Wow as a chaos number, he is truly the best Fiend-Type in this form and the best Ghost/Poison type in pokemon. If this card has "Number 94: Gengar, the shadow fiend" as an Xyz Material, it gains these effect. . Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls; that target's ATK becomes 0. Your opponent loses half of the targeted monster's ATK points. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. You've gotten the hang of PSCT, but you haven't quite grasped the words for inflicting damage. I've rearranged the effect such that your opponent takes damage before the ATK reduction.
