JadenxAtemYAOI
So for the past few months that I've been studying and attending this university I've overheard many conversations because I'm incredibly nosy. I'm mainly involved in the career classes that teach students everything that needs to be known in the workbase such as transgender discrimination and how uniforms and such should be dealt with. Anyway, I'm in a class of about 300 people with this one alone. The majority belief among the girls here is that hosiery(tights, stockings, knee highs, and fishnets) as a majority are considered skanky and a big No. I was raised by a biblical family so I was raised with the idea that they're socially okay(excluding fishnets) I feel like the opinion over articles of clothing changes by the age group but I was wondering what you all thought about this situation. Just in case you're wondering how that particular article of clothing was made a topic. Formal clothing on workbase. Apparently pencil skirts are bad too. Madsen
Genuinely don't think we're at a point where leggings and tights are legitimate clothing. I mean sure if you're going to train or going outside or 14, sure, but I feel like they won't be socially acceptable in workplaces and schools for another couple of years. After that, as with all, either the fad will die away or it'll become another one of those "oh well, what harm can it do" things, which is pretty much the bottom line.
