Who too talk to about Card Effects

I have been meaning to ask this lately, but who can I talk too about my custom card effects? I have them saved on a Google Docs and have been meaning to share them with some other people before I post them on Pop Culture. I want to make sure everything and anything is worded accurately and appropriately before posting my custom set. Thanks in advance!

If there are any problems, we'll correct them then and there.

 

One notable thing though is the capitalization of "Xyz".

Ah okay I see thank you very much. I kind of wanted to get some feedback before I posted what I had, but If I need to post them as is (after some more fixes) I will do exactly that.
