Keep Last Updated Dates in Rules Thread Titles

This isn't something you necessarily need to go and edit into every existing rules, but I noticed that a lot of the rules threads in various sections have something like "rules updated" to let everyone know to check them. Of course, this does no one help when it doesn't say WHEN it was last updated.

So I figured that if a mod updates any given thread rules, to include the date of the last update within the title.

Note that I didn't check every single section of the forum, so I don't know if any or most already do it, but I did notice a few recently updated threads that did not, so I thought I'd offer the suggestion anyway.

I mentioned this to Zextra about Custom Cards, and he said he'll handle it. I agree with the other sections though.

The mods could just use the "edit" option at the bottom so a memo comes up on when they were last updated. (The "show edit by" line box)

That wouldn't work. The idea is for people to actually go into the thread to check the rules after seeing they were edited. If the only way to see when it was last edited is actually in the thread, that would defeat the entire purpose.
