact things people will say. This does not make her extremely rigid as one might expect though, in fact she plans for many eventualities, and is flexible enough to quickly recover from any strays from paths she has "preordained". An extremely intelligent and perceptive movement Nicolette seems to be able to read people like an open book, which allows to easily predict people's actions. This also allows her to plan and strategize accordingly tying in with her impressive foresight. A mysterious woman even for those among Yliaster, she is difficult to read thus it is impossible to discern her true intentions or motives. Nicolette tends to hide her manipulative nature under innocence and coincidence, though the few who do know of her impressive foresight find it unsettling how closely she is able to predict situations to play out. Because of her mysterious nature she is not completely trusted among those of Yliaster, and her loyalties to the group could be questioned. Nobody though can question her zeal for wishing to eradicate the Dark Signers, and close the gate the Underworld.
Biography: (At least 2 paragraphs of 4 lines each, about their backstory and what they are doing now.) Deck: Fate; A deck that revolves around limiting her opponents plays.Key Card(s): Dea Ex Machina - The Force of Will, Norn - Presider of Fate, Strings of Fate

Username: Izanami-no-Mikoto Name: Makoto ShiiraiyukiGender: MAge: 16Affiliation: Arcadia MovementPower: Psychic
Known as the Arcadia Movement's Princess for his good looks, he is often mistaken for being much younger than he is. He is also sometimes mistaken for a girl, because of his androgynous appearance, but he seems unaware that people even make this mistake, and should someone call him a girl he will correct them immediately. It doesn't help though that Makoto only stands at about 4'7" and only weighs about 96 lbs. Makoto's duel disk: http://acfradio.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/yugioh-duel-disk.jpg

Makoto to the public eye presents himself as a cutesy, and sweet to win people over and get his own way. He is a poster boy persay for the Arcadia Movement, and has become a popular profession duelist bolstering the Arcadia Movement's image in the eyes of the public. During duels in front of outsiders he will not use his psychic powers, and may even back himself into a corner purposely to make himself look more weak and vulnerable before coming back and winning. Like many children he has a penchant for mischief and pranks and causing trouble by pranking the grunts of the Arcadia Movement. Hidden beneath this cutesy exterior is a child filled with sadistic, malice. When not under the public eye Makoto tortures and beats his opponents to a pulp, and some have even been driven insane by him. Though he will only do this to some opponents, such as enemies of the Arcadia Movement, and in a way he acts as the Arcadia Movement's assassin. Makoto has a deep sated hate for normal people that stems from his childhood, and will not associate them other than in a formal manner. Despite Makoto's sadistic nature he holds the people of the Arcadia Movement close to his heart, and thinks of them as a family. He is especially close with Naoya and Alice referring to them Onii-chan and Onee-chan respectively. It is perhaps around the members of the Arcadia Movement is the best glimpse shown as to who Makoto really is, and only really glimpse that Makoto shows of his vulnerability. Around other Arcadia Movement members Makoto can be gentle and even kind loving to be with other members and talk with them. It is here that Makoto shows his age, often acting childish.

