Beerus
When this card is Summoned: Tribute 1 face-up Zombie-Type monster you control to target 1 Zombie-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. When this monster is sent to the Graveyard as a Material for Synchro Summon: You can excavate top 3 cards from your Deck. Add all excavated Zombie-Type monsters to your hand and send the remaining cards to the Graveyard.
Philemon
I believe the OCG should be something like this When this card is Summoned; Tribute 1 face-up Zombie-Type Monster you control; Target 1 Zombie-Type Monster in your Graveyard, Special Summon that target. When this card is sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon: You can reveal top 3 cards from your Deck; add any Zombie-Type Monsters to your hand and send the rest to the Graveyard. I feel like I have Colon Cancer after reading that. The effect seems good, but the only 3 Zombie-Synchro's that are available need Plaguespreader. But for what it does it does well. Philemon
Thanks for OCG. Do you think I should change the last effect, than? No it's fine, the problem lies in the 3 not in the monster himself. It does a job adequate and his ability is unique enough to merit use.

-Dom-
Nice card, still a few OCG and spelling errors (the card's name says 'Zombie Elephanth'), and the first effect is nice considering the recycling nature of zombie revival: bring back a Zombie Master, toss a Plaguespreader or Mezuki to bring back what you tribute and you get a high level synchro. However, the lack of level cap means that this card could probably pull off some crazy combos, especially with Zombie World on the field, as this can tribute itself and be a monster reborn that'll keep coming back due to zombie play style. The second effect is fine, if a bit strange, as you're discarding the cards you want in your hand (spells/traps) and adding the cards you want in your graveyard; you may also change it to 'excavate' to be more current. Other than that, nice card! (P.S. its image seems quite big for its ATK because of: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Zombie_Mammoth)

AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
That OCG fix didn't fix anything at all. Summoning this card is apparently the cost, Tributing a Zombie is both a cost and an effect AT THE SAME TIME, and targeting the monster you're going to Summon is part of the effect when in most cases it is not. But anyway, the first effect needs to not be mandatory. Maybe you want to just use this and whatever other monster you may have as Synchro Materials, and the effect could be either a waste of time or potential for BTS to mess up everything when it shouldn't. Being a Level 3 Zombie Tuner has its uses, albeit marginal, mainly letting Zombie Master go into BRD or some other Level 7 Synchro. The kind-of-Duality effect could grant you some extra plusses for not simply Summoning a Level 4 and going into an Xyz Monster. The Summoning effect this has seems a little redundant since Zombies can Summon whatever on their own, but technically you can swap out the Zombie Master that Summons this for a GobZom for a free search, or maybe some other monster that would help further stretch out your combos. Oh, and technically, this is a Lonefire Blossom for Zombies that goes into the Grave rather than the Deck. You can pull out anything you've tossed into there. "Normal Summon Elephant. Actually, now it's Zombie Master. Or Gogogo Ghost. Or Endless Decay. Or whatever." In Zombie World Decks, it's a one-sided Monster Reborn, but Zombies already have so much Grave-Summoning power in things like Zombie Master and Book of Life. It's probably ok, if not suboptimal since Zombies love the Level 4 so very much (outside of Vamps) and since Book of Life already exists.
Trebuchet MS
Let me properly polish up that OCG of yours... When this monster card is Summoned: Tribute 1 face-up Zombie-Type monster you controls; to target 1 Zombie-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. When this monster is sent to the Graveyard as a Material for Synchro Summon: You can reveal excavate top 3 cards from your Deck. Add any all excavated Zombie-Type monsters to your hand and send the rest remaining cards to the Graveyard. I'm not comfortable with the fact that this card can essentially transform into any Zombie in your Graveyard. And with every form of "reveal from the top of the Deck" turning into "excavate" and the non-Zombie excavated cards hitting the Graveyard, this might be central to a bizarre Zombie Sylvan Deck since excavated and milled Sylvans can trigger off this.
