We do still have too less Characters. Up to now we have six characters and two NPC's, containing only 3 from the Resistance, that's too less. I would also really like to get it started, but I think it wouldn't run smoothly.

Personality: Hidemitsu, like his father Hidenori and unlike his companion in tea Aitetsu, has a very frigid personality, and even if he doesn't speak too much, the aura around him can tell that no one should keep in touch with him, or else danger would follow. Though a child, he has a very sharp intellect, but is very reserved about human fate. He really does not care if his allies or civilians die during an assault that he plans or will plan, for he believes that sacrifices are needed in order to achieve the ideal society that his father had died for.

He hates wearing uniforms.
Friendly but deadly.
Can't bare crimes and see people suffering.
He totally get changed when dueling a criminal.
 
History:
Descent of Rafael, Sigmund shares a lot of Specifications with his Ancestor, his malediction and his Dueling skills. Back to Domino city, Rafael had charged Eatos to Protect his Descents from evil, so that they don't suffer as he did. Unfortunately, Eatos failed, her counterpart has finally obsess the spirit of Sigmund. However, Eatos still fights Dreadscythe to set Sigmund's spirit free, that's why his personality is complex, due to the conflicts that happens inside him. What makes him more unstable, is the fact that his parents were dead because of an explosion when he was 16. So he swears that he'll seeks revenge by punishing each criminal he met in his way, so that his parents will rest in peace. Although, Sigmund love to make new friends, his soul-mate, childhood friend, Enrique**, has always stand for him, they always help each other. Enrique is the only one who can bare the instability of Sigmund, cause they're more than brothers.

I almost got into trouble with the time, but the IC is officially up! You may post now. Members of the Police may just start their day 'regulary', there will be something more relevant to do for them when the first few posts are made.

Also, I have made some maps from important areas yesterday. Those are just rough sketches, but I found maps very helpful for RP's like this. They, along with the NPC-Apps of Bruno, Alessa and Soleris will soon be added to the OP, although I would not mind if somebody else would like to have a take on one of these characters.

It was a nice morning, everything was cool until Crimson calls me... "Threat Level C, 'Criminal X' was seen near to the middle east Sector"..." "Roger that sir." Once I arrived, I saw "Karin", "Have ya seen anyone??", "No, I've just arrived.." she replies... so, we separate to cover a larger area...

Behind High school walls, I've heard something, "a DUEL!!"... but it was too late when I arrived, criminal x has gone, and that boy who had dueled with him had been injured, I've contact Karin and Enrique to call an ambulance... But there was something that makes me quite nervous: Black feathers... Black feathers everywhere !!

 

At the evening, President Utagai makes a speech, promising the population that criminal x will be captured soon and with any means necessarily... "GO TO HELL", I shout loudly... " I'll in the Break Room, making a sandwich " (what O.O ... I'm hungry)

Third: It's okay to make (minor) plot changes by yourself, but please stay roughly at the given plot. (in the IC, as I assume that you haven't seen it.)

History:

Enrique lives happily with his family, he grew in an atmosphere full with love and tenderness, since he was his parents only child. When he was 21 years old, Enrique heard an explosion, when he arrived, he saw a massacre, corpse, corpse everywhere, he helped the firefighters to rescue the survivors, one of them was sigmund, lying on his parents's dead corpse... Enrique tries to take him away but he refuses, so he was obliged to use force... He get him away from fires outside the ruined hospital...

Since that day, enrique have always visited sigmud in Alderoon city's orphanage. 2 years later, Sigmund leaves the Orphanage, Enrique asks him to live with him in his residance. He accepts.

That explosion stays in Enrique's mind, so he swears that he'll seek revenge for his friend sigmund and all other victims, that why he joined the Resistance, since he think that President Utagai could be the responsible of all this mayhem, his main goal is to gain the total control of his country with any means necessary... Unfortunately, when he knows that Sigmund had joined the Police, he was obliged to join to, to keep an eye on his "Brother" so he won't get in trouble with resistance, also, to be the "Resistance's secret eye", a Spy!!

Jacob is a guy who just wants to do what is best for him and the people he knows well. He honestly just wants his family to be safe and happy, and could care less about what is going on around him. Throughout his entire life, Jacob has been a care-free kind of person, just trying his best to be happy in the bleak world around him. He is also a people-pleaser, always making sure he isn't getting in anyone's way. However, after years of living in this lifestyle, this has caused him to become unsure of who he truly is. He self-deprecates often, and apologizes frequently, even when he hasn't done anything wrong.
 
History: Jacob was born into a very cheerful and moderately wealthy family that lives in the middle class (leaning into the upper class). Jacob has been a gamer for an extreme amount of time, since it's the only thing keeping him from being depressed, besides his family. His family got him into Duel Monsters, a game that apparently is extremely popular and can be used to defend people. The reason they got him into the game so quickly is because of the whole Resistance thing and the Government cracking down on people without Duel Disks. Jacob's Father works as a Card Artist for Duel Monsters, so Jacob can save his money and ask his dad to make custom cards for him.
 
Affiliation: Neutral. However, this might change if something tragic happens to him and he is forced into a side.
 
Deck: Emerald Dragon. It's kinda like Superheavy Samurai as all of the cards are revolved around being in Defense Postition.

Rasse is someone who follows safety as he is a coward in a wolf's body. For he cares deeply for his survival and wants to live one no matter what. Rasse having great understanding for life his dueling would become the ruthless as he was expected to win or die. Simple going to all measures is a gain he had as he cared only for his life and nothing less or more. Solely in the world and afraid of death, Rasse became a goverment dog/ police known as his job title.            

 

History: Having a bad history of death killing his loved ones he has grown in a form of scrap reaping which leads him into having a two faced emotions on every topic.
