Why isn't the image on my card appearing?

A few weeks ago when I uploaded an image to the card maker it would appear on the card with no problems, but now none of the images I upload or on any of my saved card won't appear. Does it have something to do with the size of the image, the format or something else entirely?

Happened to me aswell.

I had to make another account, this one! My original is The Elemental Hero King. I wasted my time anyway doesn't work on either.
