When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Star Seraph" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Star Seraph Scepter". An Xyz Monster that was Xyz Summoned using 3 or more monsters you control as Xyz Materials (including this card on the field) gains this effect.
● When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can target 1 other card on the field; destroy that card, and if you do, you can draw 1 card.

I don't know about you, but I seriously love it whenever Konami does this: Makes a broken card for a mediocre Archetype. The whole brilliance of this, is the fact that BECAUSE it's tied to [X], it weighs it down. Why? Because the card in question is basically the only good card of the set. But it's funny... Because at the same time it also puts pressure on any future design, all because cards like this exist in the first place, and as such, tend to limit any possible ideas. Oh, right, that's how Stratos died.
...Or something like that.

That aside, this card is still outright silly, considering it just rakes in advantage all over the place, and rewards you for making Rank 4s that use a whole 1 more monster.

Konami of Japan does that; Noble Knights have yet to get anything even resembling that.

The original card, as I've mentioned, has ugly art.

 

As for the card itself, the Deck needs a lot of power because of the risk involved in making 3-part Xyzes.

I'm kind of annoyed Star Seraphs Didn't get another Number to go with the new Support, but this makes up for it.
