Flash Flyer - Sakura
Essentially, use the crap moves that you won't use for normal battles in contests. Draco Meteor, Thunderbolt and the recoil moves (Wild Charge / Flare Blitz / Outrage, etc) have good appeal power. But yeah, not worth the effort [easier to just restart X + cream Korrina again]. It also comes with another Lucario + stuff.
~British Soul~
I'm also gonna just transfer a Lucarionite, and Garchompite from X/Y over to ORAS. Easier that way. Also, I read on Serebii that a good way to get Feebas chains on Route 119 is under the bridge as Feebas have a 100% encounter rate there. On another note, got myself an Eon Ticket earlier. The Warden
Really? Cause, I beat a Master Rank and it was absurdly more easy than winning Hyper. Maybe it was just luck on my part but the other mons were more invested into combos than sabotage for once. Though I did manage a 5 star appeal so yay on me for winning Master Rank Cleverness with my Gardevoir. I'm planning on winning that Glass Ornament, and have already planned to use Latias as my third win for Master Rank Cleverness. I'll use Kyogre for Beauty I find, and the others maybe some Regis or something like that. I also just beat the Delta Episode, and my word was it absolutely wonderful. Rayquaza one-shot Deoxys but I'll fight him later at Spear Pillar anyways.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Haven't exactly decided what I'll be using for the other categories. Since Latios is already Hyper Rank in Beauty, guess that's where he's going to be doing his Master's in. (TBH, I pretty much only won b/c I got the 5 star appeal, Mega Evolved + made everyone else look bad [which is how I like it]) Going to be a bit tricky, as most of the Pokes I plan on using are also designed for combat (killing E4 and so on); I refuse to use pre-evolved Pokes like rest of NPCs are (nor crappy moves like Water Gun and other stuff; then again, Thunderbolt has good appeal value so I can use one of my legendaries for that. Or maybe Espeon, idk [I think most of its moveset all falls nicely into one category])
Astro Dude
Well, this may be me but the reason why it takes me so long to beat a game is because whenever a character talks sometimes I try to get into that character. For example, when you get to a certain character like Brawly and he speaks, don't you wanna talk like him?

In my opinion, unless you're playing the game(s) as a LP for YT or Twitch for example, speaking like a particular character is kinda redundant/pointless. Not saying there's nothing wrong with you doing it though.
Kingdom Xathers
I hate how, in order for Tornadus'/Thundurus' Mirage Spot to appear, you have to have a Castform in your party. I mean... WHY?
evilfusion
I hate how, in order for Tornadus'/Thundurus' Mirage Spot to appear, you have to have a Castform in your party. I mean... WHY? Castform = Weather Pokemon. Tornadus/Thundurus = Forces of Nature, involving weather (wind/thunder). Also, you're all but given Castform as part of the story...it's not like you have to have a Pokemon that's actually RARE.

WHY? As annoying as it sounds, it kinda makes sense given Castform is affect by different weather conditions. At least the condition isn't as ludicrous as the condition to get Regigigas. Astro Dude
Okay, OR, arrived in Dewford Town, as for AS, I'm gonna get three Lotad: One to be my HM slave for Victory Road, one for battling and one to trade. As for OR, I'll go with Golduck.
The Warden
Ugh, Cresselia and Lugia went down so easily, but Cobalion is being a real ass right now... and I just caught him. Final-bloody-ly.
Astro Dude
You did catch Cresselia and Lugia right?
Flash Flyer - Sakura
I would assume that he did. But yeah, Cobalion was a pain in the ass when I went to catch it. Hell, the other two members were easier to catch; even if Terrakion could cause a lot more damage b/c of higher Attack. Would appear that I need to kill E4 again before Entei shows its face again in Trackless Forest; along with the other two Lake Trios; given they aren't showing up + I haven't killed them. (At least I can still catch Regice/steel; just need to make sure I have a Synchronize Poke with the appropriate nature.) Also beat Master Rank for Beauty, yay! Just need to complete the other four and Lucarionite is mine [even if it is a pain in the ass to do all of them].
Catman25
Wait do the legends reappear in the portals if you didn't catch them the first time? First time I was flying around on Latias I stuck my hand in the portal not knowing what it did and just ran away from Cobalion. But now I need him for the Dex. :'(
Flash Flyer - Sakura
I would probably assume you'd need to beat the Elite 4 again before they do. Helps if you save before touching the portal. Think that was the case with Suicune/Raikou, don't quite remember.