Makoto was originally born to a poor single parent home in the satellite, his father would often beat him due to the stress of not having enough money to make ends meet. Due to this Makoto would often spend much of his time away from home, and would sleep on the streets often getting arrested and sent back to his home, which would result in more beatings from his father. The vicious cycle continued day after day, and Makoto constantly prayed for an escape from it. By his 10th birthday Makoto fled home for the last time, running from his father he began a life of theft and card dealing. He would steal Duel Monster's cards from local card shops, afterword pawning them off to people who wanted to by them cheap making enough money to just skirt by day after day. In the beginning it was difficult as he had to play it safe, or risk being caught and sent back to his father, but as Makoto become more skilled at using his good looks, and his improving his skill at thievery he began to rake in more profit. Eventually he began stealing more than just cards, and this lead him to have a run in with the wrong people. Duel gangs who ran rampant throughout the Satellite eventually found the young pick pocket out. They, not the type to very forgiving, brutally beat Makoto, and would have killed him had his psychic powers not activated then and there. A large psionic burst spread out from him knocking the members of the duel gang unconscious. Scared and amazed by this new found power Makoto fled back to his secret hideout and began experimenting with his knew found power. Unfortunately soon after Makoto's past caught up with him. On a stormy night, Makoto's luck finally ran dry and he was caught by Sector Security and turned into to his father. Makoto's father angered attempted to beat the now 11 year old boy, but Makoto fearing for his life used his psychic powers to through his father against their home's wall. Running into the night, Makoto's now even further angered father chased after him. As he ran Makoto begged bystanders for help, yet they all brushed the boy off, not wanting to get involved with the boy's business. One of these bystanders was Naoya, and he too would have brushed the young Makoto off had he not sensed the boy's psychic abilities. Defending Makoto with one of his monsters Naoya knocked the boy's father unconscious and then whisked the boy away to the City. Ever since then Makoto has lived in the Arcadia Movement building with Naoya, training both his power and dueling skill. It didn't take long for the young boy to hone his dueling skill, and seeing potential in the boy's already developed and infectious charisma Naoya placed out on to the professional circuit of dueling, using his cutesy outside to boost the public's opinion of psychic duelists.
Deck: Space-Time; A deck that revolves around banishing Psychic-type monsters to activate their effects. It relies heavily on Special Summoning monster from the banished zone, and relies heavily on having cards in the Graveyard as fuel for their effects. Key Card(s): Cosmic Director, Temporal Administrator, Spacial Administrator
Alright my Arcadia Movement member is finished, except for customs which will be finished soon. I just need to PM you a few things about the Yliaster member to see if they are okay with you, and then once her customs are done she will also be complete. Also if you don't mind I'd like place a reserve on a Dark Signer. If the Snake sign is still available I'd like that one, but if not I'll take whatever's left. Merci
LOOK UP INTO THE SKIES AND BEHOLD THE ULTIMATE LEADER OF THE DARK SIGNERS! And she is, uh, apparently a little girl.
"Hey, onii-chan! Welcome back to the land of the living! Did you have a safe trip?Anyway, since you've been chosen, guess what? You are now part of a revolution, yay! To put it simply, the corrupt kingdom of light that controls this world, Yliaster, shall be toppled with our power, and then all of mankind shall usher in an era of BEAUTIFUL DARKNESS where the NIGHT STARS STAY ETERNAL! AND WITH THAT, THE CRUELTY WROUGHT ABOUT BY THIS EARTHBOUND FATE SHALL BE ULTIMATELY REVERSED-...Um, onii-chan? What's wrong? Why are you looking at me like that?"Username: Merciful IdiotName: Pener Quae Ab InfernoGender: FemaleAge: Unknown, but appears around 11 or 12Affiliation: UnderworldPower: Magical Dark SignerMark: Sun-Star
Pener has a ridiculously innocent look, which only makes it all the more unbelievable that she is their leader. While the fact that she appears younger than the rest of the Dark Signers is itself unsettling, the only real outwardly signs that she is one herself are the black sclera of her eyes, with even her style of clothing being utterly innocuous. The Mark of the Star is engraved upon her back, but during Shadow Duels, they may form over her eyes. She has nothing on her apart from the dress, but she is capable of taking out a sack of dust from nowhere, the contents of which she usually turns into her deck. Due to this, her cards all have an hard, earth-like feel to them. While she doesn't possess a Duel Disk, she is able to manipulate the earth around her to rise up, thereby creating a sort of 'table' to account for her side of the field. This makes her style of dueling and the way she plays cards seem a little old-fashioned compared to everyone else and their fancy Duel Disks.Needless to say, this little girl possesses no Duel Runner either, but she is indeed capable of creating a chariot from earth to serve as a replacement, materializing a Red-Eyes Black Dragon to act as the creature that drags it along.
Personality: Pener is often childish and curious about many things, easily getting excited, and while she understands the basics of the modern world, she is still often confused by them and tends to express wonder over the extremely advanced technology that is on par, if not greater than her own magical capabilities. However, despite these downsides and what seems to be an apparent inability to lead, she is more than capable of being both a chessmaster and a threat, with a vast wealth of historical knowledge about the Signers and Yliaster, treating the whole thing with the Earthbound Immortals and the Crimson Dragon as nothing more than child's play. Highly manipulative and intelligent, she can comprehend the flow of events in an instant and react appropriately in response to it, and at no point does she ever seem to show fear at anything. If anything, her childish nature can prove to be dark and sadistic towards her poor, poor opponents. She smiles and laughs playfully most of the time, being friendly with dark gods and taking a positive outlook on everything. She even shows care for her allies, and may try to help them out with their problems and angst whenever possible. Even when things don't seem to be going her way, she shows no sign of anger. But, at the same time, there are some individuals in the world that may draw nothing but scorn and disgust from her, for varying reasons.Biography: As of right now, the history of Pener Quae Ab Inferno remains mysterious as it is something that she keeps under wraps. However, it can be drawn from her attitude and knowledge that she is ancient, having experienced previous ages, and has also apparently worked with Dark Signers many times before. It seems likely that her origins lie with the Pre-Inca civilization that worshipped the Dragon Star, where the Signers and Yliaster drew their own origins from too.Whatever the case, she has rallied the other, reborn Dark Signers in this new, technologically-advanced era heavily controlled by a modern Yliaster, in an attempt to start what she calls a 'revolution of darkness'. Her goal seems to be to summon the King of the Underworld onto the world, as many others have attempted to do before her and failed, but it is possible that she may have ulterior motives of her own in this neomodern age...Deck: Red-Eyes Deck, primarily focusing on spamming high-level monsters while maintaining a stable defense, though the true extent of its power remains to be seen.Key Card(s):Red-Eyes Omega DragonEarthbound Immortal God-King Xolotl
The cards I'll add in a little later, so I guess the application is still kind of a WIP.Oh yeah, by the way, if anyone uses the Snake Earthbound Immortal, be sure to keep Scar-Red Nova in mind, okay? Due to Maho's wisdom and her past, she's seems to be more mature than other children in her age, although at the same time, she was very cold and unfriendly. A year ago, Yliaster, an organization that she didn't know before contacted her and told that she is a signer. They invited her to join them but she refused at first. So, like, they're supposed to be the same. A Dog Mark means a Dog EI, for example.Plus, just to clear things up, there aren't any singers in this roleplay~ It's called 'Signers', see~Edit: Oh, and sorry again, I just checked and it seems like Zai reserved the Heron earlier so you can't use that pic ^^;
