I'm planning on creating cards based off of popular game/movie/anime characters and create their effects respectively. At least attempt to make your cards somewhat realistic if you want to be taken seriously in CC. Anyway, welcome. Make sure you read Axi's guide to RC, in addition to the standard rules.
