Well this took me a while to fix. Both Groudon and Kyogre now supports ALL monsters on the field. As well with the move fissure and sheer cold.

 

 

(Edit) Ever since May 18th, I posted the main trio. Now since I edited with new pics and fixed effects, it is finally a complete set. Can't wait for the game to come out to try out the new features and battle along side with you people in here. For a surprise, its not finished yet, but I was working on Primal Groudon and Kyogre and its going out pretty good. Let me know how you feel about this. Now I'm done with Hoenn's legendaries.

2 Level 7 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Fish-Type, Sea Serpent-Type, and Aqua-Type monsters gain 400 ATK. When this card is destroyed by battle: Destroy the attacking monster; your opponent takes damage equal to its ATK.

During your Battle Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card can attack your opponent directly this turn. If this card attacks your opponent directly, halve the battle damage inflicted. During either player's turn, if another card effect is activated, negate the effect.

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; draw 1 card from your Deck, and if you do, this card gain these effects based on the type of card drawn.
. Monster: This card gains that card's ATK/DEF.
. Spell: Your opponent draws 1 card.
. Trap: Your opponent loses 600 Life Points for each Spell/Trap Card on the field.

. If this card destroys a monster by battle: It can make a second attack.
. When this card is targeted for an attack: Change this card to Defense Position, and if you do, it gains DEF equal to half its ATK until the End Phase.
. This card can attack your opponent directly. Any battle damage inflicted by this effect is halved.

If this card is targeted for an attack: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; halve this card's ATK/DEF, and if you do, negate that attack. Once per turn, this card is unaffected by card effects.

. Heads: Double any battle damage.

Kyogre

 
2 Level 7 monsters

Well, it does support water-related Types, given it's the master of the sea. Comparing it to your last version, which was essentially a field nuke, it's more balanced. That being said, depending on what monster kills it in battle, the damage will be severely high; IMO, lower it to half or something (It's still a decent size of damage, but not combining Sakuretsu Armor + Magic Cylinder into an effect [yeah, I'm using outdated cards in this review]
 
Groudon
 
2 Level 7 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; FIRE and Plant-Type monsters gain 400 ATK. When this card is destroyed by battle: Destroy the attacking monster; your opponent takes damage equal to its ATK.
 
Essentially a copy/paste effect of Kyogre, save for the monsters that the first effect is going to affect. Give it a different second effect to differentiate it from Kyogre.
 
Rayquaza
 
Last effect is an improvement over the first version of this card, which was essentially a one-sided negation and then the revision, which had some ruling problems. You fixed it, so good. It's still Air Lock, but since it fits both sides, it works fine. (On a sidenote, once this card comes out, your only option of killing it would be to chain its summoning with Bottomless or Warning the thing OR kill it with a stronger monster in battle)

Jirachi's ability can be a powerful life point dmg effect that takes place after a delay, like its move Doom Desire.

 

 

For example, give it low ATK and DEF. When it's destroyed, inflict 1000 LP dmg to your opponent for every turn it was out.

Due to how overpowered this effect is, I'd make it at least a Rank 8

 

Deoxys could be an Effect Monster for its normal forme, but you could create an Xyz for each of the other three.

 

Attack and Defense are kind of simple. Don't overpower them.

 

You could also discard overlay units to give speed forme extra attacks, but it would have lower attacks.

 

I've seen your work. You can handle it. Just be creative