The Warden
The dogs work by a timer. Every hour, each dog will appear for a 20 minute interval. Raikou is XX:00 to XX:20, Entei is XX:20 to XX:40, and Suicune is XX:40 to XX:00 The same also applies for the Lake Trio, except they're spread out across the day. Check Serebii, it has the times they've figured out.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
It's 7:53 pm right now (where I live); just have to wait another half hour. Nice that Serebii had all the guesswork dealt with already. Might as well name my Raikou/Suicune while I'm waiting. Also need to get Kyurem + Giratina; need to drag Palkia from X over here for latter; former already dealt with by importing Reshi from X/W2. (Fighting Zekrom was a lot harder than anticipated though; either my luck really sucked or Gamefreak lowered its catch rate. I didn't have that many problems with Reshi on W2 + more or less caught it in a Quick/Dusk Ball at best [maybe 5-6 turns at worst with noticeable weakening].) Cin
They probably have lowered it's rate now it's no longer the main legendary to the level they've had the non-main legendaries for years. Gonna turn my EXP Share off when I hit 50. Never planned on having my HM Slave at Lv 44...might just avoid Trick House. Getting up to Slateport Pt 2 now and team is 47/
~British Soul~
Decided to transfer my Heart Scale set over from the demo and a Dawn Stone from Y, so that I can use Gallade against Norman. Also, Cosplay Pikachu plushies are coming to Pokemon Centers in Japan later this month:
The Warden
Such brilliant marketting. So, for giggles, I decided to check my IVs with the Judge on the Battle Resort. I know my Exploud had 3 perfect IVs (3 stars it had), but I didn't expect it to have 4 perfects, which was nice. At this point I'm going to slow my work with AS, and just focus on pacing myself by doing things like Contests, capturing legendaries and cultivating berries. Astro Dude
I'm sure you guys have it already but in OR, I found Alakazite in the Slateport marketplace. Also, beat Brawly and got the Knuckle Badge. Team I did it with: Abra lv. 14, Knight Man lv. 11, Astra lv. 15, Magikarp lv. 12, Beautifly lv. 15, Dustox lv. 14. For my battle with Wattson, I'll have to get a Numel. Okay, I can't resist this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZ29daov4o8 Lame. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdU7jJ89I94 This sounds like it should be in a techno dance club. AKA, AWESOME TO THE UMPTEENTH POWER!
~British Soul~
For my battle with Wattson, I'll have to get a Numel. I'm sure you know this already, but you're gonna have to trade one over from XY if you want to beat Wattson with Numel, seeing as you need Wattson's badge to use Rock Smash which is needed to access Numels. Such brilliant marketting. Indeed, and not going to lie I do want one of them plushies, specifically the Rock Star Pikachu.
The Warden
Since I've been remembering to turn on that wifi in-game, I've been getting a lt of different Secret Bases from Passerbyers. And though it'll take a while, I'll get to 1000 Flags eventually.
~British Soul~
I've also been getting Secret Bases from Passerbyers as well, been doing that all week whilst trying to get the Eon Ticket which I obtained yestrday. Ofc my passerby quest doesn't end there as I want to get as many Secret Bases as possible, so I can hit the 1000 flags needed for the Garchompite (Even though I have 2 already on X/Y). Once I finish grinding Trapinch and Lileep to the levels that my team is at (28/29), I'll be using the Dawn Stone I transferred from Y (Along with the Diancie) to evolve my Kirlia and then re-teach him Close Combat to help me against Norman. Astro Dude
Oh, anyone got any Lansat or Starf berries? I wanna make Rainbow Pokeblock+ Also, what are the best pokemon to use for contests, you know like Best Tough, Cute, Cool, Clever and Beautiful pokemon. I wanna have them immortalized in the Lilycove art museum. As for the Numel situation, I'll have to find Geodude in Granite Cave. Ground types are the only ones effective against Electric types, and I'm sure as heck not going to evolve my Mudkip until it learns Hydro Pump. That's it! My Mega Swampert moveset will be Hydro Pump, Muddy Water, Earthquake and Ice Beam. AHHHHH! I just realized I don't have the Eon ticket. And I don't know how to get it.
