Degritone
2x Elemental HERO Neos For Wiseman 1x Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare (The Queen of Evil) Because finishing the Yubel line is a thing 1x Yubel - Terror Incarnate Stall + combos well with Wiseman. Can get the Queen of Evil, if things go south. 2x Neos Wiseman (The King of Evil) Hates #101, but usually is a win button. Usually. 2x Yubel It's Yubel. She's needed for the King, plus it's just fun to get the normal Queen, if things go super south 3x Mystic Tomato Oh, I died? Hi, Yubel 3x Deep Diver Mystic Tomato/Wiseman, depending whaat's in the grave/on the field 2x Marshmallon STALL LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT 1x Dark Hole Fun topdeck/auto Terror Incarnate/Ultimate Nightmare 3x Upstart Goblin Find important things faster 3x Swords of Revealing Light More stall 3x Dark World Dealings Have Yubel/Elemental HERO Neos/some other dead draw in your hand? Have a draw. 1x Hero Mask A common dead draw at even 2, but I see it all the time, and right when I want it, too. 1x Gold Sarcophagus Wiseman incoming 1x Foolish Burial Get Yubel/Elemental HERO Neos to the Graveyard, depending on what's already on the field/in the Graveyard 3x Pot of Duality You're rarely SSing on your turn, anyway, might as well thin the Deck 2x Fighting Spirit I rarely see this thing, but when I do, it's on the turn I summon Wiseman. Protect Wiseman from attacks + ATK boost when the opponent has monsters 3x Limit Break Yubel during their End Phase, to defense on your Main Phase, and hey, it's Terror Incarnate. Also use it to get Wiseman, if you have stuff on the field/in the hand and grave for it 3x Call of the Haunted MST bait while Yubel is in the grave + Elemental HERO Neos when Wiseman's in the hand.
An inconsistent as heck, but fun, deck that can lead to some insane shenanigans. My sig should show you what I mean, if you need persuading. The only real dead draws are Yubel, her forms, and HERO Neos. Dealings helps get rid of them and put them in the grave (where they belong) and get something more useful. Hopefully. The worst case scenario for a Dealings draw is discarding HERO Neos because you activated it while HERO Noes is in your hand. Any suggestions on how to make this at least a little more consistent? Wildflame
Deep Diver is a bad card, and I'm not quite sure what is Marshmallon doing here. Prisma and Arma Knight/Dark Grepher can add some much needed consistency. I tech Stygian Street Patrol and Necroshade, to avoid having dead Yubels and Neos in my hand. O - Oversoul revives Neos. Torrential can set up your own Yubel if your opponent won't, and Wiseman is inmune to it. Hmm..., overall I feel that your build is a "stall until you get the combo pieces" type. I prefer the "have a backup plan in case you don't draw your combo/it gets stopped" one.

Marshmallon is stall because it is, like you said, a stall-oriented build. An average game lasts 15 turns if I go first. Prisma, Dark Grepher, and Stygian seem cool. I'll have to mess with them a bit. I had O-Oversoul in here before, but it literally never saw any use because I was already using enough grave SS. Torrential sounds cool, but opponent's end phase Limit Reverse/chaining CoTH/Limit Reverse to MST/other spell and trap removal gets Terror Incarnate often enough. While Terror Incarnate can't do anything on her own, again, I'm a stall-oriented build, so she helps on her own. Bonus points if my opponent's stupid enough to bring out Ultimate Nightmare. Although, it would help stop 101... I'll see if I can find room for it/at least side it just in case of 101.
