Theme: A Card that increases Life Points. That is all. Nice and easy.

Who's up for it?

CARD A
ibOSrbh.jpg
While your Life Points are lower than your opponent's Life Points and the difference equals 2000 or more: you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: target one face-up monster on the field; gain Life Points equal to that monsters level/rank x400. When this card is destroyed by battle with a monster that was previously targeted by this card's effect: you can add this card to your hand.

CARD B

KgFSVJ2.jpg
This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:
● Once per turn you can increase your Life Points by an amount equal to the highest ATK or DEF of face-up monsters. After this effect resolves, by discarding 1 card, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard with an ATK equal to or less then the amount of Life Points gained. The monster cannot attack on the turn that it is Special Summoned.

Gonna use a rubric. Oh, and going to have it not centered cuz Spoilers D:

Card A

OCG 2/3
Minor errors, and the last part of the effect is somewhat oddly worded, but no major issues.
Creativity 1.5/3
Unlike anything existing. Rather well job, but I don't get the flavor of the card.
Usability 2/5
Really, no reason to run this. The life gain is decent at best, and the recycle is gimmicky and causes you to waste multiple turns of Normal Summoning to utilize it to its full potential.
Balance 4/5
However, that said, it isn't broken. It isn't 5/5 because it doesn't hit the sweet spot of being worthy of use while also not being overpowered.
Card B

OCG 1/3
The first effect is worded horridly, not even allowing for a chance for anyone to react. It's worded like a cost, and without placement of punctuation, it works like a cost. The last effect could've been shorter with proper OCG, but the entirety of the card is understandable so 1/3.
Creativity 2/3
The card has flavor, I can atleast give it that. Nurses tend to heal, and this card heals, so yay. Rather original requirements for the effect also.
Usability 2.5/5
The card can do some Extra Deck plays, but the card itself requires vast set up. It relies on the current field for its searches, but it can usually target itself and with that DEF get a good use. However, it being Gemini hurts it, and it doesn't work well with any Deck I could think of that uses Gemini. The discard probably hurt it more than made it more fair.
Balance 4.5/5
The card isn't overpowered by any means, I believe. The accessibility to the Deck is worrying, but on a Lv. 5+ Gemini, such an effect can be overlooked, especially when it requires a discard and reliance on board to be used.
Overall, 9.5 to 10 in Card B's favor. It has my vote.

Card A can be used to stall the game and it's really useful to use against some 1 monster deck like Bujin, however I feel the requirement is too hard to met unless you're losing, and if that happened then stalling won't help you so much. Card B require some sort of effort to fully use it, but if you Summoned it through Foolish Blazewing or Shining Angel, then you'll get at least 2300 LP and any monster from the deck with 2.3k or less ATK, this maybe a bit much, but as Therrion mentioned, Level 5 Gemini deserve something like that

I vote Card B because it's more useful in its own deck. Card A while also being a good card, doesn't deserve even a side space
