Its "can't attack the turn it is summoned" restriction prevents it from being instantaneous game once successfully Summoned. Actually, that's a good thing, since that alone stops it from being an "I win immediately" button.

 

5-monster requirement is strict, but because it's a DARK Machine, it can be Overload Fusion'd, which doesn't make it seem as bad.

 

Monster effect negations are nice, too, although I would have preferred if this card had protection outside of battling to ensure it doesn't simply fall into a BTH or get dismantled with Exiled Force and the like.

 

I would actually try to run this. When games get long and hands get exhausted, this will become increasingly difficult to deal with.
