Syncopation
An all purpose card that stops your opponent's pesky spell/traps right in it's tracks with know cost to you... except it practically gives your opponent a free card. All fancy combos aside, is this card even good? I heard it sucked because, well SOLEMN!. But that was like 2 years ago and SOLEMN! is banned now. So... what now? %phil
so now we have wiretap
Slinky
so now we have wiretap Dark Bribe can stop spells too. But there really isnt anything worth negating in the spell segment anymore except Soul Charge, and arguably Instant Fusion/other fusion spells
newhat
I'm not sure what Dark Bribe is for anymore.
Delibirb
I'm not sure what Dark Bribe is for anymore. Appropriatexodia decks. Otherwise it's bad. Actually, scratch that, it's always bad. Or at the least, inferior to other forms of negation.
Toffee.
This was kinda' aorta' relevant back in the day, when we had like 3 Judgments, and then later on having 1 Judgment and 2 Warnings.Now-a-days? No. Don't ever run this. Why? The only things you would ever, honestly, negate, are either 1-off cards OR things that can only go off once-per-turn. And even then, it just renders this card situational.
Delibirb
I had a guy use this on my One day of Peace once. I had to leave because my laughter prevented me from focusing. It's really only used by noobs down in the underbelly of DN.

Even worse: MST targets this; opponent negates MST with this... I remember that being the big joke back in the day.
CLG Klavier
Huh, I remember when this was pretty much a staple. But those were the Dark Hole/Monster Reborn days.

Blake
i still run this instead of wiretap because of spells. And you're still a shitposter that constantly posts incorrect info. There's no reason to let your opponent get a + on you, especially when Sanctum laughs its ass off at this. There's no reason to let your opponent get a + on you, especially when Sanctum laughs its ass off at this. Now now black, no need to get all antsy over a persons opinion. The only real argument that can be made outside of it hitting spells is that it out right kills the card it's negating unlike wiretape which puts the card back into the deck. That can be deadly later in the game, especially if the game has been grindy. That being said, making your opponent go +0-+1 is still not a good thing and is why I wouldn't run it over wiretap. Basically, immediate threat is worse then potential threat to deal with.

I remember that being the big joke back in the day.Was chatting with someone the other day.Said someone Bribe'd their Good Goblin Housekeeping. What made it funny, because there were no other Goblins in the Graveyard.

J-Max
I would have thought that with Solemn gone, this would have had a good chance to at least be Side Deck Material. As it is, your opponent is getting a +0 from it. Does Rai-Oh work on this card though? In that case it would be a -

Zauls
Someone did genuinely Dark Bribe my Upstart Goblin once. The annoying thing was they were playing Appropriate Exodia and somehow I still lost... Anyway, the card will never be good because there are ways of negating that don't involve a -1. Letting your opponent draw a card can be deadly.
%phil
i mean like seriously there aren't enough good spells left in the game to make this worth using over wiretap. if we still had heavy storm or something it might be a bit better.
Wildflame
Even worse: MST targets this; opponent negates MST with this... I remember that being the big joke back in the day. Zauls
Funnily, I won once by making that play. I'll let you figure how. You were either playing Appropriate Exodia or you won through deckout. Either that or they drew their last Malicious or a Glad Beast they needed to tag into or their last Tengu or their last Artifact in deck or whatever. There are a lot of really weird situations like that.

It's really only used by noobs down in the underbelly of DN. Idk about you but if I have an OTK in hand and my opponent uses their one day, I'm fucking bribing the one day. Funnily, I won once by making that play. I'll let you figure how. I hope it's not deckout because you can't activate bribe while your opponent has no cards in the deck. Wildflame
It was deckout, yes, it was the easiest choice. Was playing P.A.W.M.A.N. against Lightsworn and he had just one card in his deck. If he had just one more turn he could have killed me without fail.
