That spell (Starcrossed Satellarknights) is very good, even if the target is gone, you still Special Summon something. Due to this: 'Special Summon 1 "tellarknight" monster from your Deck, and if you do, shuffle that target into the Deck.'

You will want to summon Sirius only when you're running out of Altair. Or when you summon your last Altair. I'd expect Procyon to work like Unukalhai, though from hand (which is more situational). It's pros compared to Unukalhai is that it lets you draw a card (and only that, sadly). The server where I play (in YGOPro) just got updated for the new cards, so haven't really seen them in play yet. Also, Sirius can be summoned by Delteros.

The thing about call is that it's a trap, and it won't actually boost the deck's Deneb count. :( If it's not because of those 5 staples, I'd run it though.

Shaddoll version of Sirius will definitely be released in the same set (not yet revealed though). Supported by the fact that it has a shadow in its artwork (Unukalhai also has, and its counterpart is Shaddoll Lizard). Sirius' counterpart might be Shaddoll Hound, Wolf, or weirdly, Dog (as Sirius' constellation is Canis Major, which means a big dog. Though, Unukalhai's counterpart is Lizard, even though its constellation is Serpens, which means Snake).

I still don't think Procy does anything helpful. You're pretty much only going to want to dump Deneb (in some cases, Vega or Sham) with Procy/Unuk. If you start with both Procy and Deneb, playing Deneb nets you a +1 (free Satellar) while Procy is a +0 (-Deneb, +1 card). You may want to drop it for a second Unuk (since Unuk is wonderful with Starcrossed).

You need Breakthrough Skill here. Satellaknights lose majorly to Shadoll Midrash, which they can try to counter with this card's second effect. It's also just really good at negating monster effects anyway. Also, CotH is a free Xyz with Altair (with no attack restrictions if during opponent's EP), or a free Xyz via Noden regardless of whose turn it it, or a free Deltatheros from nowhere in response to CotH being blown up for a free monster.

The Extra Deck focuses too much on a few select monsters for you to recognize its true potential as a toolbox. The Evilswarm 3mat sucks, you can afford to drop a Deltatheros (having 5 3mats is too much anyway), and you would like to have Chain, Emeral (recycles Nodens if you draw that third IF since you're only running two for some reason), and Abyss Dweller (who has 2200 ATK now because Noden said so).

You could take out a 101 and Castel for Blade Armor Ninja and #86, though if you really want, you can keep a second #101. You could take #52 out instead, since it's horrible in a format where BTS makes you attack yourself directly with it. If you have another free slot out of this, you could add another Noden or Cairngorgorn.
