Rodrigo
I need it.
.Rai
Apart from all-but-confirming GB Garruk now, it's a pretty nice upgrade on Plague Wind. And, if for some reason you're not playing white in your Standard control decks, a decent sweeper of choice. Perhaps a more controlly build of the Rock. Poc
I'd still play plague wind over this. This is EDH fodder at best. Planes walkers don't stick around too long in multiplayer games and creature regeneration is a bigger issue. I'd play cyclonic rift over both though. Rodrigo
It's more badass than Plague Wind though. IN GARRUK'S WAKE screams epicness for me.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
In regards to the GB garruk, he may even be mono-black, per the OFFICIAL RETRN OF NISSA And I NEED that magma spray for EDH.
.Rai
In regards to the GB garruk, he may even be mono-black, per the OFFICIAL RETRN OF NISSA And I NEED that magma spray for EDH.Mono-black, possibly, but Liliana is probably the M15 black planeswalker (by the same reasoning of Nissa's return). And unless we get two mono-black, which is unlikely, Garruk's gonna be GB.
Simping For Hina
Well, Garruk was already GB in Innistrad, by identity. Garruk Relentless/Garruk of the Cursed Veil prove that. His actions are really being forced into black. I just want to hear more of his story of his trial in Thraben.

The main info we have is basically that as soon figured out that the Cursemute didn't help his curse, he popped off and started hunting other planeswalkers.Edit: http://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/beast-2014-06-18They retconned the Odric encounter. Flame Dragon
He's a planeswalker, and likely escaped from the trial. The main info we have is basically that as soon figured out that the Cursemute didn't help his curse, he popped off and started hunting other planeswalkers. Edit: http://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/beast-2014-06-18 They retconned the Odric encounter. Silly :C They also retconned the path he took. In the planeswalker's guide to Avacyn Restored it says point blank that he puts off his quest to look for another cure. Honestly, I see NO reason for them to do this. Just say he failed to find any help with Avacyn. Done, problem solved. You have him hunting Lili again. They are normally pretty tight with their story stuff so this bugs me. Anyway, 9 mana is likely way to much mana for this to see play in anything but EDH.
