Personality:He's normally carefree but when he finds a powerful monster he is determined to defeat his owner and when he plays his sacred beasts he gets more and more sadistic and serious, he also can use small magic like drawing with his mind due to the sacred beast.

the problem is i can't soeem to post my card which sucks but he looks like Dexmon from digimon, is named Vaho Manu, Lord of Viruses, has 4000 atk/def and can do this:

 

This card can not be normal summon or set, this card can only be special summoned by removing 3 monsters 3 spells and 3 traps from the graveyard. once every turn you can instead of attacking place a corruption token one of your opponents spell/trap card zones when a corruption counter is on a spell/trap card zone they are not allowed to be used and your opponent takes 500 damage for each corruption token on the field however your opponent may tribute one non token monster to destroy corruption virus tokens equal to it's level.

 

as you can tell it is an extremly powerful card (i removed things from the graveyard because the other beasts sacrificed all of the main category of cards.

That's not a bad card. But it would be hard to summon, so I doubt you'll be summoning it in every duel.
