Question regarding Contests

I was planning on creating a card contest (first time, btw), but I am currently in a card contest right now. The contest is currently in the judging stage and I am waiting for the results. Based on this info:

Am I allowed to make a card contest while in another one?
Also, for future reference, can someone guide me to the general card contest rules? I tried searching for it could only find the ones for 1v1.

As to any specifics for contests, those are pretty much accurate.

 

The one thing that should be added to that (and I've notified Zextra about this over PM in regards to it a while back; may need to remind him again) is that hosts/judges should give some indication of why a certain member places in a contest or not. (This includes the usage of scoring or simply a RC-style review). Points make it easier to declare a distinct winner [though CnC can/should be used for elaboration in the event a low score is given or questions arise].

 

As for your first question, EPTin already answered [you may host a contest if you're currently in another contest, either as a contestant or judge].

For the first one yes, you can make one while in another.

I tried finding it but couldn't find it. If go through some contest threads, you'll find some things members say when one does a contest indirectly.
