Pot of Mending (totally not Welding Jar)

Because the way 1v1 contests work means I can't type out an anecdote of the card during development.
Target 1 card in your Graveyard that was sent there from the field this turn; add that target to your hand, then banish this card. You cannot Summon or activate effects of cards of the same name as that card for the rest of this turn. When this Set card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the Graveyard: Draw 1 card.
This was an entry from a 1v1, with the challenge to make a "Pot" card. You know, finding appropriate images for "Pot" cards is a nightmare. After extended failure in searching a good image, I settled with Welding Jar and worked on a way to adapt it.

"Regenerate target artifact" has a lot of trouble being translated into Yugioh terms, so I ended up making it able to recycle used or destroyed cards. The "from the field" condition ensures that you don't simply recycle discarded or milled fodder, and prevention of Summoning or effect activations serves double-duty - you don't get 2 uses out of a Normal Spell or an instant resummon of a reclaimed monster, and if you picked up something that benefits off being discarded you can't discard it again.

But what is a "Pot" card without a draw effect? I thus left an effect that lets it replace itself if your opponent destroyed it, ensuring it wasn't utterly wasted. I thought of making it a draw 2, but seeing how potent draw 2 effects have proven themselves to be, I settled with draw 1.

The original version of this card was a Normal Spell for 2 reasons - If you used it for the first effect, you're guaranteed to feel all its drawbacks. Doing it on the opponent's turn doesn't have the same feel, largely because you can't do those things anyway. If you Set it, you're clearly wanting to get the draw out of this card rather than faking out targeted removal. But, according to commentary, this hampered its useability a bit too much, so it has now become a Quick-Play.

Yu-Gi-Oh! is not gated by mana so this design does not translate. Mainly because of Artifact Sanctum and Soul Charge. They can only be used once per turn so the delay restriction doesn't have any impact. I have no idea how you could change this card to make it fair.
