This deck is so much fun to play. So far in play testing it has performed pretty decently, and the Hands provide a nice flow of tribute fodder.

How the deck works: Get Fire/Ice Hand on board, preferably with a Return of the Monarchs/Escalation/Storm at the ready for tribute fodder. If your opponent destroys them, you will simply Special Summon the opposite Hand while destroying one of your opponent's cards. Tribute what ever fodder you have, or use Storm, then simply Tribute over your Monarchs.

Needs more locks... Personally, I wanted to make an deck that focus on bamboo shoot/monarch deck but been having a lot of trouble with figuring out what cards I wanted to put into it.

I agree, the Deck probably could use some more Lockdown staple cards like Vanity or Kaiser (but I was short on room at the time.) I should be able to update my Deck list once I get around to doing so.
