JadenxAtemYAOI
Initially made to fix all the errors they had made in previous movies. Only to make more out of pure hilarity. Here's how it begins. Big scary robots with Mystique's abilities are killing everyone. Eventually, Wolverine gets sent to 1973. What do we see within the first five minutes? Well, besides Hugh's naked butt we see bone claws. Keep in mind Wolverine had his adamantium skeleton before 1973. 1972 to be more precise. Eventually after reaching Charles Xavier and Beast, Wolverine decides, hey, let's go meet a friend to help break Magneto out of the Pentagon. Who is that friend? A young Quicksilver, about 18 or 19 years old. Let's all forget Quicksilver was born in 1964 and should be 9 years old right now shall we? Did I forget to mention Magneto was born in 1916 and should be 57 right now? Anyway, they're planning to break into the pentagon to save Magneto who somehow was arrested and sent to prison there despite being a political figure of Genosha at the current time. So Magneto is busted out and told Mystique is to blame for the midget's weapons killing them all. Mystique's character is rather beautiful. For a woman that is 64 years old at least, she is shown to be quite nimble for her age. Anyway, they're all going to go stop Mystique now when she goes out to go kill the midget at the presidential speech in the front of the white house. They reach the place in time while Magneto goes all Murrica and decides to use a baseball field and the hotwired setinels to to kill all the humans. Fight goes on, Wolverine gets taken down and drowned leaving it up to everyone else. Magneto is subdued and Mystique prevents all the bad things from happening..despite the Setinels actually making their first appearance in the 80s in the comics and the comics themselves appearing in 84. All in all if you like X-Men for the characters and not the legitimate storyline, then you will like the movie. If you're an actual fan of the comics then I highly suggest you go watch Godzilla instead because X-Men: Days of Future Past is utter trush. AlexisYaoi gives X-Men: DFP a 3.5/

JadenxAtemYAOI
Aren't the movies, technically, their own canon though? Nope. The current movie was made to fix the numerous errors with the canon http://screenrant.com/x-men-movies-continuity-days-future-past/

Mr.Robot
lol Erik was 13 while Charles was 12 during the opening act of First Class which at the time was 1944. Quicksilver's age or birth date was never reveal in-movieVerse. But yeah, there were a lot of continuity problem. Movie was better than ASM 2 and most of Marvel phase 2 so far (except for CA:TWS).
