My take on what I've seen topping in the OCG a bit.

 

All you need to get set up is either draw Artifact Sanctum/Monarchs Storm + Charger or just a single little Micro Cell. Micro Cell's preferably going to flip on your turn, but being a 100/100 that  goes off when attacked as opposed to in the grave (Well, the draw goes off in grave, but) really helps in the current gamestate where set monsters are particularly terrifying before you know what you're against. If they attack into it, you can just devote more anyways, and it doesn't change your gameplan much at all.

 

You can easily drop upwards of 9K on the board with just 1 charger summon, usually. You'll search Fuel Cells until that point and then you just drop your hand and win. Haven't made Ptolemy yet, and the only R5s I've made are Volca and Zenmaity.

 

Probably gonna drop Portable for Book of Moon. It's good in the late game, but this deck isn't really one geared to having a late game. It aims to end the game earlier than not, as it can just pull OTKs out of nowhere.
