They have gone on the record saying that they won't reveal their methods, but, similarly to Hoody, they likely alternate actors, with Brian doing a lot of it. Honestly, I feel like half the time it is a mannequin, especially that time in Rosswood (right before hoody's first appearance) I also watch it, so.
