Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for this Pokemon’s attacks.

[F] Flying Press: 60 damage. If your opponent’s Active Pokemon is not a Pokemon-EX, this attack does nothing.

 

This card has so many elements that make it so close to being great, but it just falls short in my opinion. Strike one against it is its ability saying "don't apply Weakness". The Resistance part is amazing, but it's already putting a damage gate on itself by not being able to hit for weakness. Not that it can hit too many cards with its attack that can literally only hit EX's. Not even something like 10 damage + 50 if it's an EX, just flat out can't damage anything else.

 

The second thing going against it is its abysmal HP. If it had 90, it could at least survive the weaker end of Yveltal EX's attacks. However, as is it only takes 3 energy or 2 on Yveltal and a muscle band/laser, or due to its weakness from a Raichu with just 2 benched Pokemon, etc.

 

However, I will admit that it's not -as- horrible as I was giving credit for when I first saw it. Not -too- many EX are weak to Fighting any way, and because of Silver Bangle/Muscle Band, Strong Energy, and Fighting Stadium, it can deal some decent damage. Focus Sash is technically an option on it, too, but then you're relying entirely on getting a Strong Energy and a Fighting Stadium to make those 2HKO's practically guaranteed. It also has no retreat cost, so it can duck out if there isn't an EX active, and work as a general shifting point for when something else gets knocked out.
