Anyway, there's already a show that fans dub as the "Batman the Not animated series" and it's call Person Of Interest(which was created by Jonathan Nolan). Besides, this show is more about Gordon and the police force as it was intended to be an adaptation of Gotham Central. And the quality looks good since some people thought this was supposed to a movie. Also, Bruno Heller is the brains behind this so it's going to be good. Probably the closes thing we get to Batman aside from Batafleck in Superman vs Batman [media]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SZeb7fQtVQ[/media] Anyway, you do know that beside Smallvile, there's Arrow(based on Green Arrow) which is critically acclaimed by fans and critics along with it's soon to be spin-off Flash tv series already on air.
